The article considers issues related to the concept of creativity, creative potential, creative abilities, creative process, recommendations for the development of creative potential of the future teacher of technology using methods, techniques and tools that generate new ideas for creativity. The analysis of methods of professional training of the modern specialist of educational branch is carried out. The necessity of using the competence approach which is aimed at training future teachers and consists in the acquisition and development of students during training a set of key, general and subject competencies that determine his successful professional activity. It is determined that in order to teach students creativity, the teacher must have a sufficient level of creative potential. Students majoring in "Technology", to a greater extent, have certain creative talents and abilities, motivation to learn new techniques and tools, and experience of creative activity, so the role of the teacher in practical classes to show new methods, techniques and means of creative activity, to expand the horizons of imagination and the limits of application of these methods in further professional activity, to prove to students the necessity and feasibility of developing their creative potential. In the educational field "Technology" (labor training) the use of the project method contributes to the formation of students' foundations of technological literacy, work culture, creative approach to solving tasks, learning different ways of processing materials and information. It is the use of non-standard methods of generating new ideas for creativity and activity at the first and especially the second stage (design) will give the greatest effect in the development of creative potential of future teachers of technological education. It is substantiated that the levels of creative preparation should not be used to assess the creative potential of students, but to take into account the teacher's opportunities for creative promotion of each student and a differentiated approach to using existing methods and techniques of involving students in the creative process.

The paper considers the role of academic and creative work on illustration as an integrative component of learning and teaching activity (vocational training) in the process of vocational training of a future teacher of art (painter-teacher). The relevance of the study is caused by insufficient information about the potential of teaching illustration as a part of the vocational training of future teachers. The author considers the integration of learning and vocational activity in several aspects, which allows defining the essence and highlighting the significant elements of this process. In each aspect of integration, the author emphasizes the functional components of the teacher’s activity aimed at the formation of general professional and vocational competencies or their parts. In this respect, the paper considers the academic and creative work on illustration as an overall process where all elements are interdependent. The characteristic of the suggested approach to teaching illustration as an integrative component of vocational training of future teachers is the systemizing and improvement in the practice of the complex of knowledge, skills, and experience of activity obtained in the process of learning disciplines of vocational and general professional training throughout the training period. The academic and creative work on illustration expands the instruments of a student necessary for a future practical experience both for the development of artistic and creative skills and aesthetic education of students. An intending teacher being keen on illustration as an academic discipline in the future can implement this field of study in independent creative activity, which can be an example of professional self-fulfillment. The author based the research on the learning of the results of academic and creative work in artistic graphics of the fourth-year students of Art and Graphics Faculty of Kuban State University and further survey organized during teaching training.

Introduction. The article deals with improvement of the differential model of training for decision-making when setting standards of training with fire-fighting equipment. Using a differential training model, the study of the setting training standards with new models of technology and fire-technical equipment was carried out. Goals and objectives. The aim of the study is to improve the training model for calculating the training standards and predicting the number of approaches to ensure the successful development of the training in the framework of the management of professional training of firefighters. Methods. The process of obtaining new scientific results can be divided into three stages. At the first stage, when improving the training model, methods for solving differential equations with separable variables were used. At the second stage of the study, the Student's criterion and elements of probability theory were used in the development of training standards with fire-fighting equipment. At the third stage, the Pearson determination criterion was used in the process of assessing the adequacy of the results. Results and discussion. The authors obtained a partial analytical solution of the general differential training model for the case of linear dependence of the training function on the results of the exercise. A method for calculating standards for exercises with fire-fighting equipment based on truncated data is proposed and the results of calculating standards are compared with the generally accepted method for setting standards for exercises with fire-fighting equipment. A method has been developed for determining the values of the function of training based on the results of repeated exercises, taking into account the training factor. Conclusions. Thus, the proposed modification of the training model consists in establishing a linear dependence of the results of the exercises on the number of approaches, which allows planning actions for the successful implementation of exercises with fire-fighting equipment. The directions of further research in terms of the development of the results obtained in the management of professional training of personnel in fire departments have been determined. Keywords: firefighter training management, fire-fighting equipment, training standards, differential training model, decision-making

The article discusses and describes in detail the concept of the modern content of education, which provides for training and acquisition of skills in conjunction with the formation of future specialists of the experience of creative activity. Of particular importance in the professional training of future specialists is the formation of theoretical readiness for creative learning, since the content and conditions of pedagogical activity are always probabilistic and problematic. In the process of creative learning, the teacher specifies a contradiction between the existing and the given level of learning of students, formulates a solution of this contradiction in the form of a problem. The solution of the problem is concretized in the form of a task to develop an original technology (or its elements) for solving this problem and implement it as a means of overcoming the contradiction. The necessary components of the teacher's readiness for professional creative activity are listed. All these components function as a single whole, in interaction with each other and lead to the emergence of a new system quality, which is manifested in the high quality of solving problematic pedagogical tasks in the field of education.

The peculiarity of the training of future teachers of fine arts in the article is the formation of professional skills in working in the field of fine, decorative and applied arts in educational institutions and teaching fine arts. Because the quality of performance is important, if the evaluation of creative work and the criteria for it are clear, then the formation and evaluation of pedagogical competence is also a topical issue for the teacher of fine arts.

The article examines the problem of forming readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts. In this context, the author highlights the basic principles that underlie this process: professional orientation, scientificity, optimization, emotional pedagogical process. The principle of professional orientation includes both the professional orientation of the individual to work and a specific profession and the professional orientation of general education and vocational training. The author provides not only professionally relevant material that is introduced into the content of education but also activities, which are aimed at mastering such mental operations, the analogues of which will be performed by students in teaching. According to the principle of scientificity, the content of higher education should correspond to scientific achievements in a particular field. Thus, future teachers of artists should receive only scientifically sound and reliable information, including facts, patterns, processes and phenomena, features of the formation and development of scientific discoveries. The principle of optimization presupposes high-quality implementation of the technology of formation of readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts, which leads to the achievement of the set goal. The main pedagogical actions to optimize the process of formation of the studied readiness of future teachers-artists are to specify the tasks; generalization; interdisciplinary coordination; selection of options based on their comparative assessment; differentiation and individualization of the educational process; humanization. The principle of emotionality of the pedagogical process will help to intensify the activities of both students and teachers, remove psychological barriers, stimulate cognitive processes, etc., which will significantly increase the efficiency of the process of formation of the studied education and will help future teachers of art to communicate effectively with students. Keywords: principles; readiness, professional and creative self-realization; artistic and pedagogical activity; professional training; future teachers of fine arts; fine arts; institution of higher education.
