The article is devoted to identifying the features of using digital technologies in the educational process for training future journalists. Based on the analysis of the educational practice of Russian universities and the theory of digital education, the specifics of creating and applying a digital educational environment in the conditions of training future specialists in the media sphere are determined. The article substantiates the application of a two-stage model of digital education for journalism students based on the principle of a flexible combination of online and offline education based on the educational activity of students.

Digital education is education that primarily functions based on digital technologies, that is, electronic transactions that are implemented using the Internet. Digital education aims to professionalize and increase the mobility of those who study and at the present stage of ICT development, it can be considered as a technological basis for the fundamentalization of higher education. The purpose of the article is to analyze the technological capabilities of digital education on the example of the use of innovative classroom in the educational process. The article analyzes the advantages of the educational environment equipped with digital tools. Based on an expert survey, the main characteristics of the innovative classroom, as well as technological requirements for the innovative classroom, are determined and various models for the organization of the innovative classroom are presented.

Evolving digital technologies are infiltrating schools wave after wave. The changes taking place are viewed as the schools’ digital renewal process (SDRP). The SDRP is complex (multidimensional). It includes changes in the educational environment (physical and virtual), the educational process, and the way the school operates. The SDRP goes uneven, with individual schools at different stages. One-time observation of the SDRP allows you to fix its current state (statics). The longitudinal observations allows you to see changes in the schools’ digital renewal (kinematics). The connection of the observed changes with the impact on the general education system makes it possible to discuss the development of digital renewal under the influence of individual control actions (dynamics). The stages of penetration of digital technologies into the work of the school: computerization, early and mature informatization, digital transformation (transition to the “Smart School”) can be considered as the stages of maturity of the SDRP. The article discusses a framework for describing the processes of digital renewal of schools in an evolving digital environment and an assessment of the SDRP’s maturity.

Introduction. The paper addresses the issue of support of the students involved in a fully online retraining program, which imposes special requirements on the development of the self-education ability. The study aims to establish the conditions for organizing the support of self-education in a digital educational environment. Materials and methods. The study relies on the methodology proposed by G.N. Prozumentova for reconstructing the innovative experience to analyze the reflexive text materials of the Logbook of students of the retraining program; to identify the points of stress, misunderstanding, breaks, and transitions during training; and make an analytical generalization. Results of the study. Categories of difficulties encountered by students of the program in their self-educational activity were identified, and the conditions necessary to support self-education were established. These are points of self-determination, professional trials, points of reflection, and individual educational route. Conclusion. In the context of restrictive measures during the pandemic and the transition to the online educational process, self-skills related to self-education, i.e., self-organization, independence, and self-determination, become essential. These competences are an indispensable part of the work of a tutor. However, before the tutor can support someone, they need to build these self skills themselves. The established conditions in the retraining programs will facilitate this process. At the same time, additional studies are required to reveal in more detail the individual progress of a person under these conditions for building a model for supporting the development of self-education ability, and to determine the methods for tutors to provide the support of this progress. The article deals with one of the directions of educational practice — practice-oriented training. In the implementation of practice-oriented training in modern education can help institutions of additional education, because they have a high adaptation to changes in society, quickly respond to individual educational and other needs of children, and most importantly, unlike regulated school education, offer the freedom to choose programs, directions of training, education and development. New requirements for the organization of the educational process in the system of additional education was a prerequisite for the development of a model of formation of universal educational actions on the basis of Children’s Ecological and Biological Center of Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai. When creating the model, we took into account that the educational activity of the Children’s Ecological and Biological Center is based on a system-activity approach, which will ensure: the formation of readiness for self-development and continuous education, design and construction of the social environment of students in the education system, active educational and cognitive activity of students, construction of the educational process taking into account the individual age, psychological and physiological characteristics of students. The proposed model can be implemented in all institutions of additional education of natural Sciences.

