  Abstract Schools and communities is a unity that can not be separated, as both mutual give and take. The school as a social institution and the institution of the community is given the responsibility of determining the fate of their nation to the next generation, while the society other than as consumers, also have roles and responsibilities the successful or not Organization of education. The community widely including learners, parents, Government, company/institution agency and so on. The main expectations of the performance of public relations is to attract people to care and trust as well as graduates or using the services offered by the institution. As is happening now, many agencies especially the institution suffered a crisis of confidence of the public in carrying out routine institution programs. See this, the role of public relations became very important in an internal institutional organisation or institution. Because of public relations practitioners are indeed function as an intermediary to bridge between the institutions represented by agencies that exist within the Community (or the community itself), as a result of public relations responsibility evenly against the institution It represents the associated with the community. Education is the most valuable investment to improve the quality of human resources in building a nation. The greatness of a nation is measured by the extent to which its people are educated. Educational institutions and society are two different but inseparable environments that even need each other in their growth and development. The community needs information about what educational institutions are doing. here the role of public relations is absolutely needed. The image of the educational institution depends on the success of the public relations actor. This role was well played by SMPN 1 Pamekasan public relations. Religious values agreed upon as a school culture are communicated to all stakeholders through the implementation of effective community relations management, thus giving birth to a religious image. This article will portray the implementation of public relations management in fostering a religious image in SMPN 1 Pamekasan. With a phenomenological approach, the qualitative data in this article will be described descriptively to be dialogue with previous public relations management theories.

This study explores a series of scientific research on public relations ethics to identify the role of the models of public relations in building ethical identity. Models of public relations are able to explain the negative image of this profession, synonymous with lies, manipulation, deception, and are responsible for dividing the ethical identity of public relations practitioners into two competing paradigms: the advocate, which puts the organization’s interests of above those of the public and, respectively, the guardian of the management of the organization, who finds a wise balance between loyalties to the organization and to the public in accordance with the highest ethical standards of dialogue.

The effort to build good relations with the media is one way to make the institution's image better. Media use activities are carried out to influence the public to achieve organizational goals. Mass media is usually used by organizations or educational institutions to build the image of the institution.In order to be able to perform its functions properly, the role of public relations must be carried out by competent people in their fields. A publicist must be smart in choosing publications, so that the intent to be conveyed to the public can be appropriate and on target. Although the public relations and mass media have a mutually beneficial relationship, there are some things that need to be considered so that especially for educational institutions that have the aim of publishing educational institutions so that a good relationship between public relations and mass media is maintained.

This research presents a public relations management framework in axiology review in educational institutions, where the framework has an important role in building and enhancing cooperation between schools and stake holders, guardians of students, government and other institutions to meet the needs of the institution.  This research uses a qualitative with library research. The results showed that the implementation of public relations management functions, such as planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating will be achieved when accompanied by optimal performance of public relations practitioners. But it is not enough on the performance of an individual, public relations management in axiology review applied in schools must apply the code of conduct, the code of profession, the code of publication, the code of enterprise. To be able to implement this, it is expected that professionals in the public relations field have the ability qualifications, namely; ethical sensibility, ethical reasoning, ethical conduct, and ethical leadership.

