The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the second semester 2A, College of Teacher Training and Education Activities Teachers Association of Indonesia, City of Lubuklinggau in 2016 on systematic aspects, covering Opening, content and closing)and attitude of interviewing Neutral, Friendly, fair and Luwes. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study is a description of the analysis of the results of interview activities that covers, Systematics and attitude at the time of interview. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the errors that are in the results of student interview activities semester 2A Program studi donesian Language and Literature Education is still very high. Errors contained from the results of student interview activity semester 2A, broadly covered, systematic enough categorized, as well as the attitude of the interview is still in enough category. The dominating factor is the experience of the students is still very low, this will be the attention of the author as a lecturer pengampu course to actively train interview activities so that kedepanya can be better. This study focuses on the ability to write words in Malay Arabic script. This research problem is formulated about the ability to write two syllables and lebid from two syllables in Malay Arabic script. The purpose of the study is to describe in detail the ability to write Malay Arabic words and apply proper word-writing principles in Malay Arabic script. This research is a field research with quantitative type. This research was conducted in Language Education and Literature Program Indonesia FKIP Islamic University of Riau. The method used to collect data is by the test technique. The data of this research is the result of word writing skill test and applying correct wording principle in Malay Arabic script obtained from randomly taken sample of research. Analyzing data is done with the mean technique. The result of this research concludes that the ability of writing Arabic Malay words of students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University of Riau is categorized with percentage of 71.72%. Furthermore, the ability to write Malay Arabic words of the students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Studies Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University of Riau based on two syllables categorized with a percentage of 72.09% and based on the word syuku words more than two words low category ie 64.36% .

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran simple code dalam koreksi kesalahan berbahasa peserta Darmasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas Darmasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya mulai November 2011 sampai April 2012. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah bentuk ujaran yang dihasilkan oleh dosen, penutur, dan peserta Darmasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri. Analisis data menggunakan metode padan intralingual. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Peran bahasa dosen (teacher-talk) memberikan koreksi kesalahan berbahasa Indonesia peserta Darmasiswa dalam hal kesalahan fonologis, sintaksis, leksikon, dan morfologis. Jenis koreksi berupa pengulangan, mengubah, koreksi eksplisit, pancingan, dan klarifikasi. (2) Peran bahasa penutur (foreigner-talk) memberikan koreksi kesalahan berbahasa Indonesia peserta Darmasiswa dalam hal kesalahan fonologis, sintaksis, dan leksikon. Jenis koreksi berupa pengulangan, mengubah, dan koreksi eksplisit. (3) Peran bahasa-antara (interlanguage-talk) memberikan koreksi kesalahan berbahasa Indonesia dalam hal kesalahan fonologis dan kesalahan leksikon. Jenis koreksi berupa koreksi diri dan koreksi teman. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ THE ROLE OF THE SIMPLE CODE IN THE CORRECTION OF LANGUAGE MISTAKES MADE BY THE DARMASISWA PARTICIPANTS IN THE MUHAMMADIYAH UNIVERSITY OF SURABAYA   Abstract This study aims to find out the role of the simple code in the correction of language mistakes made by the Darmasiswa participants in the Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya in the academic year of 2011/2012. This study employed the qualitative method. It was conducted in the Darmasiswa class of the Study Program of the Indonesian Language and Literature, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences, the Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya from November 2011 to April 2012. The data sources in this study were the forms of utterances by lecturers, speakers, and Darmasiswa participants. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and documenta-tion. The research instrument was the researcher himself. The data were analyzed using the intra-lingual correspondence method. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The role of the teacher-talk in the correction of the Indonesian language mistakes made by the Darmasiswa participants is in pho-nology, syntax, lexicon, and morphology. The types of the correction include repetition, modification, explicit correction, stimulation, and clarification. (2) The role of the foreigner-talk in the correction of the Indonesian language mistakes made by the Darmasiswa participants is in phonology, syntax, and lexicon. The types of the correction include repetition, modification, and explicit correction. (3) The role of the interlanguage-talk in the correction of the Indonesian language mistakes is in phonology and lexicon. The types of the correction include self-correction and peer-correction. <p><em>This study aims to (1) describe the need for textbook in writing learning to write papers and research reports that’s become as the development of instructional material, (2) design an appropriate textbook to students’ needs analysis, (3) develop the textbook of writing papers and research reports at the two-semester, Study Program of Language and Literature Indonesian, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Baturaja, and, (4) determine the potential effects of writing papers and research reports development of textbook on learning outcomes. This study is a research and development. Subjects in this study were students of Language and Literature Indonesian, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Baturaja amounted to 23 students. The results of the research indicated that the textbook writing papers and research reports as the result of this development have the potential effects to influence and improve student’s understanding of the materials on the course of writing in a university</em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kebutuhan buku teks dalam pembelajaran menulis makalah dan laporan penelitian yang dijadikan bahan ajar pengembangan, (2) merancang buku teks yang sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan mahasiswa, (3) mengembangkan buku teks menulis makalah dan laporan penelitian di semester 2 Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Baturaja, (4) mengetahui pengaruh potensial pengembangan buku teks menulis makalah dan laporan penelitian terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Baturaja sebanyak 23 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku teks Menulis Makalah dan Laporan Penelitian hasil pengembangan ini mempunyai pengaruh potensial dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi-materi menulis di perguruan tinggi.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

