  Job description or work flows is an important thing that needed in every company or organization. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job description on civil servants performance in Tembilahan subdistrict office .Independent variable of this research is job description, and dependent variable is performance. Population of this research are 30 Civil Servants workers in Tembilahan subdistrict office.Sampling technique used is total sampling or census. Data analysis used is linear regression. Theresult showed that there is significance influence between job description against civil servants performance in Tembilahan Subdistrict office with the number of adjusted R square 72 percent, means the other 28 percent of employees performance influences by another factors.   Keywords: Job Descriptions, Performance

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of Influence of Preventive Control of Credit and Repressive Control of Credit to the health of PT. Bukopin Bank Tbk, sub branch office of Cendrawasih, Makassar City. The researcher used questionnare as a technique of data collection and used technique of data analysis of multiple linear regression. The population of this research was 50 participants and the number of samples were all the populations 50 people. The result of this research showed that Preventive Control of Credit and Repressive Control of Credit influenced to the health of bank simultaneously, where the testing result was got F 8,144 > F table 3,20. The result had been got partially showed Preventive Control of Credit was significant to the health of bank by looking at t 3,987 > t table 1,677 and sig 0,000 < 0,05 while Repressive Control of Credit was not significant to the health of bank by looking at t 0,067 < t table 1,677 and sig 0,947 > 0,05, and coefficient of determination (adjust R2) showed independent variable of percentage can influence independent variable was 25,7%, so the balance was 74,3% affected by the other variable that not researched in this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

This research is intended as an effort to analyze the budget performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province with a value for money concept approach. This study consisted of the dependent variable, namely the performance of the regional apparatus organization budget, while the independent variable consisted of transparency, accountability, and supervision. The data used in this research is the result of distributing questionnaires to selected respondents in 21 Regional Apparatus Organizations. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis and discussion of hypothesis testing show that partially transparency, accountability, and supervision have a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, including simultaneously also showing a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, but it is necessary to increase budget performance, this shows that the R2 value is 0.446. or 44.6%.

This research is an applied research focused on solving problems experienced by the Sukodono Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). The results of preliminary observations showed that they did not understand the tasks to be carried out. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and compile job descriptions of Pokdarwis Sukodono. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method, with a job analysis approach that adapts the steps of Dessler's (2010) job analysis and qualitative data analysis by Miles & Huberman's model (1994). Meanwhile, the data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The result obtained is job description of Pokdarwis Sukodono starting from the Chairman to the Business Development Section. This result is obtained after conducting repeated job analysis to obtain a credible job description. The results of this study bring enormous benefits to the management of Pokdarwis Sukodono, because now the management has a clear duty reference in working as a tourism agent in their area.   Abstract The research motivated by the increasing of accommodation growth in Badung Regency and backpacker trend tourism development that increase with economic accommodation needed. Backpacker is a person or group of people who trave for a relatively long time, with minimal budget, use motorbike as transportation and arrange itinerary independently.The variables used are advertising, personal selling, selling promotion and public relation and publicity. The data obtained through observation, questionnaire, literature study and documentation. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with total of respondent are 170 of backpacker tourists. Data analysis in this research using multiple linear regression to find impact of independent variable to dependent variable by partially and simultaneously. The test gave result simultaneously X’s variable got 15,460 Fcount with Ftabel 2,659. Therefore, partially with result tcount of advertising (X1) 3,080, personal selling (X2) 1,031, sales promotion (X3) 3,149, public relation and publicity (X4) 3,012 with ttabel 1,974 and determination coefficients is 27,3%. Conclusion of the research there are three variable have significantly, advertising (X1), sales promotion (X3), and public relation and publicity (X4) impacts of buying decision of backpacker about budget hotel. Therefore one variable is personal selling (X2) doesn’t give significantly impact. Also there are simultaneously impacts of promotional mix (X) variable to the buying decision of backpacker about budget hotel (Y). <div class="Section1"><p class="Style1">This Research examines variables which are predicted influencing timeliness finandal statement in Indonesia. Factors that are predicted influencing timeliness in this research are focused on 4 factors: firm scale, profitability, big 4 worldwide accounting firm , and securities return . This research can examines financial statement of 30 companies are listed Jakarta Stock Exchange for period ended December31, 2002 until December31, 2003. Data is collected from Jakarta Stock Exchange and Indonesia Capital Market Directory 2004. In this research uses two variable that is dependent variable and independent variable. To find out influence independent variable to de­pendent variable used SPSS. Data analysis uses logistic regression and the result of this research that profitability  and big 4 worldwide accounting fin can give significant influence to timeliness, and while the other factors: fine scale and securities return do not.</p><p class="Style1">Keyword: Timeliness, firm scale, profitability, big 4 worldwide accounting fin , securities retum.</p></div>

