The purpose of the research is to investigate the quality of spring-finger harrow surface tillage to provoke the germination of carrion depending on the angle of the fingers. Research methods: theoretical – analysis of information resources and research results of spring harrows; laboratory-field – economic tests of the machine with planning of experiment, fixing of agrotechnical indicators; instrumental measurements; mathematical and statistical – processing of the obtained indicators and expert evaluation. Results. Experimental field studies of the quality of surface tillage with a spring-finger harrow were carried out in order to provoke the emergence of winter rapeseed. It was found that the harrow loosens and mulches the top layer of soil well, creating optimal conditions for the germination of weeds and weed seeds. The importance of the agrotechnical measure of field litter management and prospects for the use of spring-finger harrows in the system of soil-protective agriculture is analytically substantiated. Conclusions. The physical parameters obtained as a result of researches of a spring-finger harrow testify that at speed about 20 km / h with increase of an angle of inclination of spring fingers depth of their course increases in 1,6 times from 7,2 cm to 11,3 cm that corresponds to agricultural requirements to spring harrows (4-12 cm). The quality of soil crushing in terms of agronomically valuable aggregates up to 0-25 mm in size increases with satisfactory to excellent values with increasing angle of inclination of the fingers. The results of experimental studies show that the heavy spring-finger harrow Degelman Strawmaster SM 7000-50, in the presence of freshly cut rapeseed stubble of large size and clumps of chaff, provides satisfactory tillage, promoting the germination of rapeseed seeds and improving phytosanitary conditions for future field operations.

Microcomputers have been used for data entry, updating and checking during a field survey of health conditions after earthquake in Southern Italy.Although the basic procedure of interview and processing is the same as with conventional paper archives, benefits were seen to result from local statistical processing, fastness of file construction, monitoring of the quality of information collection. Local temperature and electricity distribution are clearly a problem. The need for a general software framework that can be adapted to several epidemiological surveys is emphasized.

The cylindrical soil tillage roller was developed. In the process of experimental studies of the proposed roller for assessing the quality of tillage from the standpoint of compliance with the soil density agrotechnical requirements adopted coefficient of compliance with the standard kse. As a result of experimental studies, the parameters and modes of operation of the roller have been optimized, at which the required quality of tillage is achieved. Analysis of the mathematical models obtained showed that, after rolling with a cylindrical spiral roller, kse = 0.98 (corresponding to soil density ρ = 1185 ... 1215 kg / m3), which fully satisfies the agrotechnically specified limit of soil density at a seed embedment depth - 1100 ... 1300 kg / m3. The maximum value of kse = 0.98 is achieved when the speed of the unit is v = 11 km per hour, the ballast mass is mb=100 kg, and the turn of the spiral is l=40 mm. It was revealed that after treatment with a cylindrical-spiral soil-cultivating roller, the coefficient of compliance with the standard was kse=0.98, which is significantly higher compared to serial rollers (0.83 - after rolling the SZ-5.4 drill and 0.91 after processing the ring spur roller). When assessing the field surface alignment, it was found that after treatment with a cylindrical-spiral roller, the coefficient of uniformity kv was 0.95, which is respectively 7.1% and 14.2% more compared to the areas treated with annular-heel rollers and annular rollers of the SZ seeder -5.4. In the course of field studies on the experimental field of Ulyanovsk State Agrarian University, it was found that the yield of spring barley after surface treatment of the soil with a cylindrical-spiral roller exceeded by an average of three years for 7.4% and 10.3%, respectively, the yield of this crop after rolling with a KKSh-6 roller and SZ-5,4 seeder wheels. The economic effect of the introduction of the proposed rink due to the increase in yield reaches 1,800 ... 2,460 rubles per 1 hectare of spring barley.

The purpose of research. Analysis of the advantages and determination of the efficiency of machines for subsoil application of liquid nitrogen fertilizers in resource-saving technologies by evaluating the quality of the DRAGON 6000 applicator. Research methods: theoretical (analysis and synthesis of information resources); experimental field; statistical (mathematical processing of research results) according to generally accepted methods. Results. Experimental studies of the influence of the speed modes of the injector wheel of the DRAGON 6000 applicator for application of liquid nitrogen fertilizers CAS on the quality of the technological process were carried out. It is established that during radical fertilization with liquid fertilizers of corn crops with a row spacing of 70 cm the unit is able to provide a daily yield of 120 hectares in 16-row performance and projected 180 ha - in 24-row, provided proper organization of work and staff training. It is noted that in the conditions of growth of prices for mineral fertilizers and climate change introduction of ecological approaches and resource-saving technology of entering CAS on the basis of the DRAGON 6000 applicator is an urgent task which will allow to compete successfully in the world market. Conclusions. Analytical review of domestic and foreign information resources confirms that the technology of subsoil application of liquid mineral fertilizers, in particular urea-ammonia mixtures (CAS), compared with the application of dry and other liquid fertilizers, is becoming more widespread due to better efficiency, which is a derivative of plant nutrition, rational positioning of fertilizers at the required depth, minimization of evaporation losses, improved drought resistance in the cultivation of crops, and also has significant benefits by reducing losses of active substance, ease of adjustment and management of the work process. Studies have confirmed the possibility of providing the presented design of the machine a constant depth of penetration of needles into the soil with a wide range of humidity and different speeds, as well as the ability to choose rational protection zone for cultivation of corn plants without damage to achieve acceptable efficiency of liquid fertilizers. LLC "ROPA-UKRAINE" presents to the market to consumers the applicator of the Ukrainian production DRAGON 6000 which passed production check on the area of 500 hectares during continuous entering of liquid fertilizers of CAS on vegetative plants of wheat and in the course of interrow (radical) entering of CAS on corn crops. 1100 hectares. With a change of speed in the range (5… 10) km / h, in difficult conditions of work at excess soil moisture, the DRAGON 6000 applicator stably provides depth of entering into soil of needles 6 cm long on depth of 4,9 cm in a protective zone on distance 5 cm from the stems. Under these conditions, the fixation of fertilizers is high quality, and damage to plants is not observed. According to the results of experimental research, the applicator guarantees high indicators of technological reliability and quality of the technological process, has good transport characteristics and lateral stability when driving on field roads.

