            There are still public complaints about the quality of services provided by the Jatikarya District Office and this is interesting to study to find out more about what factors in service quality are influential and what are the dominant factors in service quality in Jatikarya Village, Jatisampurna District, Bekasi City.This research uses a quantitative approach with factor analysis techniques. A sample of 96 respondents from the Jatikarya urban village community who had and were receiving services in the kelurahan. Questionnaire based on 5 dimensions namely tangibles, responsibility, responsiveness, empathy and assurance with 34 indicators.             From the results of the study, it was found that 9 (nine) factors had an effect on the quality of service in Jatikarya Village, Bekasi City. Factors Officer preparedness is the most dominant in influencing the quality of service in Jatikarya Village, Bekasi City with a variance of 33, 590%. The second factor to the tenth factor is not dominant compared to Factor 1 as having Factor 2 accuracy (8.857%), factor ability and knowledge of officers (7.863%), facility completeness factor (6.850%), service to residents (4.731%), factor friendliness (4,039%), information clarity factor (3,833%), officer neatness factor (3,531%), and officer patience factor (2,999%), but in order to achieve organizational goals and better service quality Factor 2 to Factor 9 also should not ignored.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the quality of service issuance of Proof of Registration of Fishing Vessels (BPKP) in the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of South Sumatra Province and what factors influence it. Data collection techniques used were the distribution of questionnaires to 60 respondents who were capture fisheries business actors with a Likert Scale assessment, as well as conducting unstructured interviews, non-participant observation and secondary data collection. The dimensions used are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The value of service quality based on tangible dimensions is 4.2 or good, based on the reliability dimension is 4.1 or good, the responsiveness dimension is 4.0 or good, the guarantee dimension is 4.1 or good, and based on the empathy dimension is 4.1 or good. Of all these parameters, it was concluded that the quality of BPKP issuance services in the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of South Sumatra Province in 2016 was good with a score of 4.1. The conclusion is based on an assessment of an average of 58 respondents or 97.4% of respondents.

One way to increase government revenue from the tax sector is by increasing taxpayer compliance itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, understanding of regulations and taxation sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance registered at North Badung KPP Pratama. The study was conducted at the KPP Badung Utara in 2018. The sample selection was 100 taxpayers using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to WPOP registered in North Badung KPP Pratama and the analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that service quality, understanding of regulations and taxation sanctions have a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance registered in North Badung KPP Pratama, with the value of calculating each variable greater than the label, and having a significance value greater than 0.05. <p>In the business world, customer satisfaction is an absolute must be the goal to achieve success. Due to the achieved satisfaction of the consumers or customers will bring many benefits to manufacturers or institutions, among others, will make consumers become loyal. From the results of research conducted shows that Quality of services provided to tourists have a strong influence on the loyalty of tourists to visit the tourism objects in the area of Yogyakarta. This is evidenced by the results of the r2 of the influence of service quality to local tourists loyalty is about 22.2%. This shows if the service quality provided by the tourism industry in Yogyakarta enhanced within the region will make the travelers loyal to the tourism industry in Yogyakarta. In addition to the quality of services provided to tourist there are other factors that also have a strong influence on the tourist loyalty that tourist satisfaction factor, as evidenced by the r2 value of 15.2%. This suggests that if the tourism industry pay attention to things that could improve the satisfaction of tourists visiting the attractions in Yogyakarta, then the tourists will be eager to visit again or loyal. Meanwhile, indirectly influence the quality of service to tourists loyalty through the satisfaction of tourists who visit tourist attraction in the DIY region have only r2 values of 0.015 or 1.5%. This implies that the satisfaction of tourists is less strong loyalty of tourists who visit tourist attraction in the area of DIY.</p>

District Offices as community service facilities to support all activities related to public services in their respective regions. Improved service quality and supported by decent facilities (well organized) are expected to provide a positive element in the overall development in the District, specifically in the Sub-District of Dayeuhkolot, Bandung District. The layout of services in sub-districts that are less well-organized and not based on standards of anthropometry and ergonomics of furniture in terms of interior, it greatly affects the performance and level of quality of services for both employees and visitors or residents who are interested. This community service activity aims to provide solutions to relevant agencies regarding the influence of furniture comfort and spatial planning on optimal performance and quality of service in the District District of Dayeuhkolot, Bandung Regency, West Java, especially in the community service space through a series of activities beginning with problem analysis in location, interior redesign, and ended with a workshop program in the form of delivering solutions in the form of an application of anthropometry and ergonomics through interior arrangement which is ideal as a problem solving that has been found in this case.

