Learning Islamic religious education should not turn a blind eye to technological developments that are realized or not have a very large impact on life. Al-Ulum Private Elementary School Medan implements Islamic Religious Education learning innovations using and utilizing technological developments. For example, Teleconference, Google Classroom, Zoom Meeting by utilizing facilities such as e-mail (electronic mail), mobile phones, MP3 players, websites, blogging, search engines, and others. Learning models develop in the form of electronic learning (e-learning), electronic books (e-books), online classes, online discussions, computer-based learning. The use of whiteboards and markers, replaced with the use of Notebook media, LCD Projectors, and so on. Printed sourcebook materials, modules, and student worksheets are replaced with e-books, digital libraries, YouTube, and internet pages. This research is focused on qualitative research using descriptive method. This research intends to examine the natural role of Islamic Religious Education Learning Innovation in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 Studies at Al-Ulum Private Elementary School Medan. This research is suitable to use a qualitative research approach with a descriptive method, in revealing the facts as empirical truth in this research.

The teacher is the transformational media of all the knowledge needed by students. In addition, the role of teachers is very much needed especially in Islamic-based schools that always pay attention and prioritize students to continue their studies in college. To get closer and to build with high enthusiasm for the achievement of the priorities above, the researcher conducted research at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo by knowing more about the leadership style of the principal in improving the work ethic of Islamic Education teachers. This study is entitled "The leadership role of school principals in improving the work ethic of Islamic Religious Education teachers at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo". This research is a qualitative study, through a phenomenological approach that is a qualitative research approach rooted in philosophical and psychological and focuses on human life experiences (sociology) that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral data from observable people's behavior. The form of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes an object relating to the problem conducted without asking research variables.The results of research on the role of principals in improving the work ethic of teachers of Islamic Education are as follows: (1) as educators: principals must have the right strategy to improve the work ethic of teachers and professional educators. (2) as a manager at school: the task of the manager is to plan something that can improve the work ethic of the teachers of Islamic Education and the quality of education, in addition the manager also organizes educational resources that have not been organized in order to unite in implementing education and control the implementation of educational outcomes . (3) as a motivator: the principal has a very close relationship with various activities in the school, such as providing motivation and encouragement, so the teacher is more disciplined and has a work spirit.

This study discusses the strategy of strengthening religious education in Qurrota A'yun Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) in Marawola Subdistrict, Sigi Regency, with the problem is how the model of religious education learning in Qurrota A'yun Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) in Marawola Subdistrict, Sigi Regency. What is the strategy of strengthening religious education in the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Qurrota A’yun Marawola District Sigi Regency ?. This study used qualitative research methods. The research results are a model of religious education learning in SDIT Qurrota A’yun is to implement an integrated curriculum, namely between religious and general subjects, where the curriculum is designed by integrating Islamic values ​​in learning activities. While the strategy of strengthening religious education at SDIT Qurrota A’yun was carried out in two activities namely learning and habituation. Learning activities are carried out through curricular learning and extracurricular learning.

This study aimed to analyze and describe the development of science learning characterized by Islam for students of Islamic elementary schools in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The existence of technological developments today leads to changes in social development. This certainly also has an impact on the character development of children, especially those at the elementary school or Islamic elementary school level. Science learning is one of learning in Islamic elementary schools, which is not only required to follow the development of these technologies but also cannot be separated from the Islamic character as a characteristic of madrasah. The research method used was literacy studies by collecting existing data from journal studies, books and other sources relevant to the problem. From the results of the study, it was found that science learning at the level of Islamic elementary schools must be in Islamic character and should follow the development of the present and existing technology. It is suggested to improve the curriculum and the science teachers’ ways of teaching based on the current technology.

Education is defined as a process using certain methods to produce knowledge. The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has an impact on education, namely learning is influenced by technology. Generations that are influenced by technological developments are called digital natives. Digital native characteristics have an influence on the learning of students, where technology cannot be separated from their lives. So that we need teaching materials that can facilitate the learning characteristics of the digital native generation, namely teaching materials based interactive multimedia, such as e-modules. The aim of this study was to determine the usefulness level of e-module based on experiential learning in physics learning. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). The method used is descriptive method with data collection instruments, namely the e-module usefulness questionnaire assessed by the teacher. The results showed that experiential learning-based e-modules were very useful in learning physics.

The title of this research is efforts to overcome lack of interest in reading reference book of courses in the industrial revolution 4.0 case study on student masters PAI class 2018. This research aims to know efforts by students for overcoming the lack of interest in reading of main reference book at an educational institution that is University. In addition, this study also aims to know the factors that cause lack of interest in reading so that we know how to overcome it. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data were obtained by observing in advance during the learning process in class, then followed by some interviews which is considered to have understanding about the issues that will be investigated, regarding the efforts made to overcome the lack of interest in reading Student of Islamic religious education studies Masters Program FITK class 2018 towards the Lecture Reference Book in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The results showed that the reasons of low interest in reading are they don't have reference book, the books are too thick, and lack of awareness of the importance of reading reference books. The efforts that students have to do are buying a lot of books, increasing and straightening the intention to read, turning on self awareness that reading reference books as an effort to quickly graduate.

The purpose of this study commonly   described about the background of the  Pertemuan Dua Hati novel and specifically interpreted its  physical background and social setting . The research used descriptive method with qualitative research model. The research approach was using structural approach. The source of the data was taken  from a novel entitled Pertemuan Dua Hati by Nh. Dini which had been published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama, Jakarta, in 1992, the sixth printing, and consists of 85 pages. Based on the analysis, it concluded that the physical setting that  presented by the author was quite well. This can be seen from the description of the house and the area. Furthermore, the social background that presented by the author  was good enough. It has been explanated from the conditional   economy, the views of life and the attitude of the character.Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mendeskripsikan latar dalam novel Pertemuan Dua Hati, sedangkan secara khusus untuk menginterpretasikan latar fisik dan latar sosial novel tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan model penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan struktural. Sumber datanya berasal dari novel yang berjudul Pertemuan Dua Hati karya Nh. Dini yang diterbitkan oleh PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama, Jakarta, tahun 1992, cetakan keenam, dan terdiri dari 85 halaman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap novel tersebut, latar fisik yang disajikan pengarang cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari keterangan mengenai rumah dan daerah. Selanjutnya, latar sosial yang disajikan pengarang cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari pemaparan tentang keadaan ekonomi, pandangan hidup, dan sikap hidup tokoh.

Improving the quality of character education needs to be done in all aspects including through cultural contexts. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education based on local wisdom through Orek-Orek dance. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The porpuse of this research was to describe the activity and learning result of social studies with quantum teaching model. This type of research is a classroom action research, which the stepon the class room research is the planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research approach is qualitative research. Place of research at SD Pariaman city. Research subject is fourth elementary school, total students is 30. This research data collected by the instrument activity and learning result. Research shows, use quantum teaching model in learning social studies hearts can be improve the commercial article activities on students learning. This study aims to describe the values of character education in the film Kung Fu Panda and its relevance with Islamic education. This research is qualitative research using descriptive method. The data is taken from the character's dialogue in particular intercultural dialogue involving the main characters. That data is then described and analysed. This research focuses on the educational value of the character in the film.. This research found several values character education that is religious, honest, discipline, hard work, creative, democratic, curiosity, love of the motherland, social care, and responsibility. Values that are relevant to the purpose of the concept of Islamic religious education in shaping attitudes, terpuju (mahmudah morals).
