The article analyzes the regulatory and legal documents that regulate the main components of the professional compliance of teachers and the applicants of professional preliminary education. The works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, which disclose general issues of the teacher’s professional competence development and factors of future teachers’ competencies developing in the system of higher education. Scientists’ detailed views on the teachers’ communicative competence developing in higher education. The scientists’ views on the future educators’ communicative competence developing of preschool education institutions in higher education are investigated. Particular attention is focused on the communicative competence of future educators of speech therapists – one of the specialities, which requires communicative skills and high professionalism. The issue of preschool teachers’ communicative competence has been covered by scientists in various aspects. At the same time, it should be noted that the issue of developing of communicative competence of future educators of speech therapy groups in pedagogical colleges has been insufficiently studied and requires thorough research.  After all, at the present stage, the learning of children with speech defects requires not only the use of special techniques in correctional and developmental work with them but also teachers’ high communicative competence, including educators of speech therapy groups. The essence and characteristics of the concepts of communicative competence of educators of speech therapy groups need further study.

The article covers the history of the formation and development of the domestic system of speech therapy. It is disclosed that the development of speech therapy education in all historical periods is connected with the socioeconomic structure of the country, the value orientations of the state and society, the policy of children with deviations in development, the legislation in the field of education in general, the world historical-pedagogical process, the level of development of defectological science as an integrated field of knowledge at the junction of medicine, psychology, pedagogy. Some general conditions of the initial stage of logopedic education modernization have been revealed, which confirm that it is possible on the basis of in-depth study of the content and essence of the problem of formation of professionalism and professional competence of future speech therapists, development of organizational and methodological support for their development and implementation in educational, in accordance with the social order, the national-regional needs of modern society. According to the analysis, four stages have been identified in the formation of the future vocabulary specialists training in the system of special education: Phase I – the formation of the logopedic system (logopedic education was a defectological education) (the process of professional training of specialists was limited to the field of school education, which for many years determined exclusively pedagogical directional defectological (logopedic) education) – the end of the XIX – the beginning of XX century; II – intensive development of the problems of higher education in the field of special pedagogy (organization of a short course of practical speech therapy for preschool workers, the opening of the first department of childhood deficiency in Petrograd at the Institute of preschool education, development of the concept of higher defectological education, qualification characteristics, problems of pedagogical practice) – since 1918 in the 70’s of the XX century; ІІІ – the crisis of the system of defectological (logopedic) education (the transformation of the system of higher education, the subsystem of vocational education of different specialists, the development of appropriate requirements for the socio-professional activities of the speech therapist) – 70-ies – the beginning of 90-ies of XX century; IV – modern stage (reorganization of the content and organizational foundations of special education, reorganization of the relationship between mass and special education, distinguishing speech therapy from the special one) – 1997 – to this day.

The article substantiates the purpose, stages, content, algorithm and methods of implementation. The entry of Ukrainian higher education into the European space determines the need for specialists with integrated specialties. The purpose of the article is to investigate the purposefulness of the formation of managerial competence in future professionals in the social sphere to ensure the educational and methodological process in higher education institutions. Methodology – general industry, research, information, diagnostic, subject methodical. Thus, there is a need to modernize professional and human resources. Therefore, the issue of scientific understanding of quality training of social workers in management, i.e., leadership of small and large groups of people, their ability to be highly qualified professionals with established managerial competence. Modern approaches to understanding the process of formation of managerial competence in future professionals in the social sphere, which is determined by the focus on the object of management, taking into account its specifics and the nature of development in the socio-educational environment. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the essence and content of the concept of "managerial competence" are revealed. The understanding of professional training as an important component of managerial competence of future specialists in the field of management is highlighted, in particular, that professional training is a set of knowledge, skills and abilities, mastery of which allows a person to work as a specialist or a skilled worker qualifications. The main purpose of the formation of managerial competence in future professionals in the social sphere is to achieve a high level of its main components and ensure the manageability of the educational and methodological process. Based on the analysis of pedagogical, methodological, philosophical research of the essence, content and structure of managerial competence in social specialists, the founders revealed as a component of professional competence of a social specialist, a dynamic integrated systemic education, which is manifested in management. In turn, management activity is the result of managerial training of a social worker to evaluate his or her professional activity. Professional training of future social professionals for management is a necessary component that requires clarification of the concept of "professional training of social professionals" in order to form managerial competence for effective performance of professional duties and opportunities for successful work in the chosen profession.