This paper represents a statistical processing of experimental studies on the influence of light on the quality of nut oil (Juglans regia L). The conformity of nut oil Calaras and Kogalniceanu, harvested in 2013 and 2015, was analyzed in the Republic of Moldova. The objective of this study was to determine effect of storage conditions (stored at light and dark) on the stability of walnut oil during storage by measuring the Peroxide Values (PV), Acid values (AV), Kinetic Study of Lypid Peroxidation A (PV), Reichert Meissl Number, Polenske Number, Specific Gravity and Refractive Index. The nut oil was obtained by cold pressing in the Department of Food Technology, TUM scientific laboratory, the storage time of nut oil samples in the dark and the light was 6 months, tempering 20-22ºC. The monitoring of the physicochemical indicators was carried out for 2 years in the Institutional project no. 11.817.04.40 Elaboration of methods for the walnut lipids protection (Juglans regia L.) of oxidative degradation, 2012-2014 and project no. 15.817.02.30A Methodological and technical elaboration for the modernization of the walnut processing technology (Juglans regia L.) with the use of biologically active components in functional food «NUCALIM-PROBIO» 2015-2018. It has been established that light is a determining factor in the quality of walnut oil at storage.

AbstractObjective: to assess the efficacy and the effectiveness of 60-80% alcohol (v/v) in the disinfection of semi-critical materials which were either previously cleaned or not.Method: studies obtained from BIREME, IBECS, MEDLINE, ScIELO, PubMed, Ask Medline web portals, and references from other studies. Criteria were created to assess the methodological quality of articles. Out of the 906 studies found, 14 have been included.Results: after materials were disinfected with alcohol, microorganisms were detected in 104/282 (36.9%) effectiveness tests and in 23/92 (25.0%) efficacy tests that were conducted. In the field studies, disinfection was not achieved for 74/218 (33.9%) of the products that were submitted to previous cleaning and for 30/64 (46.9%) of the ones which were not submitted to previous cleaning. In the experimental studies, alcohol disinfection was not efficacy in 11/30 (36.7%) and 12/62 (19.4%) of products, respectively. The studies were not found to have followed standardized methods.Conclusion: disinfection of semi-critical products with alcohol 70% - or in an approximate concentration - cannot be recommended to all health care products in an unrestricted way. However, according to the type of semi-critical product, disinfection can be attained with or without previous cleaning.

The article considers the method of evaluating the effectiveness of the textual content of the advertising message. The basis of the proposed method is the linguistic principles, in which the effectiveness of the text is analyzed from the view of the decoding of information by the target recipient of the message. Materials used for the study were the texts used in SEO promotion of information resources, the method is based on the approach of breaking the text into keywords and phrases. The method of evaluating the effectiveness of the text is based on an analogue of the method of mechanical verification of the relevance of the text by the search engine, which was expanded by the parameters of expert evaluation of the quality of text construction.

The article describes experience of creating and implementing information-managing educational environment at university. The model of creating information-managing educational environment of university with elements of artificial intelligence and indicative management is described. This environment contributes to improve quality of training and management of educational processes and resources. The stages of creating and implementing information-managing educational environment are considered systemically, as continuous process focused on a consumer. The inhibitory and facilitating conditions for introduction of the model at university are described. To provide subject-oriented approach to the use of information resources of environment, recommended clusters of information subsystems for each category of users are described.Practically implemented scientific and methodological recommendations for subjects of educational process to overcome resistance to innovations introduced in educational organizations are proposed.Features of adaptation of the developed information-managing educational environment for schools are presented.

The system of indicators of quality of carbon-carbon composite material and technological operations of its production is proved in the work. As a result of the experimental studies, with respect to the existing laboratory equipment, the optimal number of cycles of saturation of the reinforcing frame with a carbon matrix is determined. It was found that to obtain a carbon-carbon composite material with a low cost and the required quality indicators, it is necessary to introduce additional parameters of the pitch melt at the impregnation stage.

This article presents the results of a number of operations research studies (OR) of family planning services provided by a new cadre of female village-based family planning workers in Punjab Province, Pakistan. This cadre of workers, recruited nationwide, have been trained to visit women in their villages to provide information and family planning services. The studies were conducted as part of a broad program of technical assistance to the Government of Pakistan. Surveys investigated the quality of their training as well as attitudes among clients to the new program. They found that the program is developing well but there is room for improvement, particularly in counseling and training. Additional field studies are ongoing and recommendations for change have been incorporated in training and supervision. The program is expanding on a national scale.
