Abstract - Learning is an activity undertaken between teachers and students who need learning components, such as learning objectives, teaching materials, educators, students, teaching aids and learning environments. Learning media can be divided into two printed media and digital media. Seeing the rapid development of technology in which smartphone users from adulthood to early childhood needed a contribution in the world of education in the form of mobile learning media. Early childhood must be given useful knowledge for the development of a mentality that will later be useful to him and the environment. The introduction of letters, numbers, colors, animals, vegetables and fruit is a basic knowledge based learning for children. Teachers and parents in learning basic knowledge of children talking about each material are considered less effective for early childhood. Based on these problems the authors designed the introduction and learning application of letters, numbers, colors, animals, vegetables and fruits with voice speech based on android. This research uses data collection method of observation, and literature study. Results from research and design are implemented into android based learning applications. Features in the app include introductory material and child songs. Based on black box test results, the application is running well. Keywords: Learning, Learning Media, Learning Based on Android Abstrak - Pembelajaran merupakan aktifitas yang dilakukan antara pengajar dan peserta didik yang membutuhkan komponen-komponen pembelajaran meliputi tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, pendidik, peserta didik, media pembelajaran dan lingkungan pembelajaran. As the rapid development of technology is also growing media that is used as a method of learning in education. One of them to learning logic states, in addition to reading the book at this time there has a new learning method that is more pronounced in 3 dimensions to increase understanding in learning the logic gates using Augmented Reality. Steps design multimedia for learning the logic gates begins with a literature study, data collection, analysis and system design and then implementation and testing the system. Testing methods using a black-box, which includes testing functionality testing camera angles and distances to the markers as well as testing the light intensity. The result of the design this application shows that for angle of 30 0 with a distance of 30 cm – 40 cm, angle of 45 0 with a distance of 40 cm – 70 cm and angle of 60 0 with a distance of 50 cm – 90 cm and light intensity 4 lx – 19 lx is a good composition can display the object 3 dimensions.

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span>Any change can occur when the rapid development of technology and information, which makes everything, including culture, must be able to co-exist with technology. Seeing the decline in Mesatua culture in Bali, the Mesatua tradition in Balinese society seems almost extinct. This can make a possibility for the loss of traditional culture which has cultural values that are very important for children. However, with the efforts to preserve culture through the use of digital media technology. Mesatua Bali, which was originally known as oral culture, is now becoming known as an image culture that is poured into digital media with interesting picture stories for children. To meet the data requirements used as research material, a descriptive qualitative research method is used to describe the phenomenon of change that occurs based on data collection through observation, documentation and literature study. The Mesatua Balinese culture in its preservation experiences a phenomenon of change in 3 periods, namely; oral period, writing period, and drawing period. In the phenomenon of change, each period has an impact or aspect of phenomena that causes new phenomena, changing phenomena, permanent phenomena, and even a phenomenon that is missing in the development of efforts to preserve Mesatua Bali culture. </span></p></div></div></div>

Background This paper is part of the special issue “Reimagining Research and Practice at the Crossroads of Philosophy, Teaching, and Teacher Education.” Early childhood initiatives have joined a nexus of educational reforms characterized by increased accountability and a focus on measurement as a marker of student and teacher learning, with early education being framed as an economic good necessary for competing in the global marketplace. Underlying the recent push for early childhood education is what we see as a “discourse of improvement”—depictions of school change that prioritize achievement as reflected in assessment scores, data collection on teacher effectiveness, and high-stakes evaluation. These characteristics, we argue, foster increasingly inequitable educational contexts and obscure the particularities of what it means to be a child in the world. Purpose We use the practice of philosophical meditation, as articulated in Pierre Hadot's examination of philosophy as a way of life, to inquire into the logics of educational improvement as instantiated in particular contexts, and for cultivating cross-disciplinary partnerships committed to fostering children's flourishing. We link this meditational focus with feminist and de-colonial theoretical perspectives to make visible the role of power in the characterization of children's learning as related to norms of development, minoritized identities, and hierarchies of knowledge. Research Design: In this collaborative inquiry, we compose a series of meditations on our experiences with the logics of improvement inspired by 12 months of systematic conversation. Our data sources include correspondence between the two authors, written reflections on specific practices in teacher education each author engages with, and a set of literary, philosophical, and teacher education texts. Conclusions/Recommendations Our meditations illuminate the value of collective inquiry about what constitutes improvement in schools. We raise questions about how the measurement of learning is entwined in historical and present-day relations of power and idealized formulations of the universal “child” or “teacher” and argue that we must work together to reimagine the framings that inform our work. Ultimately and most directly, these meditations can support dynamic attempts to cultivate meaningful and more equitable educational experiences for teachers and students. Philosophical meditations at the crossroads of philosophy, teaching, and teacher education thus extend beyond critique toward imagining and enacting a better world in our classrooms, even though (and especially when) this path is not clear.

Basic education aims to provide basic skills to learners to develop their lives as individuals, community members, citizens and members of the human race and prepare learners to follow the next education. Primary education is organized to develop skills attitudes and provide the basic knowledge and skills necessary to live in communities and prepare learners who are eligible for secondary education (UU Sisdiknas No. 20 Year 2003 article 13). In teaching and learning activities, a teacher would have hope of desire for learners can get the maximum value possible, in accordance with the learning objectives created or desired but what can be in word, reality. For special mathematics subjects, field findings such as EBTANAS, summative test results and daily test scores and report scores indicate that the learners' learning outcomes are still below the numbers that may be unsatisfactory in both low and class high. From some study results and opinions of experts, the low mathematics learning outcomes of students is not because they are not able to perform calculations, but because they do not understand the problems contained in the problem. Hudoyo (in Laily Hasbullah: 2000: 1) states that questions related to numbers are not so difficult for learners, but the problems that use sentences are very difficult for learners who have less or less ability.

The application of learning programs from home as an effort to reduce the transmission of the covid virus has brought about several phenomena in the field, including learning stimulation that is not carried out optimally, parents feel very bothered, and children are depressed and so on. All of this happened allegedly because some parents did not understand the approach to learning in early childhood. This research uses a literature study approach by utilizing various sources, both printed and online. From the results and discussion, it can be concluded that; 1. To optimize the results of intelligence stimulation/learning done at home, parents must understand the characteristics of early childhood learning in general, including children who like to play, each child is unique, and children like to imitate people in their environment. 2. Learning will take place well if parents understand and adapt the interests or tendencies of each child. 3. Every available space/spot in the home environment can be a fun place for intelligence stimulation for children if parents have sufficient understanding of the characteristics of an early child and the different interests of each child.