Article is devoted to consideration of questions of transformation of a modern role of the teacher of high school which changes and supplements a substantial basis of its professional competence and demands reconsideration and acceptance of new concepts. The role and the functions of the teacher connected with problems of education of youth in educational space of high school that promotes formation of communicative skills and social intelligence of competitors of higher education which of objects of influence become its subjects is characterised. It is defined that consulting preceptorship of group carries out adviser – the key subject of the socially-humanitarian influence which functions essentially differ from functions of the curator in traditional understanding. Socially-humanitarian functions and roles of adviser of groups of competitors of higher education are presented, socially-humanitarian directions and forms of its work. Status definition in educational process of an institution of higher education of student's advisers is proved, the purpose of their activity, the primary goals and functions. The conclusion, concerning modern development of the Ukrainian higher school, its European orientation which demands from teachers of performance of a certain number of roles – not as instructors and a source of knowledge and as couch, facilitator, the tutor, the moderator, the mentor and adviser of an individual educational trajectory of competitors of higher education is drawn.


The article deals with the problem of teaching sociocultural competence in the target language to students learning English for professional purposes. The point of the issue is that the most effective way of teaching creative, culturally determined social communication in the target language a more fruitful approach to teaching a sociocultural competence is based on taking into account the linguistic, speech, psychological and psycholinguistic difficulties experienced by Azerbaijani students who learn English for developing communicative purposes. Language learners’ attention should be concentrated on similarities and differences between two cultures and dynamic nature of social interaction. Teaching should be done to master language university students’ sociocultural skills in productive communicative skills. The teacher’s role will be to encourage and facilitate the application of individual learning in social settings, bringing groups of learners together to put them through their paces. One of the main components of a communicative competence as well as linguistic, discursive and strategic competences is a sociocultural competence. It should be noted that the formation of the sociocultural competence implies with the formation of verbal behavior norms, non-verbal behavior norms are adopted among the native speakers. One of the significant factors contributing to the success of communication is the use of participants of the target language. It should be noted that today at all stages of teaching English as a specialty the main attention is traditionally focused on teaching the language system despite the urgency and importance of the problem of the sociocultural component formation of the communicative competence.

The effectiveness of medical care in most cases depends on the quality of informational exchange between the doctor and the patient. Often, selected models of the therapeutic interaction, which are the basis for the doctor-patient relationship and form a common psychological background of this communication are very important. The article presents a brief review of the main models of the therapeutic interaction in the foreign and domestic literature. Also we determined the most preferable of them. We showed the important role of doctor’s communicative competence, as well as the fact that possession of communicative skills allow them to solve medical-diagnostic and organizational problems more effectively while treating the patient. Also we studied the main components of effective interaction, promoting the formation of trust between the patient and the doctor.

The aim of the article is to analyze and develop an algorithm for organizing advertising campaigns in higher education institutions. Methodology. The research methodology is based on socio-communicative, informational approaches, which enabled scientific understanding of the essence, tasks, main components of the process of developing an advertising campaign for higher education institutions and evaluating its effectiveness. Results. Today we can state that there are significant changes in the field of higher education: competition among higher education institutions has intensified, new specialties have emerged and, most importantly, entrants and their parents have become more serious in terms of quality of education, orientation to the modern labor market. educational environment, psychological and emotional comfort. Undoubtedly, an important factor in the prestige of higher education, its status in the educational system of the city and country, reputation, image, prestige – intangible assets of the university – are becoming increasingly important and require action to strengthen and develop them. Dividends in the effective management of the advertising campaign will be – brand recognition, high competition, stability. Summing up, I would also like to draw attention to some aspects of the technology of organizing advertising campaigns and their documentary support. The expediency of starting work on the project to develop a concept and create the actual text of the project, which spells out: goals, objectives, portrait of the target audience, activities, resources (financial, personnel, technical), deadlines, preliminary performance evaluation, etc. The effectiveness of an advertising campaign depends on a number of factors. Corporate communications specialists should prepare a draft advertising campaign, present and discuss the idea and progress of the project with the administration of higher education. Based on the results of advertising campaigns, it is necessary to evaluate their effectiveness and compile detailed reports, do "work on errors", adjust / replenish partner bases. Qualitative maintenance of project documentation emphasizes the level of professional competence of specialists. All this helps to structure and identify the effectiveness of advertising campaigns of higher education institutions.

