Analysis and determination of the most promising and economical plasma technologies for processing polymeric textile materials to obtain materials with specifi ed properties. Methodology. The article uses analytical methods for the study of diff erent types of plasma treatment of polymeric textile materials and their impact on the properties and structure of these materials. Results. Diff erent types of plasma treatment of polymeric textile materials are analyzed. Of the physical methods of modifi cation, the most promising are plasma technologies that can reduce environmental pollution. Thermal plasma has extremely high temperatures and cannot be used to modify and treat the surface of PTM fi bers. The choice of a certain type of cold plasma for the treatment of PTM depen ds on the speed of their processing, the sample size and the degree of the proposed modifi cation. The infl uence of diff erent types of plasma treatment of polymeric textile materials on the change of their structure and properties, as well as the causes and features of such changes are determined. Practical value. The application of plasma technologies in the textile and light industry allows to replace the technological operations of processing polymeric textile materials that require high consumption of water and chemical reagents, for the processes of their dry processing. This reduces the consumption of chemical materials and reduces energy costs. Installation and maintenance of atmospheric pressure equipment is much simpler and cheaper than low pressure plasma equipment

In condition of nowadays, it raises the question of life and professional realization of the individual, the ability to use and acquire knowledge throughout life, to build own professional path, while having a high level of general and professional culture. Future specialists of professional education (Technology of light industry goods) acquire object and professional competencies in the process of educational and research activities, including the mastering of the method of clothing design that is decisive. The development of general competencies is no less important, especially awareness of the values of sustainable development of society, including environmental culture, which is formed in the process of education. The improvement of this training helps students to do creative projects on the technology of ecological processing of textile materials, which corresponds to the introduction of the principles of sustainable fashion into the educational process. The article also describes the technology of "upcycling", which expects the reuse of textiles and clothing. It is the process of creating a new thing from another one that is not used any more. Its potential is the formation students’ environmental culture and the relevant skills of resource conservation. Since the amount of material is limited, there is a need to build an accurate design of the product base, which can be used further modeling a new product without extra elaboration. The article presents the substantiation of one of the methods of constructing the basis of the shoulder product – dip transfer welding, which is one of the effective one when students do creative projects on the manufacture of garments using the technology of ecological processing of textile materials. Involving students in such projects contributes to the formation of environmental culture, forms an idea of sustainable fashion, and it is an effective way to slow down fashion. The creating of an algorithm for building the basis of the shoulder product on a non-standard figure will contribute to the formation of object competencies of students during doing creative projects using the technology of ecological processing of textile materials.

The aim of the research is to identify the differences in the process of screen printing on textile materials. The equipment, which is used in the process of screen printing on light industry materials, as well as the technological process itself, require the formulation of a number of tasks of analytical and experimental studies. Established that the main differences in the process of screen printing on light industry materials are the stability of materials to high temperatures, their hygroscopicity, adhesion properties of paints and the surface of the material, significant linear deformation, temperature shrinkage, operational features of clothing and footwear. Analysed the operations of drawing images by screen printing on light industry materials, as well as done the grouping of equipment for the realization of this process. As a result of consideration and structuring of information on operations of technological process the tasks of further analytical and experimental researches are formulated. The operations of the technological process of stencil printing on light industry materials derived as a result of theoretical and empirical studies are structured. The stages and methods of screen printing operations on light industry materials are described.

The article is devoted to the study of modern theoretical and legal problems of ensuring biological security in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The published Draft of Federal law No. 850485-7“On biological security of the Russian Federation”provides an opportunity to take a closer look at the problem of legal provision of biological security in relation to the most vulnerable ecosystems, and, first of all, the Arctic. The article considers the most important features and potential risks of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation of critical importance from the point of view of biological hazards, the features (specificity) of biological safety problems from the point of view of organizational-legal features and, in particular, from the perspective of environmental law. It is proved that, given the special situation of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, in addition to the base Federal law“About biological safety” required a specific law on biological and ecological safety of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, which should be generated on a slightly different model than the draft Federal law «On biological safety”, to wear the most specific, applied nature.

AbstractNonwovens are one of the most versatile textile materials and have become increasingly popular in almost all sectors of the economy due to their low manufacturing costs and unique properties. In the next few years, the world market of nonwovens is predicted to grow by 7%–8% annually (International Nonwovens & Disposables Association [INDA], European Disposables and Nonwovens Association [EDANA], and Markets and Markets). This article aims to analyze the most recent trends in the global export and import of nonwovens, to present two case studies of Polish companies that produce them, and to present one special case study of the market of nonwoven geotextiles in China and India, which are the Asian transition economies among the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa).