Isra’ Mi'raj is one of the greatest phenomena that happened to the Prophet Muhammad PBUH after his beloved wife, Khadijah al-Kubra, passed away. It was told that when this event occurred, the Prophet Muhammad PBUH used Buraq during his journey from the Masjidil Haram, Makkah to the Masjidil Aqsha, Palestine, and when he ascended to Sidratul Muntaha. This research applied a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study. The results of this study indicate that there are two versions of the explanation about Buraq. From the literature’s perspective, the Buraq is visualized as a riding animal in the form of a four-legged animal that has high speed. This perspective is aimed at audiences from the non-academic community. Whereas,according to the physicist's perspective, Buraq is explained as a light which indeed has very high speed. This perspective is aimed at audiences from the academic community

The title of this research is the analysis of figurative language in the poem “Dalam Diriku” by Sapardi Djoko Darmono. This research is a form of appreciation for literary works, especially poetry in the context of developing Indonesian language and literature. This study aims to describe and interpret the use of language style in the poem entitled “Dalam Diriku” by Sapardi Djoko Darmono. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The technique for collecting data in this study used content analysis in the poem. This research explains phenomena throught the process of observing cases or phenomena, then being interpreted, interpreted, and then formulating conclusions. The use of language style is a component that often exists in works of fiction and non-fiction in Indonesian. The results of this study show that the poem “Dalam Diriku” contains repetition, metaphor, personification, paradox to hyperbole language styles. The use of language style in the poem needs to be known as the beauty of the effect in a story so that it seems lively and interesting so that the message contained in it is easier to understand.

This study is aimed to investigate the structures of adjacency pairs in English conversation conducted by the students of faculty of teacher training and education (Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan/FKIP) at Universitas HKBP Nommensen (UHN). The subjects for conducting the SPP of Adjacency Pairs are ten, and for the FPP is one student. For turn-taking the subjects are fifteen students. The researchers apply a descriptive qualitative design in this study. The researchers observe what involved in the interaction, when, where, and how people interact based on Conversation Analysis (CA) approach. Because CA needs naturally occurring data, the researchers take the location of research outside classroom. The conversation outside classroom enacts an informal talk as what this research is about. The location outside classroom can be at the canteen, and benches around the campus. The results of the study found that there were ten structure of adjacency pair and turn-taking, they were: 1) The student’s sequence of greeting-greeting is that the FPP is greeting and the FPP is greeting; 2) The construction of the students’ APs in question-answer is : a) a question – answer, a question - a question; 3) The structure of compliment AP in student’s conversation can be constructed as : a compliment - rejection, a compliment - a rejection in SPP (scaling down); 4) Offer-acceptance is composed : an offer of goods in FPP and an acceptance in SPP and an offer of service in FPP and an acceptance in SPP; 5) Invitation in student’s conversation contains inserted sequence the acceptance response; 6) Current speaker selects next (CSSN) in student’s conversation can be realized in two participants conversation like in all data in adjacency pair; 7) The CSSN allocation techniques is not always applicable in students’ conversation; 8) Self-select (SS) in students’ conversation is done as what is effective in English, but it is constrained by an overlapping talk; 9) Speaker continuation (SC) is shown by a long silence. The silence implies the development of topic or topic change. Last but not least, the researchers conclude that knowing the structure of adjacency pairs in conversation can help the speakers and listener to avoid and cope with all problems in speaking.

This research aims to obtain a deep understanding of the realization of polite rejection speech of the Literature Education students at the FKIP UIR. The data sources in this research were all polite rejection speeches expressed by the students. This research used the descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenology approach. The results show that polite rejections are more dominant used with reasons. It shows that giving a reason when rejecting an offer, invitation, command, and appeal would be considered more appropriate and does not hurt the interlocutors. It also shows a scale of unreadiness. Further, the scale of unreadiness may be an alternative that can be applied when performing rejection speeches. This indicates that the rejection speeches expressed by the students are classified as polite.

The Role of Society in the Moral Development of Children Due to Divorce Parents in Kapuren Village, Walantaka District, Serang City, Banten. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pancasila and Citizenship Education, Banten Jaya University. This study aims to determine how the role of the community on children's moral development in the Kapuren Village. The subjects of this study are the Village Chief, Divorce Actors, Children and the Community. This researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach because to see the facts and conditions in the field that occur when the research takes place by presenting what actually happened. The results of this study indicate that there is still a lack of community's role in children's moral development due to parents' trust.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the main character in the novel Di Bibirnya Ada Dusta. The method used for research was descriptive qualitative method. To analyze the data, researchers used analytic and dramatic approaches, Semi (in Djojosuroto, 2009: 119). Analytic approach was an approach that describes the character or character by describing the character directly, while the dramatic approach was the approach used by the author in describing the character indirectly. The technique of collecting data in this research is first reading the novel carefully, then marking the parts related to the analytic and dramatic aspects of the main character, the focus of the research, namely the novel Di Bibirnya Ada Dusta by Mira Wijaya, while the became a research sub-focus related to the attitudes and actions of the main characters. After researching it can be concluded, the main character in this novel, namely Ray and Roy. Ray's attitude can be seen from an analytical aspect, which is serious and a liar, while the dramatic attitude depicts Ray's physical athletic, macho, handsome, handsome, and intelligent, while Roy has a physical similar to Ray's when viewed in dramatic terms, namely handsome, macho, intelligent, athletic, and imaginative, while the analytical aspects of Roy's attitude, namely boredom, imaginative, brave, and liar. The results of this study will be used to provide teaching in Indonesian language and literature. With the aim, so students can enhance appreciation, be able to appreciate, and be able to recognize the character of the character that the author has described. Keywords: Character, Novel, and Literature Learning.
