AbstractMathematics learning in SMP Negeri 3 Ngabang is still not optimal. The problem experienced is the lack of student involvement in the learning process. this is also related to the selection of inappropriate learning models. This affects the low student achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model on student mathematics learning achievement. The research method used is a quantitative method with comparative studies. The prerequisite test carried out normality test and homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing using the t-test. The results of the study show that the model CPS learning is effective against mathematics learning achievement compared to direct learning models. The results of the final data analysis showed the proportion of experimental class students had reached individual KKM with the results of tcount> ttable or 5.64> 1.68 Based on the average difference test obtained tcount= 1.751> 1.67 = t table and = 5%. Keywords: learning, learning achievement.

The purpose of this study is to describe the comparison of Think Talk Write learning models and Creative Problem Solving learning models to the interests and learning outcomes of chemistry in basic chemical law material. This research was conducted in January-May 2019. The research conducted was a kind of quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was class X MIA, totaling 136 students in SMAN 8 Kota Bengkulu in the academic year 2018/2019. Sampling was carried out after the normality and homogeneity test, so the X MIA 2 class was selected using Think Talk Write and X MIA 3 models that used the Creative Problem Solving model with a total of 68. Analysis of the data used was mean, normality test, test homogeneity, interest questionnaire analysis, N-Gain Score test and hypothesis test (t test). In general, both of these learning models are able to increase students 'interest and learning outcomes of chemistry, where the percentage of students' interest in learning chemistry in the Think Talk Write model is 80.5% and categorized as good, for the class of Creative Problem Solving model the percentage is 76.6% and also categorized as good. For the value of N-Gain score on Think Talk Write (TTW) class is and categorized as high while in the Creative Problem Solving class is 0.62 and is categorized as medium. The t-test results on the affective aspects are sig. (2-tailed) of 0.015 and on the cognitive aspect of 0.001. It states that there are significant differences in the interest and learning outcomes of chemistry that apply the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model and Creative Problem Solving

Abstrak — Menggunakan model dan strategi pembelajaran yang bervariatif merupakan salah satu cara untuk menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Creative problem solving adalah model pembelajaran yang memusatkan pada pengajaran dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang diikuti dengan penguatan keterampilan. Penguatan keterampilan yang dimaksud adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran, salah satunya dengan aplikasi maple untuk memecahkan masalah matematika. Riset ini memakai penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe eksperimen untuk mengetahui kefektifan model pembelajaran creative problem solving dengan media pembelajaran maple untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu sekolah menengah atas di Surabaya pada kelas XMIA1 semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dengan melibatkan 30 siswa. Kegiatan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pemberian pre test, pemberian perlakuan, dan pemberian post test. Kemudian perolehan dari nilai pre test dan post test dianalisis untuk melihat kefektifan pembelajaran creative problem solving berbasis aplikasi maple. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya dampak model pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi maple terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang didapatkan dengan uji t. Selain itu, berdasarkan uji Gain dihasilkan nilai rata-rata N-Gain 0.71 yang berada pada interval N-Gain 0.7 < 𝑔 ≤ 1.00, yang artinya pembelajaran creative problem solving berbasis aplikasi maple memiliki tingkat keefektifan yang tinggi. Selanjutnya, data yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini merupakan data berdistribusi normal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perolehan uji normalitas data yang hasil signifikansinya > 0.05. Selain itu, data yang didapat dari penelitian ini merupakan data yang homogen. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji homogenitas data yang hasil signifiansinya > 0,05.Kata kunci: Creative Problem Solving, Maple, Berpikir KreatifAbstract — Using the variety of learning models and strategies is one of the ways to grow students learning interests in mathematics learning. Creative problem solving is a learning model that focuses on teaching and problem solving skills followed by strengthening skills. Strengthening skills in question is using learningmedia, one of them with maple application to solve mathematics problems. This research uses quantitative research with experiment to find out the effectivity of creative problem solving learning model with maple (learning media) to improve the ability of students creative thinking. This research was conducted at privatesenior highschool in Surabaya class X MIA1 in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year involving 30 students. Activities in this research include giving pretest, treatment, and posttest. Then the results of the pretest and posttest scores were analyzed to determine the effectiveness of creative problem solving learning based on maple application. The results of this research indicate the influence of learning model based on maple application to students' creative thinking abilities obtained by t test. In addition, based on Gain test, the average value of N-Gain is 0.71 which is in the N-Gain interval 0.7 < 𝑔 ≤ 1.00. It means that creative problem solving learning based on maple application has a high level of effectiveness. Furthermore, the data obtained from this research are normal distribution data. This can be seen from the results of data normality test whose significance is > 0.05. In addition, the data obtained from this research are homogeneous data. This research aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the creative problem-solving learning model in 8th grade of mathematics learning. The assessment of the effectiveness of learning model was reviewed based on three aspects, namely students’ activities, students’ responses to the learning model, and students’ learning outcomes. The type and approach, which used in this research, were quantitative descriptive with the research subjects of 8th-C class; moreover, the subjects consisted of 32 students. The instruments used to assess the effectiveness of the learning model were the students’ activity observation sheet, students’ responses questionnaire, and test sheet. The results of the research showed that the students’ activities were categorized as very good, in which the percentages were 84.38%. The students’ responses were categorized as very good with a percentage of 82.53%. The students’ learning outcomes in a classical manner could be said as complete with the completeness of 71.88%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of creative problem-solving learning model in mathematics learning can be said as effective.

