The relevance of the article is that the Constitution of Ukraine stipulates that a person, his life and health, honor and dignity, inviolability and security are recognized in our state as the highest social value. The activity of law enforcement bodies and judicial authorities in the state is aimed at ensuring the implementation of this provision of the Basic Law of Ukraine. Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities is one of the tasks of criminal proceedings which is achieved through the implementation of others - by prompt and full disclosure of crimes, exposing the perpetrators and ensuring the proper application of the Law. The purpose of the article is to determine the current state of scientific developments of operational and investigative documentation in the process of combating crime by units of the National Police of Ukraine. The state of scientific development of problems of operative-search documentation by generalization and systematization of results of monographic works of domestic and foreign scientists, and also scientific researches on the researched subjects, stated in manuals, methodical recommendations, lectures and scientific articles of different historical periods is analyzed. For in-depth study of these issues, the chronological principle of presentation of the material was chosen, which provides an opportunity to highlight the defining ideas and views of the formation of modern operational and investigative documentation. It was found that today, in the legal literature and practice, along with the term "operational documentation" has become widespread concept of "operational and technical documentation" of criminal offenses, as these terms are used not only in forensic, operational and investigative, but also other aspects , where they have different meanings, although identical in meaning, which is the need to ensure compliance of the process of operational and technical documentation of criminal offenses with the requirements of applicable regulations governing the admissibility, procedure and conditions of its implementation. It is stated that the study indicates the need and relevance for modern theory and practice of ORD conducting at the monographic level of a comprehensive study of theoretical, legal and organizational and tactical principles of operational and investigative documentation in the fight against crime by the National Police of Ukraine.

This article is devoted to substantiation of basic algorithms for the information system which could provide prompt making of decisions on ensuring safety of underground mining jobs, which are of great importance for the job safety at the mining enterprises. The information safety system architecture and some basic algorithms was developed. The system differs by its methods for prompt predicting and assessing of different scenarios of geomechanical process development, and which includes the following subsystems: a basic client-server subsystem with functions of interaction between the personnel and management of the enterprise; a reference and information subsystem, which supports a decision making process, accumulates data and analyzes technical documentation; a subsystem for analyzing the job safety by geomechanical factors and for assessing of the “support-rocks” system state basing on the risk criteria and mathematical fuzzy logics. Two integral indicators of safety are formed. The first indicator is used to control entering of the control object to the emergency mode and to determine a factor, which requires urgent interruption, and the second indicator is used for the total assessment of the object current state.

The strain characteristics in the outer surface of the pipe and the stress intensity factor in crack front with internal longitudinal-cracks were analyzed by the finite element method. According to the results of analysis, the outer surface strain variation to crack size was got and the relationship of stress intensity factor and crack size was known. Based on resistance strain gauges and fiber optic sensing technology, pressure pipe crack extension monitoring device was designed and the outer surface circumferential strain were tested .The results of finite element analysis and experiment are in good agreement. The outer surface strain variation in this paper can be used to analyze the situation of internal longitudinal-cracks extension. That relationship of stress intensity factor and crack size has an important reference to the safety assessment of pipe with internal longitudinal-crack.

Currently, counteraction to the legalization of drug trafficking is characterized by low efficiency, which necessitates a scientific understanding of the problems of combating this type of crime. On the basis of general scientific research methods, the authors formulated a list of the main problems that arise in the indicated area in the operational units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. These problems include: the lack of a unified approach to qualifying criminal acts related to the transfer of funds received by drug traffickers; the lack of a well-established practice of recognizing drug money as all funds received in electronic wallets used by criminals to receive payment for drugs; the use of technical means of protecting information and cryptocurrenciesby criminals; lack of methods for detecting legalization of drug trafficking in modern conditions; lack of legal ability to block (freeze) non-cash funds owned by persons with respect to whom there are sufficient grounds to suspect their involvement in activities related to drug trafficking and legalization of drug trafficking; the absence of a statutory presumption of the illegality of the acquisition of property of drug traffickers and their relatives, which significantly complicates the application of the rules on confiscation of criminal proceeds. The article concludes with copyright proposals for solving the problems considered.

This chapter proposes an overview of the main urban goods transport movement approaches in more than 40 years of research in the field. A state of the art on urban goods transport modelling is proposed in the form of a chronology to examine the main four periods in urban goods transport modelling, the main approaches, and the main schools of thinking. After that, the main dominant approaches are defined and presented. The author observes that, although in literature there is the feeling that no unified approach is dominating the field, several dominant approaches can be found: the first concerns demand generation models, the second the way generation is linked to route definition and construction, the third to the units used, and the fourth to the use of origin-destination synthesis when few data are available and classical models are not able to be deployed. Finally, as a conclusion, the paper shows on the current state of the field, which has achieved various advances, shows the capacity to innovate in the near future.

Pipetronix has developed a new generation of internal inspection device for the detection of cracks in pipelines. Since its commercial introduction in October 1994 the tool, UltraScan CD (Crack Detection), has successfully inspected nearly 1,000 km of operating oil and gas pipelines. The runs were followed by verification excavations at specific locations selected from the collected data. Comparison of the findings with corresponding verifications from excavations illustrate the sensitivity and reliability of the inspection method and the ability of the tool to accurately discriminate between different types of defects. The performance has proved the UltraScan CD to be a reliable internal inspection device for the detection of cracks (SCC, fatigue and other crack like defects) on pipelines. As a result, the German TÜV (authorized by the German Government to verify the compliance with Regulations covering the operation and inspection of pipelines) has approved the use of UltraScan CD as a substitute for hydrostatic pressure testing of pipelines.

AbstractIdentification and naming of fossil and subfossil organisms are not easy tasks. We are in the midst of a paradigm shift in how NPP taxa are named, driven in large part by 1) molecular clock taxonomic efforts in the past 25 years and 2) greater connectivity among scientific communities. Concurrent with this is the understanding that sometimes a name is not necessary, and identifying acronyms, pending further taxonomic work, or where fragmentary or synapomorphic remains cannot be assigned to their original taxon, are sufficient. The overarching goal of the paradigm shift is to maintain stability of the code and avoid increasing the number of names that refer to single taxa. The history and current state of nomenclature for non-pollen palynomorphs groups, highlighting recent developments with dinoflagellates and fungi, is given, and recommendations for a unified approach to NPP nomenclature through geological time are made.