One of the ways to solve the problem of preparing competitive graduates of the University is to create an effective information and educational environment. At the present stage, such an environment should include the means of realization of educational, scientific and management activities; support environment for collective and individual communication; objects of educational activity and interaction; training platforms and security tools. Taking into account the requirements for ensuring not only the functioning but also the system development of the university, the general principles of management and the principles of the development of educational systems as the guiding principles of designing the information and education environment we are guided by the principles: system approach; modular structuring of information and data; modifications, addition and permanent updates; adequacy; providing the necessary and sufficient information; sharing data. A prerequisite for the creation of the university's information and educational environment is the availability of electronic content, technologies and the electronic communication of all participants in the educational process. Modeling a qualitative and effective information and educational environment is possible only with the development of all its components - managerial, content, organizational, technological. To the managerial component, we include educational policy, management standards and electronic control that perform planning, organizational, motivational and controlling functions. The semantic component includes scientific, educational, controlling and information and methodological resources that are aimed at providing cognitive, creative and value functions. Organizational component contains, respectively, the organizational structure, normative base, corporate standards and performs the integration, systematization and information functions. In the technological component, we allocate centralized and decentralized services, which are aimed at implementation of modeling, productive and instrumental functions. An example of designing such a model is an effective information and educational environment aimed at training competitive specialists at the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.

На основе целей и задач обновления содержания и методов современного образования обосновывается актуальность раскрытия потенциала цифровой среды для реализации личностно ориентированного обучения, поиска эффективных приемов педагогического сопровождения индивидуализированной самостоятельной работы обучающегося в новых информационных условиях. Материалы и методы. Предложена и методологически обоснована реализация задачного подхода к организации самостоятельной работы обучающихся в цифровой среде. В качестве обязательного условия рассматривается «культуросообразность» этого подхода, т. е. соответствие уровню современной информационной культуры и востребованных обществом образовательных результатов. Определены ключевые черты учебной задачи в цифровом пространстве в плане целеполагания, оперирования содержанием, освоения цифровых инструментов, взаимодействия с другими субъектами, учета индивидуальных потребностей и запросов обучающихся, проявляющихся в их информационном поведении. Введено и раскрыто понятие «цифровая микросреда учебной задачи», воплощающее специфику постановки учебных задач и формирования ситуаций их решения в цифровом образовательном пространстве. Результаты и обсуждение. Приведены и проанализированы результаты опросов студентов и преподавателей университета, позволившие выявить реальные черты педагогической деятельности в цифровом образовательном пространстве и соотнести их с отношением студентов к использованию различных приемов взаимодействия с ресурсами и субъектами цифровой образовательной среды. Данные подтвердили, что большая часть преподавателей не в полной мере реализует потенциал цифровой образовательной среды в контексте приоритетов современного образования и в недостаточной степени ориентируется на информационные и коммуникационные запросы студентов. Заключение. Учебная задача рассматривается как единица, в соответствии с которой в цифровой среде организуется самостоятельная учебно-познавательная деятельность. Проектирование цифровых микросред решения учебных задач позволяет в широком диапазоне реализовать возможности организации продуктивной личностно ориентированной самостоятельной работы обучающихся. Характер учебной деятельности в цифровой микросреде зависит как от педагогической методологии, так и от образовательной позиции и особенностей информационного поведения обучающегося.Introduction. Taking into account the updating goals and methods of modern education, the relevance of revealing the potential of the digital environment for the implementation of personality-oriented learning is justified. The search for effective methods of pedagogical support of an individualized student’s work in new information conditions is substantiated. Material and methods. The implementation of the objective approach to the organization of students’ independent work in a digital environment is proposed and methodologically justified. As a prerequisite is considered the “culturecongruent” of this approach, i.e. compliance with the level of modern information culture and the educational results demanded by society. The key features of the learning task in the digital space are identified in terms of goal setting, content management, the development of digital tools, interaction with other subjects, taking into account the individual student’s needs and requests, manifested in their information behavior. The concept of “digital microenvironment of the learning task” is introduced and disclosed, embodying the specifics of setting educational tasks and creating situations for their solution in the digital education space. Results and discussion. The results of surveys of university students and teachers are presented and analyzed, which made it possible to identify the real features of pedagogical activity in the digital education space and correlate them with the students’ attitude to the use of various methods of interaction with resources and persons in the digital educational environment. The data confirmed that the majority of teachers do not fully realize the potential of the digital educational environment in the context of modern education priorities and are not sufficiently oriented to students’ information and communication requests. Conclusion. The learning task is considered as a unit, according to which an independent learning and cognitive activity is organized in the digital environment. The design of the “learning tasks of digital microenvironments” provides a wide range of opportunities for organizing a productive, personality-oriented independent student work. The nature of the educational activity in the “digital microenvironment” depends both on the pedagogical methodology and on the educational position and characteristics of the student’s informational behavior.

