The article considers the role of Lezgin folk riddles in the educational process. A distinctive feature of riddles as a folklore genre is the exceptional power of emotional impact on the listener. Initially, they developed and were popular among adults, but gradually moved into the category of genres of children's folklore. Their educational and cognitive value lies in the intellectual development and learning function of children of preschool and primary school age. In this regard the study of riddles has a scientific and practical-pedagogical value.

The article reveals the importance of innovative pedagogical technologies and their implementation in the process of young preschoolers’ physical education; the views of both teachers of the past and modern scientists on the use of innovative methods of working with children have been analyzed. Attention is paid to the role of interactive techniques and innovative technologies in preschool education, their impact on the preschool children’s mental development and the enrichment of the younger preschoolers’ vocabulary in the process of physical education. The author has defined the essence of such concepts as «innovation», «technology», «pedagogical technology», «innovative pedagogical technology», and «innovative activity». The article reveals scientists’ different views on the concept of «pedagogical technology»; three groups of creative teachers engaged in the innovative activity have been defined. Innovative methods and techniques of applying interactive learning elements, which were used in a pedagogical experiment to enrich children's vocabulary in the process of physical education in the preschool institution educational process, have been stated. An example of the younger preschoolers’ vocabulary enrichment in the process of awakening gymnastics, which series are conducted in a playful way and accompanied by poems, has been given. The method of fairy tale therapy, due to which the educator will help the child to overcome fear, learn to jump over a cord and activate the child's vocabulary with such words as «jump», «rope», «both legs», «half-bent knees», «stick», «fear», «witchcraft», etc., has been offered. The solution of vocabulary tasks with younger preschoolers can be seen with the help of acupressure, which will enrich, activate and consolidate new and familiar words in children's vocabulary, and with the help of Fitball gymnastics, which is done while working both individually with children and in sports activities, children’s independent motor activity.

In the article it has been analysed a role of multimedia technologies in primary school. On the basis of conducted analysis of different approaches to interpretation of “multimedia technologies” concept the context of this term is summarized. It is grounded an expedience of the use of multimedia in primary school practice as well as the types of multimedia technologies are selected. The factors which must be taken into account during organization the work of primary school pupils with programmatic facilities such as features of psychophysiologic development of primary school pupils and their educational-cognitive activity; didactics potential of multimedia technologies; features of the use of multimedia in studies; requirements to introduction of multimedia in the educational process of primary school are considered.

The article proves the urgency of the problem of forming the readiness of future primary school teachers for facilitation interaction of teachers with all participants in the educational process, reveals the essence of the development of the research problem in the psychological and pedagogical literature. The essence of the concepts «pedagogical facilitation», «teacher-facilitator» is defined, the purpose of facilitation is revealed, the facilitation role of the primary school teacher in the context of realization of ideas of partnership pedagogy is substantiated. The basic instructions of the teacher-facilitator, as well as general methods that can be used in various modifications are analyzed. It is proved that pedagogical facilitation creates the best conditions for the implementation of the ideas of partnership pedagogy in the modern educational process, and is also a more effective tool for partnership pedagogy.

The article attempts to analyze the main ideas of Vasyl Sukhomlynsky’s educational work concerning the purpose, content and specific features of the organization of primary education in the Pavlysh School. Being aware of the significant role of primary education in the overall development of a child and the great experience of Sukhomlynsky in improving the quality of primary education, it is thus necessary to rethink his ideas in accordance with the new requirements of modern education. First of all, the purpose and tasks of primary education have been analyzed in accordance with Sukhomlynsky’s requirements. The views of the prominent educator on the importance of developing universal values, general learning skills and assimilation of basic knowledge which is necessary for successful further learning by younger schoolchildren have been outlined. The influence of the leading ideas of Sukhomlynsky – humane pedagogy, child-centrism and human studies – on the development of basic organizational principles of teaching in primary school has been determined. Sukhomlynsky’s ideas regarding the introduction of a diagnostic approach to conducting classes, confident achievement of positive learning results in the «school of joy», which was created by the educator, can significantly improve the quality of primary education. The influence of Sukhomlynsky’s ideas concerning the creation of learning environment of the educational institution, integration of school subjects through the introduction of outdoors lessons of thinking, and new approaches to the evaluation of educational achievements of younger students, on the quality of modern primary education have been characterized. The innovative teaching methods and techniques that were used by the teacher in the educational process of the Pavlysh School have been considered and can be effectively applied by primary school teachers. The article also proves that Sukhomlynsky’s ideas were way ahead of their time, and that the Ukrainian school reforming process is based on the best traditions of national pedagogy and education.

The article discusses the problem of using the didactic ideas of the outstanding domestic teacher Anton Semyonovich Makarenko for the successful teaching and comprehensive development of Russian junior schoolchildren, improving modern educational systems, and implementing socially active pedagogy in practice. Particular attention is paid to the role of the teacher’s personality in the formation of a positive attitude of students to cognitive activity. The methodological techniques that were developed and tested in the pedagogical experience of A.S. Makarenko so that the process of acquiring knowledge and mastering skills becomes interesting, useful and personally significant for each student.

The current study aims to identify the reality of the problem of school bullying among primary school students. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method for its suitability to the current study. The study sample was randomly selected and applied to a sample of (14) leaders, (10) supervisors and (36) teachers. The questionnaire was used as a key tool for collecting information. The results of the study showed the following: the reality of bullying school among primary school students was so high that it reached the arithmetic mean (3.65), And that the causes of school bullying were high enough to reach the arithmetic mean (3.46). Also the absence of statistically significant differences in the reality of bullying problem among primary school students and the methods of prevention and treatment due to the variables "age, job title". Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommended: activating the role of primary schools in developing the values ​​of tolerance and democracy, rejecting differences and accepting the other by including them in the study programs and emphasizing them in the interactions between members of the school community and activate the role of parents' councils to exchange information between family and school, and enhance confidence between the two sides, which helps to reduce the problem of bullying that hinder the educational process.

The article highlights the problem of the importance of developing emotional intelligence in the process of creative activity of primary school students in reading lessons. The essence of the concept of «emotional competence» in the context of psychological and pedagogical science has been characterised. The necessity of developing emotional intelligence of primary school students during the educational process based on their mental, physiological characteristics and individual needs has been proven. The expediency of using the forms of work aimed at making a creative product as one of the means of developing emotional intelligence of primary school students has been characterized. A brief description of these forms and features of application in reading lessons at the NUS has been presented. In addition, we have given optional exercises that can be used by the teacher additionally as the preparatory ones. The role of creative activity of schoolchildren is determined as a way to increase children’s self-esteem and interest. Specific examples of the results of creative activity of primary school students (presentation, staging of a literary work, a newspaper, a book, an illustrative collage, a poster, an exhibition, video advertising, a comic book magazine, etc.) have been outlined.
