This research aimed to study the respond of the growth and production of green beans toward shade treatment. The research location is in Pentadio Timur, Telaga Biru Gorontalo, which was done for 3 months from Desember 2016 to Februari 2017. The research design is RAK or group randomized design, with four level of treatment, which is, P0 = without shade, P1 = 1 layer of paranet thickness treatment, P2 = 2 layer of paranet thickness treatment, P3 = 3 layer of paranet thickness treatment. The purpose of the research was to know the effect of Fly Ash and legin interaction on seed development and green bean production (Vigna radiata L), and the main influence of each treatment. The study used Completely Randomized Design (RAL) that consisted of two factors: Fly Ash waste with 4 treatment levels, i.e without fly ash, giving flay ash 1.0; 1.5 and 2.0 kg plots, and Legin Inoculation with 4 treatment levels, i.e without legin, inoculation of legin 5.0; 10.0 and 15.0 g / kg of seed. The results showed that the interaction of legin and fly ash inoculation did not affect the growth of green bean seeds, such as changes in seed moisture content, changes in dry seed weight, the rate of dry matter seed collecting (KPBK), effective seeding time (WPE), number of pods and weight of 100 grains seed. However, it affected the percentage of pods and the weight of dry seed harvest. Inoculation of 10 g of legin and 1.5 kg of fly ash was sufficient to produce the highest yield. Legin inoculation affected all parametrs observed. Inokulasi green beans with 10.0 g legin/kg seeds show the best seed development and production for all parameters that were observed. Fly ash feed affected all observation parameters. Giving 1.5 kg of fly ash/plot was sufficient for green bean plants to produce high seed development and production.

Callosobruchus Chinensis is a pest that damages mung bean seeds in storage and causes damage to both the quality and quantity of seeds. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of neem leaf extracts in suppressing the development of the Callosobruchus Chinensis pest as one of the postharvest pests in the commodity green beans. This research conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Flores, by using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and three replications. The concentration of neem leaf extract treatment is 0 ml / l, 25 ml / l, 30 ml / l, 35 ml / l, and 40 ml / l. The results showed that the concentration of neem leaf extract 40 ml / l caused mortality of C. Chinensis imago as contact poison by 99% and nerve poison by 47%. While the effectiveness of the limb leaf extract on spawning activity was 86%.

Depuration is an effort to reduce/eliminate contamination including microplastics, which one is using a water circulation system. This study aims to determine the effective depuration time to reduce the microplastic content in Asaphis detlorata This study used a quantitative approach with experimental research design with a completely randomized design. There are 450 shells used as an experimental animal where is the treatment consisted of four depuration times, namely 1;2;3; and 4 days with 3 repetitions of each treatment, while the control shells were without depuration. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to see the effect of depuration treatment on the microplastic content. If the effect of the treatment was significantly different, then the post hoc test was continued to determine the differences between treatments. The results showed that Asaphis detlorata obtained from the mouth of the Lakatong river estuary were contaminated with microplastics ranging from 0.6 to 8.1 MPs/shellfish and an average of 3.96 MPs/shellfish. Depuration time significantly affected the microplastic content in shellfish depuration effectiveness. There is a tendency that the longer depuration time is decreased microplastic content in shellfish. The effective depuration time to reduce the microplastic content in Asaphis detlorata was 3 and 4 days. Further research is needed for a more effective depuration for cleaning microplastics in shellfish.

