Sari Husada Pharmacy is one of the regional companies engaged in drug sales in Demak Regency. The company prioritizes innovation in information technology to face globalization and modern business competition in the industrial era 4.0. Improved services are needed so they can add regular customers and provide comfort to the existence of e-commerce. E-commerce solutions will overcome the problem of some customers who do not easily reach the location of the pharmacy because the transaction activities do not have to be in one place and it is difficult to check the stock of the drug, so that information systems are made more effective and efficient. The method used uses SDLC application development, namely waterfall. This method consists of five sequences, including: analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. This information system is created using PHP programming with CodeIgniter, Javascript, CSS (Bootstrap) and Sublime Text frameworks and database management using PHPMyAdmin which is installed together in Xampp, Apache Web Server and MySQL. The testing technique uses Blackbox and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The results of calculations from the User Acceptance Test (UAT) is 85,4% determine that the information system is very good to implemented at Sari Husada Pharmacy.

In this recent technological world, it is necessary that we get accustomed to all types of advanced technological techniques. In the process, we are becoming more aware about database and information system. But what is database system information? The Database Management System which works through the storing of data can be used any time. The importance of database and information Systems in modern business is inevitable. In this chapter, we define Information Systems by its categories of Information System, type and the usefulness for efficient Information System. Then, we will proceed to explaining the management of information systems by taking a short look at its history and list some of its domains of application. After that, we define the relation between Information Systems and database. Finally, we will explore the problem of storage and some issues related to information systems and databases.

Information System (IS) has always been mixed up and confused with Management Information System (MIS) by many Information Technology professionals, and even in definitions ascribed to them thereby puzzling many users of Information Technology (IT). Information technology is the result of a human mind to develop ordinances or specific systems and use them to solve problems in life. Submission of information today is no longer through the print media, but will gradually shift to the use of digital electronic media. The announcement can be interpreted as a message delivered to every person who is the target destination or destination information. This study discusses the announcement of information systems that can replace conventional media announcements still. With this information system of this announcement makes any lecturer and secretariat in one program studi in College X no longer need to print and posting notices on board the information available, but may be digital by entering the announcement into the system to afterwards the announcement will be displayed on each screen television or monitor the spread and available in every area of ??the campus. This can make the process of delivering information to become more effective and efisien if compared to the print media.

The development and progress of IT-based information technology is very rapidly developing and has a very important role. Information systems are a necessity for agencies to utilize information as a basis for data administration and processing. To meet these needs, the agency conducts activities related to computer-based information systems as a tool to increase employee creativity. This system is designed to handle the transaction of escort and payment salary calculations and can guarantee validiity, complete authorization, classification of assessments, timeliness of each payroll transaction. In the Middle School Nusantara Wisata Respati Middle School still uses a manual payroll system, which is Microsoft Excel, so that people who are not authorized to enter and view data and can change the impact will disrupt the activity in processing salary data. For this reason, it is necessary to design a Java-based payroll information system at the Respati Archipelago Tourism Middle School.

The aim of this analysis is referred to several problems which are concerning the Land Administration Service in National Land Agency and Law Aspect of Land Administration Service with the Computerization Information System in BPN Sidoarjo. This research applies the Juridical Normative approach especially in Land Law with the Descriptive and Analytic and qualitative analysis. The result showed that Land Data Management used the information technology which is something that absolutely must be done is related to the characteristics of the land data itself which are multidimensional in nature related to economic, political, defense and security and socio-cultural issues. It can be concluded that information and electronic Transaction, some doubts about the use of electronic land data have found a clarity, especially relating to the electronic documents that are used as a means of proving and electronic data security.

Abstract: In the era of globalization, information systems are now increasingly developing and are very important and main things in helping the process of corporate performance, in the near future that will make competition in the performance process will be more updated and faster. Because of that the use of information technology and the design of making application programs using Visual Basic 6.0 as programing and MySQL as its database, regarding the analysis and design of information systems for inpatients in anal azimar maternity homes. Problems - problems faced by this company, namely the problem of data redundancy in inputting data, and not presented properly and lead to difficulties when manipulating, changing, and deleting data. In the end the author hopes that with the creation of a new information system, it can help the input process more easily, and quickly. Keywords: Technology, Information, PHP Programming Language , MySQL and Patient   Abstrak: Di era globalisasi sekarang semakin berkembang nya sistem informasi serta merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan utama dalam  membantu proses kinerja perusahaan, dalam waktu dekat yang akan membuat persaingan dalam proses kinerja akan semakin update dan cepat . Karena itu pemakaian teknologi informasi dan rancangan pembuatan program aplikasi dengan menggunakan  Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai programing  dan MySQL  sebagai Databasenya, mengenai analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi pasien rawat inap di rumah bersalin azimar anas. Masalah – masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini yaitu masalah redundansi data dalam menginput data,dan tidak tersaji secara baik dan  mengakibatkan kesulitan saat memanipulasi, mengubah, dan menghapus data. Program Studi Sistem Informasi Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Sultan Sultan Sarif Kasim Riau yang beralamat di jalan H. R. Soebrantas No. 155 Km. 15 Panam Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru, merupakan Peogram Studi yang bergerak dibidang keilmuan IT khususnya manajemen, bisnis dan rekayasa. Proses pendataan dan trecking Alumni pada saat ini dilakukan dengan cara menginfokan menggunakan sosial media. Sangat sulit bagi Program Studi dalam melakukan pendataan karena tidak semua Alumni aktif pada sosial media. Tujuan dibangun Sistem Informasi Alumni ini diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan proses pendataan dan tracking Alumni dengan menggunakan notifikasi via email dapat menjadi pengingat Alumni memperbaruhi data. Sistem yang dibangun berbasis web dan menggunakan model perancangan dengan Unified Modelling Languange (UML) yang merupakan model dari metode perancangan berbasis objek yaitu Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). Berdasarkan pengujian dari Blackbox Testing dengan hasil 100% dan pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan hasil 89% menujukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Alumni pada Program Studi Sistem Informasi UIN Suska Riau yang dibuat dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan pada rancangan yang dibuat sebelumnya. Sistem Informasi Alumni berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja petugas dalam melakukan pengelolaan data Alumni dan dapat meningkatkan akreditasi Program Studi kedepannya.

Teknologi informasi dapat membuat apa saja menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien. Sebagai contohnya adalah pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada saat ini menggunakan sistem informasi pada alat elektroniknya untuk mengefektifkan produk dan hasil karyanya. Pada kajian ini, sistem informasi event organizer pada wahana entertaiment bertugas mengolah data seperti penginputan data pelanggan, data petugas, data peralatan, data paket, data pesanan, pencarian data dan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi event organizer pada Wahana Entertainment. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan grounded research. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi yang dapat membantu Wahana Entertainment dalam menerapkan sistem yang yang lebih baik, dapat mempermudah pekerjaan, meningkatkan kelancaran proses pengelolaan event organizer. Information technology can make anything easier and more efficient. For example, companies that exist today use information systems on their electronic devices to streamline their products and work. In this study, the event organizer information system in the entertainment vehicle is tasked with processing data such as inputting customer data, staff data, equipment data, package data, order data, data search and required reports. The purpose of this study was to design an event organizer information system at Wahana Entertainment. The research method used is qualitative research and grounded research approach. The results of this study are in the form of an information system that can help Wahana Entertainment implement a better system, make work easier, and improve the smoothness of the event organizer management process.
