This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality which includes Efficiency, Reliability, Fullfilment, Privacy, Responsiveness and Contact on Customer Satisfaction on users of the EMOS Application (Enseval Mobile Order System). The basic theory used in this research is Marketing Management, E-Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The population in this study was 266 pharmacies and samples taken were 73 pharmacies with simple random sampling technique. Data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each indicator of the independent and dependent variable. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.The results of the research on the f test show that the E-Service Quality variables which include Efficiency, Reliability, Fullfilment, Privacy, Responsiveness and Contact have a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on Customer Satisfaction. The t test shows that the independent variables; reliability and contact affect customer satisfaction while the variables Efficiency, Fullfilment, Privacy and Responsiveness do not affect the customer satisfaction of users of the EMOS application (Enseval Mobile Order System).

This research was conducted to see the effect of service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Besuki branch of JNE. Sampling was done by random sampling technique where all the population was taken at random to be the research sample. This is done to increase customer satisfaction at JNE Besuki branch through service quality, promotion and price. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression to determine service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality affects customer satisfaction, promotion affects customer satisfaction, price affects customer satisfaction. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Research on customer satisfaction analysis on service quality at PT Ramajaya Copier is to analyze and determine the extent of customer satisfaction with the services provided by PT Ramajaya Copier. This research was conducted to 93 PT Ramajaya Copier customers in Batam City using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Using the method of analysis of important performance analysis (IPA) of this study resulted in 4 (four) indicators of service satisfaction statements included in quadrant I, namely improving performance to be improved to meet customer expectations. The four indicators of the statement are: employees are polite and friendly to customers (2.61), customer convenience when coming to PT Ramajaya (2.69), the company serves regardless of customer background (2.61), the company tolerates delays payment to customers (2.61).

The purpose of this study is to determine how price, service quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence, price, service quality on customer satisfaction which has implications for customer loyalty. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was carried out with the help of the SEM program from Smart PLS 3.0. Besides, this research also proves that the price variable will affect customer satisfaction, then the price will also affect customer loyalty, as well as service quality affects customer satisfaction and will also affect customer loyalty. and also the mediating variable of customer satisfaction which will affect customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction as a mediating variable through product variations and service quality to repurchase intention. This research uses a quantitative method with 92 respondents of TB Triguna customers, this research uses a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are using a questionnaire and data analysis used is using SmartPLS (SEM). The analysis technique used is the path analysis test with the aim to find out how much influence customer satisfaction as a mediating variable through product variation and service quality variables on repurchase intention. The results showed that product variation and service quality significantly influenced repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction. With each p-value < 0.05 so that the five hypotheses are accepted and indicate that the variable repurchase intention and customer satisfaction can be explained by variable variations in product and overall service quality by 89.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model this is 10.3%.


This study aimed to observe how Price, Promotion and Facility can affect customer satisfaction and to analyze the influence of these three variables on customer satisfaction in using Event Services Organizer MCI Management. This research was conducted by questionnaire method to 80 respondents of MCI Management Event Organizer participants and obtained by using simple random sampling technique analyzed in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The result of this study shows that the three independent variables tested have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through F test with sig <0,05 and t test value, <0,05 while Adjusted R Square number 0,919 shows 91,9% variation of Satisfaction Customers that can be explained by the three independent variables, where the remaining 8.1% can be explained by other factors outside this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Darussalam branch, Banda Aceh.  This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis.  The sampling technique in this study was random sampling.  Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents.  The results of this study indicate; (1) the service quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, (2) the trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) together service quality and trust have an effect on customer satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on member participation, determine the effect of service quality on the success of cooperatives and determine the effect of member participation on the success of cooperatives. This type of research is a quantitative study with a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire which included three research variables, namely service quality, member participation and the success of the cooperative. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with the help of AMOS 24 analysis tools. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a significant positive effect on member participation with a probability value of 0.000, which is smaller than the p value of 0.05. Service quality has a significant positive effect on the success of the cooperative with a probability value of 0.000 which is smaller than the p value of 0.05. Member participation has a significant positive effect on the success of the cooperative with a probability value of 0.047 which is smaller than the p value of 0.05.

Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and promotiondirectly to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study also examines theinfluence of service quality and promotion indirectly to customer loyalty throughcustomer satisfaction. The study was conducted on 175 customers of Cikarang MedikaFarma Pharmacy taken with simple random sampling technique and given questionnaire72 statement with Likert Scale to measure response to research variables. After testingthe validity and reliability, as well as the prerequisite test, conducted path analysis testusing software Lisrel 8.80. The results showed that there was a significant direct effectbetween service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction as well as on customerloyalty. Service quality also has a positive and significant indirect impact on customerloyalty through customer satisfaction. Promotion has a positive and significant indirecteffect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