This study aimed to determine the effect of instructional videos on an e-learning platform toward students' mathematical problem solving ability. This research employed the quantitative aproach and experimental research design. This study utilized a test instrument to determine students' mathematical problem solving abilities. Furthermore, a t-test was performed on the data that had fulfilled the prerequisite testings: the normality test and the homogeneity test. The results indicated that there was an effect of mathematics learning videos on the e-learning platform on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. Students who watched the instructional videos had better mathematical problem solving abilities than students who did not watch the instructional videos.

This study aims to improve the activity and learning achievement of VIII-4 grade studentsof SMPN 1 Gangga in learning straight line equation material for the 2019/2020 school year. Activitiesand student achievement in mathematics are very low, especially in grades VIII-4. For this reason,learning requires a learning model that can increase student creativity in solving problems so that it hasan impact on increasing student activity and learning achievement. One such model is the CreativeProblem Solving learning model. This Creative Problem Solving model is applied in this study toachieve the expected goals. This research is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles. Thedata analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. The results obtained after applying the CreativeProblem Solving model were in the first cycle students 'activity scores 12 and 14 with an average scoreof 56.03 and completeness learning 48.28%, in the second cycle students' activity scores 16, 17 and 17with an average score of 61.59 and mastery learning 65.52%, and in cycle III the score of studentactivity 16 and 18 with an average score of 69.89 and mastery learning 86.21%. An increase in studentactivity scores at each meeting for each cycle. While the average score of student learning evaluationresults also increased in each cycle. Thus the Creative Problem Solving model increases the activityand learning achievement of students in class VIII-4 of SMPN 1 Gangga in learning straight lineequation material for the 2019/2020 school year.

This study aims to see the differences in students' self confidence between students with the treatment of the creative problem solving learning model and the discovery learning model analysed based on gender. The data analysis was done using two-way Anava with different number of cell to see the effect of gender and learning models on students' self confidence. After the effect of gender and the learning model was found, a further post-Anova test using Scheffe method was executed. This analysis shows the following results: gender has an influence on students' self confidence as well as there is an influence of the learning model on students' self confidence, there is no interaction between gender and learning models on students' self confidence. When a post-Anova test with Scheffe's method was applied, it is found that there are differences in students' self confidence between the creative problem solving model and the discovery learning model. Female students have better self confidence than male students , while the creative problem solving model provides better self confidence than discovery learning model.

This study aims to determine; 1) the effect of using creative problem-solving learning models on mathematical problem-solving abilities, 2) the influence of learning motivation on mathematical problem-solving abilities, 3) the influence of students' self-efficacy on mathematical problem-solving abilities, 4) interactions between creative problem-solving learning models with students' learning motivation towards mathematical problem-solving abilities, 5) interaction between creative problem-solving learning models with self-efficacy on mathematical problem-solving abilities, 6) interactions between learning motivation and selfefficacy on mathematical problem-solving abilities and 7) interactions between models learning creative problem solving, learning motivation and self-efficacy together on mathematical problem-solving abilities. The method used in this research is an experimental research method. A sample of 70 students was taken using the cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis used was the three-way Anava technique and the follow-up test used a multiple comparison test. The results showed that: 1) creative problemsolving learning models more effectively influence problem-solving abilities than conventional learning models, 2) high learning motivation is more effective in influencing mathematical problem-solving abilities than moderate learning motivation and low learning motivation, 3) high self-efficacy more effective in influencing mathematical problem-solving abilities than moderate selfefficacy and low self-efficacy, 4) there is no effect of differences in learning models with learning motivation on mathematical problem-solving abilities, 5) there is no difference between learning models and self-efficacy on solving abilities problem, 6) high learning motivation with moderate self-efficacy most effectively affects mathematical problem-solving abilities, 7). Creative problem-solving learning model, high learning motivation with moderate self-efficacy most effectively affect mathematical problem-solving abilities.
