This study aims to determine the effect of 1) demand, 2) supply, 3) labor, 4) covid 19. The sampling in this research was conducted by using a incidental sampling method. Methods of data collection through questionnaires that have been distributed to 100 respondents who have met criteria. With multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that the demand, supply, labor both partial and simultaneous have significant effect on covid 19. It can be concluded that mitigation of demand, supply, labor towards covid 19. The results of t test showed that demand is approved and indicates demand has great impact on affecting the covid 19, supply is not approved and indicates supply has less impact on affecting the covid 19, labor is approved and indicates labor has great impact on affecting the covid 19. The results of f test showed that both of the independent variables are simultaneously affecting the covid 19. The result of R Square of the regression model is 0.216 which shows that 21,6 % of mitigation of covid 19 can be explained by demand, supply, labor. Whereas, the 78,4% of covid 19 variable can be explained by other factors or variables which are not examined in this research.

Finding a determinant of profitability has become one of the most popular topics in banking research. Previous research has identified many factors that significantly influence bank profitability. There are also many studies that measure the effectiveness of sharia banking globally, but few analyze the profitability issues of sharia banks. This study aims to analyze the impact of factors affecting profitability in Islamic Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The variables are return on assets as dependent variable and murabahah, musyarakah, mudharabah, branch office, cash office, and Automatic Teller Machine as independent variable. This study found that funding factors such as murabaha, musharaka and conventional and electronic networking factors such as Branch Office, Cash Office, and ATM had positive and significant impact on profitablity of Sharia Bank, while mudharabah had a negative and significant influence on profitablitas Sharia Bank. Sub-Branch Offices also had a negative but insignificant effect on the profitability of Sharia Banks. This result indicated that income on management became the most dominant income in generating profit of sharia banking. However, the management of funds could not work if not supported by Islamic banking channeling tools.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the inflation, IBCinterest rate, and exchange rate on CSPI. The research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) by using sample of 72 consisted of the entire variable monthly data during  2010  to  2015 with  the selection  of  the sample through a non probability sampling method by purposive sampling method and the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the analysis found inflation, IBC interest rates, and exchange rates simultaneously affect the CSPI. The Inflation and IBC interest rates partially significant negative effect on the CSPI, this means an increase in inflation and IBC interest rates may result decrease value of CSPI. Exchange rates partially significant positive effect on CSPI. This means that the increase occurred in exchange rates can increase the value of CSPI.Kata kunci:   Inflasi, Suku Bunga, Kurs, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG)