Abstract Service quality is an important element in assessing the ability of institutions to meet its goals. The objective of this paper is to examine the factors that probably affect the quality of service for zakat institution, especially in Sepang using the SERVQUAL model which has five factors; reliability, react, assurance, empathy and tangible. A total of 103 respondents from Muslim entrepreneurs have participated in this study. This study uses several approaches, including exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and logistic regression analysis. Findings indicate that empathy and tangible are significant factors affecting the quality of service LZS in model studied. Several implications have been discussed in this study. Keywords : LZS’s service quality, Muslim entrepreneurs, SERVQUAL Abstrak Kualiti perkhidmatan adalah satu elemen penting dalam menilai keupayaan institusi untuk memenuhi matlamatnya. Objektif kertas ini adalah untuk melihat faktor yang dijangka mempengaruhi kualiti perkhidmatan institusi zakat khususnya di daerah Sepang dengan menggunakan model SERVQUAL yang mempunyai lima faktor iaitu kebolehpercayaan, bertindak balas, jaminan, empati dan kewujudan. Sejumlah 103 responden yang terdiri daripada usahawan muslim telah mengambil bahagian dalam kajian ini.  Kajian ini menggunakan beberapa ujian termasuklah analisis tinjauan faktor (EFA) dan analisis regresi logistik. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan faktor empati dan kewujudan adalah signifikan dan mempengaruhi kualiti perkhidmatan LZS dalam model yang dikaji. Quality of service is any activity carried out by the company or hotel in order to meet consumer expectations. The dimensions of the service quality are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Various efforts need to be considered by the hotel in order to satisfy the guests. So is the case with Segara Village Hotel which is a four-star hotel in Sanur. This study aims to determine the quality of service of room attendants at Segara Village Hotel, using the techniques of qualitative-quantitative descriptive analysis. Respondents in this study were guests at Segara Village Hotel as many as 50 people. Data obtained by questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using analysis techniques and performance level of importance, and the Cartesian diagram. It was found that the factors are a top priority (considered important by guests, but the implementation is felt still less) is the appearance of room attendant, accuracy, reliability, timeliness in cleaning room, the provision of information to the guests, room attendant accuracy, and understanding of what is desired by guests.

This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the effect of the level of religiosity, the quality of service on saving decisions of the Faculty of Economics students in Islamic banking and information as a moderating variable. The sample used was students majoring in economics in the city of Palu. The type of data used is primary data with analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using simultaneous analysis (F test) and partial (t- test). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the level of religiosity and service quality variables significantly influence saving decisions. Partially only the service quality variable (X2) has a significant effect on saving decisions (Y). While the religiosity level variable does not have a significant influence on saving decisions (Y), and Information does not moderate or not as a moderating variable.

Therefore the market potential of this field of business is very large. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and price simultaneously on customer satisfaction of Sehat Workshop in Banda Aceh, to know the effect of service quality partially on customer satisfaction of Sehat Workshop in Banda Aceh and to know the effect of price partially on customer satisfaction Sehat Workshop in Banda Aceh . This research was conducted at Sehat workshop branch of Banda Aceh which is located at P.Nyak Makam Street. No.167. Lambhuk Kota Banda Aceh, while the object of this study is about the quality of service and customer satisfaction using the service of Sehat Workshop Banda Aceh, with the number of respondents as many as 150 people. The results showed that the quality of services and prices together significantly affect the satisfaction of consumers Sehat Workshop in Banda Aceh, then the quality of service products from the Sehat Workshop individually significantly affect the satisfaction of consumers of service users Sehat Workshop Banda Aceh and individually prices given by Sehat Workshop individually have an effect on significantly to customer satisfaction of service user of Sehat Workshop of Banda Aceh.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to measure the gap and compare the quality of services provided by the Central Library of the University of Tehran and Allameh Tabataba'i University and identify the components of service that need improvement in these libraries.Design/methodology/approachIn this study, a descriptive survey method is used for data collection. The study sample contains 205 people selected out of 31,000 members of Tehran University and 100 people out of 15,000 members at Allameh Tabataba'i University. The LibQual tool is used to measure different levels of users' perceptions of library service quality.FindingsBased on the findings of the study, the level of service received at the University of Tehran was higher than the minimum expected level, and at Allameh Tabataba'i University, the level of service received was lower than the minimum level of expected, which indicates users' satisfaction at this index at the University of Tehran and users' dissatisfaction at Allameh Tabataba'i University. In the index of information control and library as a place in Tehran University, the level of service received was higher than the minimum level and in Allameh Tabataba'i University, the level of service received was lower than the minimum level, which indicates the satisfaction of users in this index at the University of Tehran and users' dissatisfaction at Allameh Tabataba'i University.Practical implicationsService quality, or quality of service, is the measurement and comparison of the size of service provided with users' expectations. The following principles illustrate the dimensions of service quality: Quality of service is much more difficult to measure than the quality of goods. The quality of service is based on users' expectations. Quality of service varies in status, meaning that the quality of a service is measured against the customer's initial expectations of that service (Parasuraman et al., 1985).Originality/valueBeing the first performance evaluation, community synchronization, economic justification, user satisfaction and customer orientation are the values of the present study.

This study aims to determine the influence of promotion and quality of service to customer satisfaction in Restaurant XYZ Jakarta. The population in this study is the visitors who visited the XYZ Tebet Restaurant period of December 17, 2017. Sampling will stop after the fulfillment of the time range for 5 days and obtained the number of samples of 35 respondents with convenience sampling method. The analysis test used in this research is factor analysis test. The results of this study indicate that the factors that are most able to explain the quality of service is a factor is the ability factor to help visitors. This factor consists of: (1) Physical facilities (3) Responsiveness, (4) Able to help (5) Friendly (6) Polite. The second factor is the waiter has a firm nature consisting of a firm attitude.