<p>Green beans are legume plants that are in great demand because of their high nutrition content and include plants that require boron to support growth from the vegetative to generative phase. The study aims to assess the growth and production of green beans due to influence of the dose and time of boron application. The research was carried out using completely randomized design with factorial pattern 3×3 with 3 replications. The first factor was the treatment of boron doses of 1, 1.5, and 2 kg/ha was given once at 7 Day After Planting (DAP), fertilizer application twice at 7 and 28 DAP, and once given at 28 DAP. The results showed that dose of boron at a dose of 1 kg/ha was able to produce the number of affective root nodules and the best pod weight. The treatment of boron once at 7 DAP can increase plant height, flowering age, pod weight, and seed weight per pod. The interaction between dose and time of boron application affects the number of affective root nodules and seed weight per pod.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of probiotic EM4 (Evective Microorganism-4) in feed to growth and gouramy ointment (Osprhronemus gouramy) at the Freshwater Fish Seed Development Center in Gorontalo Province. The method of this research is experimental method and data processing using completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments 3 replicates. The treatment is done with different doses which in treatment A (Without Probiotic), B ( probiotic 1 cc), C (probiotic 2 cc), D (probiotic 3 cc). The parameters observed were growth rate, Feed Conversion (KP). Feed Efficiency (EP), and Absolute Length (PM). The data were tested continued using the LSD test (Least Significance Different). The results showed that the effect of giving EM4 probiotic with different dose to the growth rate of gouramy fish (Osprhronemus gouramy) gave a very real effect, and from the four research results it was found that treatment D with 3 cc dose was the highest value, followed by C 2 treatment cc, treatment B with a dose of 1 cc and the lowest is in treatment A (Control). Keywords : Probiotic EM-4, gouramy (Osprhronemus gouramy), Growth.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of giving Enterococcus sp. bacteria at Escherichia coli of excreta broiler. The research design used was a completely randomized design consisting of four treatments, three replications, and each replication had four broilers. The treatment given consisted of T1 (0 mL/L), T2 (1 mL/L), T3 (3 mL/L), and T4 (5 mL/L) control treatments. The number of colonies of Enterococcus sp. given through drinking water every day, namely 107 CFU / mL. The results of the study respectively showed the number of Escherichia coli in the treatment of T1 (Log 7.54 CFU/g), T2 (Log 7.53 CFU/g), T3 (Log 7.48 CFU/g), and T4 (Log 6.78 CFU/g). The colony total of Escherichia coli of broiler excreta decreases with increasing doses of Enterococcus sp. It is shown that Enterococcus sp. has an antimicrobial compound activity which can inhibit pathogen growth in broiler digestive tract so that it has the potential to be developed as a probiotic

Quality of spermatozoa motility and viability from rejected limousin bull semen diluted with skim milk egg yolk sitrat added with various levels of glucose. Glucose level used were 0%, 0,5%, 1,5%, 2,5%, and 3,5%. Writer was using on four years old Limousine bull. Bull semen used in this research was bull rejected semen with bellow 70% motility. Semen observation was done at 0 hour, 24 hours and 48 hours. Research design used in this study was completely randomized design with faktorial pattern with 5 replicates. Highest result in motility this research was showed at 24 hours with 30% value in glucose 2,5% treatment and 48 hours with 10% value. The lowest result showed in glucose 0% treatment at 24 hours and 0% at 48 hours. Highest result in viability showed on glucose 2,5% treatment with 62,6% value at 24 hours and at 48 hours with 53,4% value. Lowest result in viability showed on glucose 0% treatment with 44,2% value at 24 hours and 31,4% value at 48 hours.

This study aims to determine whether the waste media plant white fermented oyster mushroom can substitute forage on sheep against non-carcass components are feasible eaten. This research was conducted in Namo Trasi Village, Pasar VIII, in October - December 2017 by using local sheep with average weight of 9 ± 0.25 kg. The research design used in this study was a complete randomized design (RAL) with 4 treatments and 5 replicates, consisting of P0 (60% non-wasted greenhouse vegetation fermentation + 40% concentrate), P1 (45% forage and waste) medium planting white oyster mushroom fermentation 15% + concentrate 40%), P2 (forage 30% and waste medium planting white oyster mushroom fermentation 30% + concentrate 40%) and P3 (forage 15% and sewage media plant white fermented oyster mushrooms 45% + 40% concentrate). The parameters observed were weight percentage of head, leg, skin, tail, trachea and lungs, liver, heart, blood, and gastrointestinal tract. The result of the research shows that the waste of fermented white oyster mushroom media can substitute forage as local sheep feed, but it can not increase the percentage of non-carcass component that is feasible to eat.

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the percentage of super native chicken carcasses by providing fermented corn straw. The research design used in the study was a Completely Randomized Design consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replications namely P0 (ration without treatment), P1 (ration containing 5% fermented corn straw), P2 (ration containing 10% fermented corn straw), P3 (ration ration containing 15% fermented corn straw) and P4 (ration containing 20% fermented corn straw). The data obtained were then analyzed using the Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if the results were influential then proceed with the Duncan Distance test. The results showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the variables of life weight, carcass weight and percentage of carcass cut. The highest living weight was found in the P0 treatment (without using fermented corn straw) with the acquisition of an average value of 850.75 gr / head and produced the highest carcass weight of 197.25 gr. The highest percentage of carcass cuts was obtained at P3 treatment (15% fermented corn straw) with an average value of 23.88%.
