Budget Planning is a list of funding needs prepared by the office/ work units which is then submitted to KPPN for requested the funds for doing an activity with a certain period in the State Budget. Costs budget planning of the activities is implementated to create the proportionate realization. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether implementation of the budget planning done by the office/ work units BBPPKI Medan can create a proportionate budget realization. This research was conducted at the office/ work units Center of Research and Development for Communication and Information Technology (BBPPKI) Medan. Data collection method used in this research is the observation and study of literature. Implementation of Budget Cost Activity Planning in the office/ work units BBPPKI Medan generate disproportionate realization. This is due to lack of maximum absorption of the Budget Plan (RAB), which has been prepared by the office/ work units BBPPKI Medan earlier.

AbstractThis study aims to describe the implementation of dance development activities in SMP-SDI Silungkang. The type of research is qualitative research by usingdescriptive method of analysis. The objects in this study were 23 students consisting of grade VII and grade VIII at SMP-SDI Silungkang. The instrument used in this study was the researchers themselves and supported by observation, documentation and interviews. The types of data in this researcher were primary data and secondary data. In data collection used secondary techniques. The technique of data collection was done by means of library studies, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the dance development activities in SMP-SDI Silungkang ran well. Although, self-development activities in coaching were assisted by the teachers of Communication and Information Technology (ICT). However, the results can be achievedwell. This was also supported by thestudents’ interest to improve their self-development of dance in the school.Keywords: Implementation, Self Development, Dance

Abstract. Library has one of important resources to obtain information for research needs. The quality of a library information system needs to improve promptly because the information is needed quickly and accurately. In order to present library catalogue data that can be integrated with all central and local libraries, the library information system of Research and Development of the Human Resources Agency of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Balitbang SDM Kominfo) needs to be well developed. The aim of this research is to design a prototype of library information system in order to present library data from central and local libraries accurately. Simulation tests are performed in eight research centers in the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. The test is performed to analyze the perception of the users about the effectiveness of the system. The results show that the central library and information systems have good quality. Keywords: central library, local library, prototype, information systemÂ Abstrak. Perpustakaan merupakan sarana untuk mendapatkan literasi informasi melalui hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Peningkatan kualitas layanan sistem informasi perpustakaan yang tersaji dengan cepat, akurat dan aktual mutlak diperlukan. Untuk itu dipandang perlu suatu perbaikan sistem perpustakaan Balitbang SDM Kominfo agar dapat menyajikan data perpustakaan yang dapat terintegrasi antara perpustakaan pusat dan perpustakaan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe suatu sistem informasi perpustakaan pusat dan daerah agar data perpustakaan pusat dan daerah dapat tersaji dengan cepat dan akurat. Pengujian dilakukan dengan simulasi sistem di delapan balai Kominfo. Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi administrator pusat dan administrator daerah mengenai efektivitas sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi perpustakaan pusat dan daerah memiliki kualitas yang baik. Kata Kunci: perpustakaan daerah, perpustakaan pusat, prototipe, sistem informasi

The purpose of this study is to determine whether information technology affects firm performance. This type of research is causal-comparative. The population in this study are all companies listed in Indonesian securities. Where the sample is selected by using matched sample comparison group method, obtained 22 companies winning IT award and 22 control firm. Data collection method is documentation method. The analytical method used is non-parametric variation Mann-Whitney Test. This study aims to develop learning media for AC Split R32 in the subject of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering. The method used Research and Development (R&D), the model of research using the is Successive Approximation Models 1 (SAM). The model goes through iteration 1 (Evaluate 1, Design 1, Develop 1), iteration 2 (Evaluate 2, Design 2, Develop 2), and iteration 3 (Evaluate 3, and product implementation). The data collection method uses instruments in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires that use a "Likert scale" for measurement the instrument. Based on the research analysis results, media trainers get an average of 76 in the "Very Eligible" category. Then the material results get an average of 63.5 which states that job sheets are in the "Very Eligible" category. Meanwhile, for the Feasibility Test on 30 student respondents, an average of 71.8 was obtained in the "Very Eligible" category. Meanwhile, based on the Performance Practice Assessment, the average result was 83.4 out of 10 students who practiced in the "Good" assessment category. Thus, based on the development research, the trainer and Job sheet can be used as learning media.

Effective learning using information technology is one of the opportunities that can be utilized by teachers to improve the effectiveness of learning. This study aims to describe the implementation of IT-based learning media creation training to improve teacher pedagogical skills as measured from the practical aspects and effectiveness of the Model used, namely the Critical Event Model (CEM). The subjects of this study were the teachers of SD Santo Yosef Surabaya. This research is an implementation research with quantitative approach. The data collection method used in this research is in the form of questionnaires to assess aspects of practicality and media assessment to assess aspects of effectiveness. The results showed that the training that had been evaluated through media assessment by the trainer and questionnaire scores by participants, both had a high percentage. Based on the results of the research shows that the implementation of training on creating IT-based learning media has been effective and practical

This research was aimed to find out the evaluation from the students of undergraduate, graduate, and doctor program toward library resources in the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada. The result of this research was expected to give benefit to develop the library resources for giving the excellent services to the user. This research used quantitative method, questionnaire as the data collection method, and descriptive statistic method for analizing data. The subject of this research was 159 students from undergraduate, graduate, and doctor program as the user of the library. The results showed standard value for each program: undergraduate (2,545963), graduate comprised with Master of Science (2,644517) and Master of Profession (2,541234), and doctor (2,982143). If the value higher than (>) standard value included high categories and less than (<) or equal with (:) standard value included low categories. The comprehensive result of this research showed that (1) high categories evaluation came from the aspects of collection relevancy, circulation, facilities (security, temperature, light, and lay out), and human resources; (2) low categories evaluation came from the aspects of collection (composition of subject and language), services (time, number of collection, duration of borrowing books, and interlibrary borrowing books), facilities (space, table, and chair), information technology (computer/internet, internet accessibility, and multimedia); and (3) variation of high-low evaluation came from the aspects of collection (recently and completeness) services (searching, multimedia, and fine), and information technology (library based on information technology and browsing).

This research aims to formulate marketing strategy to increase visitors of Gembira Loka Garden and Zoo (KRKB Gembira Loka) in Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research and uses interview, observation, and documentation as data collection method. The data is analyzed by using SWOT analysis with internal and external variable identification. The internal variable shows that location is the main strength of Gembira Loka KRKB with 0.17 by value and 5 by rating. From external variable, the result of EFAS table shows that Gembira Loka KRKB has good enough chance while the thread has less result than the chance. Gembira Loka KRKB is in quadrant 1, which is the position in which a company is considered to be in a beneficial situation due to its chance and strength. In such case, the company can utilize the chance by maximizing the strength. The following strategy to go through in this condition is supporting aggressive planning.

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.