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the level of tourism visit on several tourism destinations in North Sulawesi Province. The research method used in this research is quantitative. Population in this study is people or tourist that visited any tourism attraction in North Sulawesi Province. The sample size of 100 respondents is the visitors of the tourism attraction in North Sulawesi Province. Data analysis using linear regression test using SPSS. The results showed that the characteristics of the respondents were generally male, namely 55%, the level of education, namely Senior High School with 68%, The respondents in age between 21-30 years old are 70 respondents or contributed 70%. Attraction factors, price, promotion, and security are significantly influence on tourist visit, and on the other hand, place doesn’t have a significant influence because place is closely related to the mileage. The result of this research can be a reference for Tourism Department of North Sulawesi considering the Promotion (X4) as the strongest variable that can improve the tourist visit level in North Sulawesi Province.

The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative, and the sample in this study is 140 customers. Based on the results of this study concluded that: The regression equation obtained from the research results are as follows: Y = 6.263 + 0.588X1 + 0.574 X2 + e. The value of the termination coefficient R2 = 0.792. This value means that independent and dependent, contributed 79.2% in influencing the dependent variable while the rest was influenced by other variables not examined. The t test is used to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable by looking at the tsig value compared to 0.05. From the table above, the tsig value of X1 is 0.001, and X2 is 0.005. From the tsig value, it is found that the X1 variable has an effect on Y and the X2 variable has an effect on Y, 4). Fsig value 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variables (X1) and (X2) have an effect on the variable (Y) or together have a simultaneous effect

Influence of Competency, Communication and Cultural Organization on Employee Performance PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. To know and analyze the influence of competence, communication and organizational culture on employee performance of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros and as for the benefits to the parties bound research is expected to develop a repertoire of knowledge in the field of human resource management especially concerning competence, communication and organizational culture on employee performance. Data used in this study are primary data that responses to questionnaires from respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The sample in this research is 93 respondents employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Results of this study stated that based on the analysis of data in the show showed that 66.2% of an employee's performance is influenced by competence, communication and organizational culture this means that 33.8% (100% - 66.2%) the employee's performance is influenced by other factors, where the regression results indicate that the independent variable is the style of competency, communication and organizational culture positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros

<p><em>The financial report is</em><em> one of the important instruments that support the sustainability of a company and is useful when presented with accurate and timely. Audit delay is the time difference between the date of the financial report and the date of the audit opinion of the financial report that indicate the length of time to complete the audit by the auditor. The study aims to measure the factors which affect audit delay. They are auditor’s reputation, auditor’s opinion, company size, solvability, operation loss and profit, return on asset, earning per share and ownership of company. The sample in this study was 54 manufactured companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 – 2012 were taken by purposive sampling metod. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of the study shows that factor of auditor’s opinion and ownership of company have significant influence towards audit delay partially. On the other hand that factor of auditor’s reputation, company size, solvability, operational loss and profit, return on asset and earning per share do not have any influence towards audit delay partially. While simultaneously, all factor in auditor’s reputation, auditor’s opinion, company size, solvability, operation loss and profit, return on asset, earning per share and ownership of companyinfluence towards audit delay.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><strong><em>Keywords :</em></strong><em> audit delay, auditor, ownership of company</em>