Education is a very important thing that should be engaged by every individual, because it is related to the progress and development of a country. In this era of globalization, technology is growing very rapidly that has an impact in education. Schools should be able to adapt to the community and the surrounding environment. TK-SD-SMP Permata Bunda / Sekolah Permata Bunda is a public school operating under the Yayasan Permata Bunda which until now has no public relations role. Thus, it takes the role of public relations in designing more current programs to help schools in raising awareness of certain communities. The purpose of this non-thesis paper is to raise public awareness by using the nine steps of public relations strategy. The Campaign Mari Bersatu Permata Bunda is to let the public to know and understand that the school wants to invite students to not distinguish against one another, nor discriminate, and be united for the students to become better people in the future, and have good relationship with all alumni of Permata Bunda School. The link between health institutions and the Covid 19 crisis, which the whole world suffers from its negative effects at all levels, makes public relations management obligated to manage the crisis and try to control it and tries to get out of it with the least possible damage, especially since its inability means the collapse of the entire health system. Thus this research paper aims to identify the nature of the roles assigned to public relations practitioners in Algerian hospital institutions in managing the Covid 19 crisis during the year 2020, the powers vested in them, the means and methods used in managing this crisis, the strategies that were drawn to contain its repercussions with the least possible losses, and the influencing factors on its effectiveness in the reality of health practice in the sector. The study starts from a fundamental question: What is the nature of the roles that the public relations Department plays in Algerian hospitals, in the management of the Covid19 crisis From this problem, there are a number of derived questions, the most important of which are: 1- which type of activities are assigned to the Public Relations Department of hospital institutions during the Covid19 crisis? 2- What is the role played by public relations practitioners, represented in the studied sample, in managing the Covid19 crisis? 3- What are the methods and means used within the strategy that was drawn up by the Public Relations authority to contain the repercussions of this crisis? 4- What are the factors affecting the effectiveness of this administration in the reality of health practice in the sector? 5- What are the study sample proposals to improve the performance of this device during the health crisis phase? The importance of this study is that it tries to fill in the shortcomings of scientific studies related to the role of public relations in managing health crises in particular, and its importance derives also from the fact that it deals with a topic that has a great impact locally, regionally and internationally, as the Covid19 crisis and the human losses it causes and psychological exhaustion The negative effects on social and economic life give added value to scientific studies that deals with its dimensions. More over to study how public relations practitioners in the health sector manage health crises would also open the horizon for activating the role of public relations management in resolving crises, which is the core of the objectives of this research paper. This study, which is part of the descriptive studies, used the survey method as well as the questionnaire. the questionnaire tool as an important technique for investigating facts related to the topic. This field study that was carried out during the month of September 2020 relied on the intentional sample in selecting the research terms related to the administration’s employees, those responsible for supervision, management and implementation matters and those in charge of communication within the two public hospital institutions, Nafisa Hammoud –formerly Parnet – and Beni Messous Hospital, which are specialized specializes in chest diseases, as they are considered as health poles in Algeria, and its population reached 13 The random sample was also relied upon to select items from the medical and paramedical corps concerned with the Covid19 crisis, by virtue of that they deal with public relations, and they represent the link between it and its external audience, and their number reached 26 individuals.

The great number of kindergartens in Indonesia shows great participation of public, foundations, and social charities. Such participation should always be enhanced by progressively increasing expectations. Management of Islamic education meant here is an educational organization that is divided into different types of education with their own characteristics and purposes. All are trying to embody the values of Islam in the education system. In addition, Management of public relations is the management which governs the relationship between institutions and the public. Public relation has a considerable role for the development of an institution. That is to say, an institution may not develop properly without good relations with the surrounding community, especially educational institutions (pre-school or school). Abstrak: Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Pamekasan merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang tetap eksis di Pulau Madura. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya siswa yang mendaftar disana, juga prestasi-prestasi yang didapatkan oleh MTsN 3 Pamekasan menjadi perhatian tersendiri bagi para orang tua untuk menjadikan madrasah ini sebagai lembaga pendidikan rujukan yang digemari. Melihat fenomena ini peneliti merasa tertarik untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran public relations dan strategi public relations dalam peningkatan capacity building. Penelitian ini menggunakan pnedekatan kualitatif dekskrpitif. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dengan public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan, kepala madrasah, guru-guru, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan peran public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan adalah menjalin komunikasi dengan publik, pembentuk identitas dan mengenalkan madrasah. Adapun strategi public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan dalam peningkatan capacity building yakni merealisasikan human communications (membangun komunikasi dengan public internal dan eksternal. Kemudian media communications seperti website resmi, media partner, aplikasi whatsapp, facebook dan twitter. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Pamekasan is one of the educational institutions that still exist on Madura island. This is evidenced by the large number of students who have registered there, as well as the achievements obtained by MTsN 3 Pamekasan which are a special concern for parents to make this madrasah a popular reference educational institution. Seeing this phenomenon, researchers are interested in examining the role of public relations and public relations strategies in increasing capacity building. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection procedures used in the form of interviews with public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan, head of madrasah, teachers, and the community. The results of this study indicate the role of public relations at MTsN 3 Pamekasan is to establish communication with the public, form identity and introduce madrasah. The MTsN 3 Pamekasan public relations strategy is to increase capacity building, namely realizing human communications (building communication with the internal and external public. Then the media communications such as official websites, media partners, whatsapp applications, facebook and twitter.

The approach of this research is qualitative and descriptive. In this study those who become the subject of research is an informant (key figure). The subject of this study is divided into two main components, consisting of internal public and external public that is from the Board of the Central Executive Board of Gerindra Party, Party Cadres, Observers and Journalists. The object of this research is the behavior, activities and opinions of Gerindra Party Public Relation Team. In this study used data collection techniques with interviews, participatory observation, and triangulation of data. The results of this study indicate that the Public Relations Gerindra has implemented strategies through various public relations programs and establish good media relations with the reporters so that socialization goes well. So also with the evaluation that is done related to the strategy of the party. The success of Gerindra Party in maintaining the party’s image in Election 2014 as a result of the running of PR strategy and communication and sharing the right type of program according to the characteristics of the voting community or its constituents.Keywords: PR Strategy, Gerindra Party, Election 2014
