Technological developments that have begun the 4.0 industrial revolution have made many sectors in everyday life begin to innovate in order to be able to compete and be more efficient. It also penetrated the medical world, which was previously still done manually and requires considerable human resources. However, along with the many innovations that exist in the process that can be automated, ranging from the process of patient registration to examination of a person himself. In this study, the authors designed a tool that can retrieve data from humans for medical needs based on the Internet of Things. Data will be taken from these measurements between the body height of the patient, the body temperature of a patient and the body of a patient at the same time automatically. After data retrieval is carried out by several sensors, then the data will be sent to the broker / server which will be sent to the Node-red dashboard using the MQTT protocol and the data will be transferred to the database. A patient's disease date will be present. ESP32, Ultrasonic Sensor, MLX90614, LoadCell and MYSQL database.

In this study, the periodical differences of industrial revolutions, which is one of the effects of technological developments in the industrial field, and the last stage of it are mentioned. With the latest industrial revolution called Industry 4.0, machines work in harmony with technology at every stage of industrial areas. This period, known as Industry 4.0 or the fourth industrial revolution, refers to the system in which the latest production technologies, automation systems, and the technologies that make up this system exchange data with each other. In addition to the information technologies and automation systems used in Industry 3.0, industrial production has gained a whole new dimension with the use of the internet. With internet networks, machines, operators, and robots now work in harmony. At this point, the concept of internet of objects becomes important. Therefore, another focus of the study is the concept of internet of objects. There are some assumptions about the uses, benefits, and future status of the internet of things.

The last point reached in today's technology revolutions is the fourth level industrial revolution. This revolution is called Industry 4.0. Many new generation technologies such as the internet of things, artificial intelligence, internet services, augmented reality, smart objects, and business sector branches have been included in human life. Industry 4.0 technologies have an effective use in many areas of our lives. The tourism sector, which is in constant interaction with people, is also affected by these technological developments. For this reason, businesses should perceive the internet of things well and need to introduce various applications to their businesses to provide the best service to their potential customers. In this chapter, after giving information about the internet of things, cultural heritage, digital transformation practices in the tourism sector, and smart tourists are discussed.

The rapid technological advances in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era resulted in various technological developments that were increasingly innovative and varied. Starting from this then innovation about artificial intelligence or Artificial Intelligence began to attract many parties including the government itself to use it in the life of the bureaucracy in this country. This was then compounded by the development of the Internet of Things and Big Data which added to the government's desire to modernize the bureaucracy but was threatened by the disruption that would change all the old orders used and upheld. Disruption in the body of the bureaucracy and the future will be a time bomb on the problems it carries which will have an impact on unemployment problems involving the unemployed state people and people who were originally part of the State Civil Apparatus, and this matter a challenge going forward for the government how to respond to a comprehensive change in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 to be able to run a modern government with sophisticated technology while still prioritizing the conditions of its people. Keywords: Industrial Revolution 4.0, Disruption, Unemployment.

Among all the functions of the Internet of Things, healthcare applications are the most important. The internet of Things has played a vital role in the sharing of various medical resources making it an essential factor in the field of medicine. Without the applications, it may become challenging for the medical practice to achieve some objectives. Today, information is shared freely across different networks, making it easy for practitioners and institutions to work with the available resources and deliver on the medical needs of the society. IoT has made it possible to offer smart and effective healthcare services to people. The application of smart sensors is one of the factors that has contributed to effective management of healthcare needs in the society. Wearable devices can be used to track different issues within the body. Some can be embedded to monitor different functions of the body to ensure there is effectiveness in the way medical services are delivered to such patients. The information collected in such manner, can be analyzed, aggregated and mined to do the early prediction of diseases. Processing algorithms play a vital role in helping practitioners in developing personalized treatment, which makes healthcare more economical. Apart from analyzing the effectiveness of IoT in healthcare, challenges will be discussed in this study and how they impact medicine.

The economic diversification concept gives hope for a country with rich natural resources to strengthen its economic basis. Thus industrial revolution era of 4.0 provides great opportunity to fasten the process. A study by McKensey in 2011 proved that the internet in the developing country contributes around 3.4% towards its GDP which means that the internet has become a new hope for the economy in the future. Indonesia is one of the countries that is attempting to maximize the role of the Internet of Things (IoT) for its economic growth. The attempt has made the retail and tourism industries as the two main sectors to experience the significant effect of IoT. In the process of optimizing the IoT to support the economic growth, Indonesia faces several issues especially in the term of the internet network quality and its distribution, the inclusive access of financial access and the infrastructure

The concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) has evolved over time. The introduction of the Internet of Things and Services into the manufacturing environment has ushered in a fourth industrial revolution: Industry 4.0. It is no doubt that the world is undergoing constant transformations that somehow change the trajectory and history of humanity. We can illustrate this with the first and second industrial revolutions and the information revolution. IoT is a paradigm based on the internet that comprises many interconnected technologies like RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and WSAN (Wireless Sensor and Actor Networks) to exchange information. The current needs for better control, monitoring and management in many areas, and the ongoing research in this field, have originated the appearance and creation of multiple systems like smart-home, smart-city and smart-grid. The IoT services can have centralized or distributed architecture. The centralized approach provides is where central entities acquire, process, and provide information while the distributed architectures, is where entities at the edge of the network exchange information and collaborate with each other in a dynamic way. To understand the two approaches, it is necessary to know its advantages and disadvantages especially in terms of security and privacy issues. This paper shows that the distributed approach has various challenges that need to be solved. But also, various interesting properties and strengths. In this paper we present the main research challenges and the existing solutions in the field of IoT security, identifying open issues, the industrial revolution and suggesting some hints for future research.

Over the previous decade, significant research has been conducted in the field of healthcare services and their technological advancement. To be more precise, the Internet of Things (IoT) has demonstrated potential for connecting numerous medical devices, sensors, and healthcare professionals in order to deliver high-quality medical services in remote locations. This has resulted in an increase in patient safety, a decrease in healthcare expenses, an increase in the healthcare services’ accessibility, and an increase in the industry’s healthcare operational efficiency. This paper provides an overview of the possible healthcare uses of Internet of Things (IoT)-based technologies. The evolution of the HIoT application has been discussed in this article in terms of enabling technology, services of healthcare, and applications for resolving different healthcare challenges. Additionally, effort difficulties and drawbacks with the HIoT system are explored. In summary, this study provides a complete source of information on the many applications of HIoT together the purpose is to help future academics who are interested in working in the field and making advances gain knowledge into the issue.

This chapter examines four emerging areas of technological innovation in which digital technologies are becoming embedded into the physical world. The digitization of everyday objects includes consumer Internet of things and connected objects in smart cities. The Internet of self encompasses cyberphysical systems entangled with the body, such as wearable technologies, implantable chips, biometric identification devices, and digital medical monitoring and delivery systems. The industrial Internet of things, sometimes called the “fourth industrial revolution,” involves restructurings of industries and labor around cyber-physical systems. Finally, emergent embedded systems include those embedded objects that are born digital, such as robotics, 3D printing, and arguably augmented reality systems. Understanding these heterogeneous technical architectures, and the technological affordances and characteristics they all share, is necessary for understanding emerging governance debates.