The transformation of the global economic space at all levels of socio-economic eco-systems has been indicated, which is caused by the digitalization of all spheres of public life. The level of transformation of world civilization is commensurate with the revolution of including new ways of energy supply for industry and people’s life, bright discoveries, that change the space due to the achievements of scientific and technological progress.The role of digitalization in the educational process of higher education in the formation of social skills, high professional competencies of future graduates and their demand in the labormarket has been investigated. Problems of introduction of digital technologies in higher Education institutions, connected with weak preparation of the teaching staff and students in the sphere of use of computer technologies, technical problems and change of the purpose of educational activity have been identified. The results of the introduction of elements of digital technologies in the technological process of teaching students basic disciplines on the example of microeconomics have been revealed empirically. The result of the research is a real improvement in the assimilation of theoretical material using digital technologies, a better understanding of it and the possibility of its application in professional activities.It has been concluded, that it is necessary to include elements of digital technologies in the educational process of higher education, because they provide new opportunities for teachers increasing the interest and involvement of students in the studied disciplines and for students in the implementation of their creative and intellectual potential, obtaining deeper knowledge and skills in demand. For the country, this is an opportunity to get managers and specialists of the future, able to ensure stable economic growth and social development of the nation.

The article is dedicated to the issues of intellectualization of professional and pedagogical activity with the main purpose of continuously development of teachers’ competencies in the field of using digital technologies in the educational process, transformation of the teachers’ activities in accordance with the capabilities of modern information and communication technologies and the digital educational environment. The article highlights the potential of massive open online courses and open educational resources that contribute to the development of ways to effectively use Internet technologies in education. The article points out the role of the pedagogical technologies’ integration with the latest digital technologies in updating and developing the competencies of teachers. The article describes how to use online courses in the educational process, scenarios for integrating online courses into the educational process, technologies for placing educational materials, interaction tools in an electronic informational and educational environment. The article focuses on blended learning technology as a means of implementing an integrated learning model using Internet resources. The article highlights the main characteristics of blended learning technology allowing the use of modern methods and tools of online learning, combining the advantages of educational and digital technologies. Particular attention is paid to the “MOOC discipline support” model which uses massive open online courses as additional material. The article describes variants of methodological support for the process of implementing an online course, Internet services for organizing academic work and networking.

Introduction. The article reflects the authors’ system for calculating the level and quality of digitalization of the educational process in Russian universities. This task is actualized by a number of circumstances of modern realities. The need to create a digital twin / double for each university has become a trend due to the importance of providing applicants, students and graduates with the most accessible educational environment. The high-quality digital environment of a university during the spread of pandemics is an important condition for maintaining the stability of the educational process. Today, the ability of universities to quickly adapt the digital educational space to the needs of distance learning is a significant sign of the viability and quality of the management staff of higher education institutions. Methods and materials. To develop the system, the authors used a mathematical tool – the method of summary indicators for calculating the level of digitalization of universities, which allows to evaluate various characteristics of the value, efficiency and quality of objects with a significant number of different parameters. Analysis. To develop indicators – basic rating indicators – the authors used the results of a preliminary study of the best practices of digitalization of the university environment of leading foreign and Russian universities. The system takes into account the needs for digitalization of the educational environment of three different categories: applicants, students and graduates. Results. The introduction of the rating into the Russian practice will allow to justify a system of recommendations to university administrations to improve the level and quality of their digitalization of the educational process.