The article presents the possibilities of using the disciplines: “Speech Culture and Expressive Reading”, “Modern Ukrainian language with a workshop”, “Ukrainian language for professional purposes”, and “Preschool language didactic” in the process of forming communicative competence of future preschool teachers on the basis of integration.It is determined that the important component of professional competence of an educator is communicative competence because a graduate of a higher education institution must be fluent in the native language, be able to communicate, interact with children and adults, and be ready to develop the ability of children to speak Ukrainian in various communication situations.It is emphasized that the formation of communicative competence of the future educator of preschool education should be aimed at mastering basic and interdisciplinary knowledge, psychological and pedagogical, professional and methodological, special and creative skills, education of value orientations, motives of pedagogical activity, communicative culture of personality, ability to develop own creative potential in the field of language education of preschool children.In the process of professional training the task of forming communicative competence in future preschool education specialists is realized in the process of studying all disciplines, although the priorities, in our opinion, are the disciplines “Speech culture and expressive reading”, “Modern Ukrainian language with a workshop”, “Ukrainian language for professional direction”, “Preschool language didactics”. Among the tasks that solve these disciplines, there are those that relate to the motivational, cognitive, activity, and reflective components of the communicative competence of the educator.The peculiarities of the formation of communicative competence in future specialists of preschool education during lectures and practical classes in the above disciplines on the basis of the principle of integration are revealed. A list of tasks of independent work in the disciplines “Ukrainian language for professional purposes” and “Preschool language didactics”, which provide integration of students' knowledge in the disciplines “Speech culture and expressive reading”, “Modern Ukrainian language with a workshop” in order to form communicative competence.The use of the principle of integration in the study of the above disciplines contributes to a comprehensive, high-quality and effective formation of communicative competence in future educators of preschool education institutions. The article is devoted to the issue of communicative competence among intern doctors. A theoretical analysis of the scientists’ views concerning the essence of the concept "communicative competence" was conducted. The structure and its main components were defined. It was proved that communicative competences is a basic characteristic of professional competence of healthcare professionals. The article focuses on the features formation exploration of communicative competences among intern doctors at the postgraduate education stage. It can be stated that communicative competences play an important role in ensuring a high level of medical services for the population, in establishing interpersonal interaction, building compliance, avoiding conflicts between a doctor and a patient or his close relatives. The level of expression and significance of communicative competences in the professional activity of a doctor was determined. Certain differences in the assessment of communicative competences of intern doctors allowed to determine the main necessary approaches and ways concerning the appropriate level of their development. The need to improve the process of training doctors at the postgraduate medical education stages and continious professional development contribute to the practical significance of the conducted empirical research.

The article highlights the theoretical principles of training master’s students majoring in 012 “Preschool Education” on teaching professional methods; legislative and normative documents on the peculiarities of training specialists in higher education institutions are considered. The purpose of the article is to characterize the content component of the preparation of master’s students for teaching in the field of preschool education, in particular professional methods. It is emphasized that the quality of professional activity of all categories of specialists working in the system of preschool education depends on the system of training future teachers in the field of preschool education. The study provides a thorough analysis of the initial discipline “Technologies for teaching professional methods of preschool education”. The working program of the discipline is analysed and the list of topics of lectures is given. The article reveals the content, methods, technologies and forms of work with master’s students at lectures, seminars and practical classes. The concept of “professional competence”, “methodological competence” is defined. In the course of the research, some difficulties encountered by master’s students during the performance of practical tasks are presented; means of increase of methodical competence and levels of its formation at students are defined. It is noted that the effectiveness of training future teachers of preschool education depends on a number of factors, including the use of innovative forms of the educational process, the introduction of modern training technologies, educational programs, research, improvement of practical skills by modelling professional situations, self-education and self-development student. Teaching the discipline “Technologies of teaching professional methods of preschool education” is aimed at forming the readiness of graduate students to teach in higher education. We argue the importance of psycholinguistic training of undergraduate and graduate students majoring in speech therapy and describe the educational design and implementation of psycholinguistic training at the Faculty of Pedagogical and Special Needs Education of Saratov National Research State University.
