This research is about the effect of incentives on work performance at PT. Honda Perdana Sukabumi during the 4th period from 2016 to 2019, sampling technique using saturated samples where all populations are sampled, namely all salesman salespeople and sales counters using primary data that is by distributing questionnaire, this study aims to determine the significant and positive influence between incentives on work performance at PT. Honda Prime Sukabumi. The method used in this research is associative descriptive by taking secondary data and primary data from the 2016-2019 vehicle sales report and the results of the questionnaire and analysis of influence using regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. The results of this study show a correlation value (r) of 0.677 or 45.80%, this means that the influence of the insetive turnaround on work performance is strong enough and the nature of the relationship is positive, meaning that if the incentive value increases, the resulting work performance will increase. The value of the relationship between the Incentive variable and employee performance is indicated by the correlation value r = 0.770, which means that it is between the values 0.76 - 1.00, which means it has a very strong relationship, the nature of the positive relationship, which means that if incentives increase, employee performance will increase also. The value of the effect of the Incentive variable on employee performance is shown by the regression equation y = 1.881 + 0.503x. Which means if the incentive value goes up by 1 point, the work performance is 1,881 + 0.503 = 2.338. This means that if incentives increase, employee performance will also increase. While the magnitude of the coefficient of determination 59.29%. This value shows the magnitude of the role of incentives for employee work performance by 59.29% while the remaining 40.71% is influenced by other variables outside the incentive and the positive role character, meaning that the better the incentives, the more will improve employee work performance.

Through the fulfillment of abilities and motivations that are believed to improve employee performance, in this case Lavalette Hospital and Malang Islamic Hospital employees. This study uses explanatory research with a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of inferential analysis indicate that the variables of existence needs, relationship needs and needs to develop, technical abilities and behavioral abilities partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Variable technical ability and behavioral ability partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work performance. Thus, the company must be able to maintain and improve motivation and ability of employees, especially for the needs of relationships and behavioral abilities because it has a dominant influence on employee performance

This study aims to examine the relationship between locus of control and employee performance in a company in Jakarta. Using a sample of 54 employees (15 female and 39 male). This study tested the usefulness of locus of internal and external controls for explaining work performance using independent t-test. The results conclude that there is no difference in performance between employees who have a tendency to the locus of control internal with external, or in other words, the locus of control is not a factor that can explain the variation of performance. Limitations of the study and suggestions for future research are discussed. Keywords: locus of control, employee performance

Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai.ABSTRACTThe research data obtained is in accordance with the problem under study, analyzed using a simple linear regression formula, and the equation Y = 6.18 + 0.58X is obtained. The equation shows that every time there is a change (increase or decrease) in variable X (organizational culture) 1 point will be offset by a change (increase or decrease) in Y variable (employee performance) by 1 point at a constant of 6.18. From the correlation analysis, it can be seen that the relationship between the independent variable (organizational culture) and the dependent variable (employee performance) is 0.59 which is in the interval value 0.40 - 0.599 with a fairly strong relationship category.Analysis of the contribution of variable X (organizational culture) to variable Y (employee performance) using the coefficient of determination equation, obtained a value of 34.81%. This shows that variable X (organizational culture) contributes 34.81% to variable Y (organizational performance), while the rest, namely 65.19% is determined by other factors. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT Dagsap Endura Eatore Jakarta. The author uses the method of observation, questionnaires, study documentation. The author distributed questionnaires to 56 respondents by using Likert scale. Data analysis technique using correlation coefficient, determination, regression equation, then writer process the data by using SPSS version 22. Based on calculation of correlation coefficient obtained equal to 0,750 which mean, there is strong relation between work motivation to employee performance at PT Dagsap Endura Eatore Jakarta. From result of calculation of coefficient of determination obtained result of equal to 0,563 or 56% and the rest 44% influenced by other factors like compensation, promotion, training, and seen from regression equation formed Y = 14,774 + 0,650X this indicate that without work motivation employee performance of 14,774 units and if the motivation to work increased 1 unit it will increase the employee performance of 0.650 units.

The aims of this research are to determine the impact of incentivizing, motivation and discipline on the performance of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City employees simultaneously and partially. Qualitative method was used in this research, with 57 employees at The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City as a sample. Multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, f-test and t-test were used in this research as data analysis technique. The results obtained from partial test (t-test) proved that incentivization, motivation, and discipline each had a partially significant impact on employee performance at the office of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City where t (count) > t (table) and also sig 0,001 < 0,05. Incentives, Motivation, and Disciplines have simultaneously significant impact on employee performance, where t (count) > t (table) and also sig is 0,000 < 0,05. This research is an important contribution to the regulation of human resources in The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City so. The determination of discipline, incentives, and motivation tends to be neglected in improving performance so that it is necessary to examine the relationship to performance in human resources, which is an important contribution of research.
