The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance of PT Pos Type C Manado. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach to measure and influence the relationship between motivation and job performance. The population in this study amounted to 200 employees, with a simple random sampling which amounts to 50 respondents. Using correlation and regression analysis. The analysis showed that there is a fairly strong correlation between motivation and job performance, as well as the motivation has a positive impact with work performance. Thus, the motivation has a strong relationship with the work performance of employees at PT Pos Indonesia Type C Manado.

The objective of this research is to study the relationship between organizational climate and work ethic with the lecture job performance. The study was conducted at Nursing Academy at Center Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach with survey method. Total samples using in this research 54 lectures that selected through simple random sampling. Data collecting using questionnaire with rating scale and data analysis with correlation and regression. The results of the research showed: Firtsly, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate with lecture job performance. Second, there is a positive relationship between work ethic with the lecture job perfrmance. Third, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work ethic simultaneously with the lecture job performance.

The objective of this research is to understand the effect of empowerment and job satisfaction toward job performance of lecturer in Majalengka University, West Java comprehensively. A survey method with path analysis techniques was used by applying a questioner as a research instrument. 80 responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questioner. Those responders were decided using simple random sampling among all lecturers that working at the Majalengka University. The data result, analysis, and interpretation reveal that (1) empowerment has a direct positive effect on job performance, (2) job satisfaction has an immediate positive impact on job performance, (3) empowerment has a direct positive impact on job satisfaction.

The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of sub- district municipality administrators in the eastern region. The population used in this research is the head and sub-head of sub-district municipality, which have offices in 7 provinces of the eastern region of Thailand, totally 531 people. The sample size consisted of 400 people. Simple random sampling technique was used to collect data. The instruments used for collecting data were questionnaires. In the data analysis, pear son product moment correlation was used to analyse the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of sub- district municipality administrators in the eastern region by setting statistical significance at the level of 0.01. The results showed that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of sub- district municipality administrators in the eastern region.

Research was conducted on Manise Hotel in Ambon. This study uses the motivation and commitment of employees as independent variables, and job performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study to analyze and determine the effect of motivation and commitment of employees on work performance and determine the dominant influence between the variables of motivation and commitment of employees on work performance. The samples are employees Manise Hotel Ambon with a total sample of 47 respondents. Based on the above results it can be seen that: (1) Motivation and employee commitment significant and positive impact on employee performance, high motivation with employee commitment will lead to improved employee performance Manise Hotel in Ambon; (2) It can be seen that motivation is a free variable that has dominant influence on achievement compared with other independent variables; and (3)Motivation and commitment to jointly contribute / donations by 58.2% to changes in job performance, while the remaining 41.8% is the donation / contribution of other variables that are not observed in this study, for example stress of work, compensation, leadership style, culture work and discipline

Abstract: This study aims to examine the factors of motivation, individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational characteristics of job performance either simultaneously (together) or partially on employee performance of PT. Putra Indah Perkasa Banjarbaru, Kal-Sel. Population and sample in this study are all employees PT.Putra Indah Perkasa Banjarbaru, Kal-Tues which amounts to 200 people. In this research used sampling method stratified random sampling taken at random with 25% sampling size that is 50 respondents. The results showed that: simultaneously variable motivation, Individual characteristics, job characteristics, and organizational characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance. While only partially motivation and job characteristics that have a significant effect. While individual characteristics and organizational characteristics have no effect on employee performance. Job characteristics variable has a dominant effect on employee work performance of PT. Putra Indah Perkasa Banjarbaru, Kal- Sel. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT.Putra Indah Perkasa Banjarbaru, Kal-Sel yang berjumlah 200 orang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode pengambilan sample stratified random sampling yang diambil secara acak dengan ukuran sampling 25% yaitu 50 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : secara simultan variable motivasi , karakteristik Individu , karakteristik pekerjaan, dan karakteristik organisasi berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Sementara secara parsial hanya motivasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan yang berpengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan karakteristik individu dan karakteristik organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Variabel Karakteristik Pekerjaan  berpengaruh dominan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Putra Indah Perkasa Banjarbaru, KAL-SEL. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Karakteristik Individu, Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Karakteristik Organisasi, prestasi kerja karyawan.

Human resource management can also produce a good performance in a company by assessing, giving rewards for each individual member of the organization or company in accordance with their respective work capabilities. The human resources department that designs and administers incentive policies as one part of compensation. If a company is able to provide incentives precisely and precisely, it will be one of the most appropriate ways for employees to improve their work performance. Samples used for collection the data in this research are 44 employees at PT Wahyu Promo Citra Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the relationship between Giving Incentives (X) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Wahyu Promo Citra Jakarta. Based on the analysis and processing of data based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, it can be seen that Giving Incentives has a strong relationship that is equal to 0.664 and according to the calculation results the coefficient of determination can be known which is 44.1%, so the relationship between Giving Incentives (X) and Employee Performance (Y) it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship. Keywords: Incentives, Employee Performance

Nasi Kandar is one of the most favourable delicacies for tourists when visiting Penang. However, the hygiene level in most of Nasi Kandar restaurants has slumped lately. Thus, the purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between visitor awareness towards revisit intention to Nasi Kandar restaurants. Three hundred eighty-four respondents from Penang Island were accessed using a simple random sampling. The results revealed that there is a positive relationship between visitor awareness and revisit intention. Price and service eventually give a strongly positive impact towards revisit intention. This result will help the local authorities to increase the quality and hygiene of Nasi Kandar in Penang, hence bring more tourists to visit this tourism destination.

In this research, it is aimed to examine the relationship between the job performance and organizational commitment of employees in the youth services and sports provincial directorate. A total of 83 people, 63 men and 20 women, who work in the Sakarya Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports and determined by convenience sampling method, participated in the research carried out with the relational screening model. Research data were collected using the "Organizational Commitment Scale", "Employee Performance Scale" and "Personal Information Form". Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent groups t-test, and Pearson correlation analysis. When the research findings are examined; It was determined that there was a significant difference in normative commitment and continuance commitment scores between men and women according to the department graduated (p<.05). On the other hand, no significant relationship was found between job performance and organizational commitment and age and years of service (p>.05). In conclusion; It can be said that the job performance of the employees in Sakarya Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports is at a high level and their organizational commitment level is at a good level.
