The purpose of the research is to know the development of Ojek line, knowing the factors that inhibit the development of Ojek on line and to know the factors that support the development of Ojek on line in Banjarmasin CityThis research uses descriptive methods. Key informant in this case is the employee who came from the Department of Communication and Informatics of Banjarmasin City, while the informant is the users of taxi services on line and the perpetrator Ojek on line. To sharpen research derived from two sources, sourced from primary data, primary data obtained from interviews with key informant and informant, so that the data according to the problems studied, the second source is the data seconder. Development on line Ojek in the city of Banjarmasin has increased year after year, nevertheless the Ojek on line is still not fully handled by the Office of Communication and Informatics communications, so that there is no accurate data Number of Ojek on line this.The supporting factor of the existence of the Ojek on line is seen from several aspects, namely from the economic aspects, Ojek on line Create new jobs, so as to increase the income of members of the community, in terms of social, ojek on line will Reducing unemployment rate, reducing traffic flow congestion. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of how the city of Dubai branded itself as a major event holder for sustainable sporting events in the Gulf Region. Design/methodology/approach The paper uses both academic and trade literature as well as key informant interviews to demonstrate how Dubai can sustain its position as a choice for sustainable sporting events. The study evaluates the use of a portfolio of major sport events for place event marketing of Dubai. Both primary and secondary data were used. The secondary data was collected from a range of event reports, media and journal articles. The primary data featured a qualitative design of key informant interviews with sport, tourism and event stakeholders in Dubai. Findings Dubai hosts a wide array of major international sport events, with many of them recurring annually. The key success factors that have positioned Dubai as a globally competitive sport destination are tourism attractiveness, good event management and the diversity of events hosted in the region. However, the sustainability aspects are considered to be a contemporary topic to promote these events and are sometimes neglected from the perspective of event organisation. Some of the challenges experienced in supporting such a wide portfolio of major sport events are examined. Research limitations/implications Insufficient key informant interviews were a major limitation for the data collection process. The key informant interviews were sent out to more than 30 key stakeholders however it was not possible to get their responses in time for our paper. A second limitation was the lack of first-hand observation on the sporting events’ sustainability practices. This study could be extended in future by incorporating a bigger set of primary data, event observations and a cross comparison between other Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Practical implications It is recommended that empirical insights on social and commercial aspects of sustainability are sought in future studies. It is also recommended that investigations be conducted with the residents of Dubai concerning their perceptions of sustainability practices of sport events. Social implications The paper also highlighted the importance of key success factors that have helped to position Dubai as a globally competitive sustainable sport destination as well as some of the challenges experienced in supporting such a wide portfolio of major sport events. Originality/value This study takes a closer look at the challenges of communication as well as the sustainability of sport events in branding of Dubai.

The growing numbers of unemployment raises concerns around the world. With the arrival of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) many believed that 4IR might increase the unemployment rate by replacing the current jobs with automated machines such as robots whereas some argued that 4IR might reduce the unemployment rate by creating millions of new jobs. The paper aims to share the scenario of Industry 4.0 processes that affect future talent management, in determining which jobs will be severely affected, and that will be less affected. The talent mapping is a conceptual framework of job landscapes and the following four clusters examine job characteristics: machine-centric to human-centric, routine to complex, and optimization to identity. A qualitative method was deployed to extracts primary data from educators' perspectives in developing talents required for 4IR through Education 4.0. The adoption of Education 4.0 will be advantageous for developing talent in keeping up with the progressive and demanding talents in 4IR. The proposed model defined that clusters of machine-centric are jobs performed routinely on an application basis and usually structured and do not require any compassion or emotions. While developing talents for clusters in human-centric jobs, it may be difficult to replace humans due to complexities in the decision-making process and required compassion for task completion.

Data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan dua Key-informan dan informan, sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan review dokumen. Theories that relevant to this research is the management theory of Tommy Suprapto. This study uses the concept of strategy, redaction management, in facing rivalry and the digital era. The problem of infertility is still a health problem that has not been fully resolved due to various factors that cause this infertility. Infertility also affects the psychology of a married couple where they do not have offspring, which is one of the goals of marriage. So this study aims to study and analyze infertility in infertile couples in the city of Makassar. This research was conducted in the city of Makassar and the time of the study will be held from February to April 2018, during which time primary data collection will be carried out. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The informants of this study were four pairs of ordinary informants and / or supporters and one key informant. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using component analysis (content). The results of the study showed that sexual activity, sexual arousal, or interest in sexual intercourse by a married couple during the infertility period did not experience interference and anxiety in infertile couples seems to know at the outset that they have infertility. The conclusion of this study was that the impact of infertility on sexuality experienced was not felt, sexual relations between married couples did not experience problems. As well as the impact of infertility on anxiety in infertile couples appear at the beginning to know that they are infertile, those feelings arise because of the desire to have offspring.

This research aims to determine the land use with the highest and best use analysis on a vacant lot owned by Mr. Johan in Tanjungpinang City. Methodology research used by analysis of productivity of land covering aspects of the physical and legal aspects, as well as a location to obtain use of alternative possibilities. Further analysis is the analysis of the appropriateness of the market, namely supply and demand analysis of the market, as well as financial feasibility analysis for each proposed use. In this study, the data to be analyzed is composed of primary data and secondary data. Primary Data include data on income from the sale of property types and alternative expenditure proposed as an alternative to the use of, obtained by interview, while the physical data including size, shape, topography, site utilities and others obtained through direct investigation. The secondary Data were obtained from the Central Agency of statistics and several organizations in the area of Government of the city of Tanjungpinang. Based on the results of the analysis of productivity obtained three proposals for land use and housing development which allows the top, where housing as an alternative here, is the kind of simple housing, medium and luxury residential housing. Based on market analysis and financial feasibility, provided the value of the Net Present Value (NPV), the use of intermediate housing is an alternative use of the most optimal.

In a community in Indonesia, the proposal of establishing a mosque as the activity center has increasingly bloomed. This program restores the exuberance of the mosque through religious practices and places it as the center of community life in social, cultural, and economic aspects. In Palangka Raya, several mosques played an economic role in building bazaars around mosques, including bistros and other small businesses. Given that most of the mosques in the city have obtained large amounts of infaq (almsgiving) and waqf, it is essential to know the extent to which these funds are used in improving the economy of Muslims, especially in Palangka Raya and its surrounding area. The researchers used qualitative research by extracting primary data through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study aimed to evaluate the extent of empowerment of infaq and waqf in the mosques of Palangka Raya City in the maqasid al-shariaperspective. This study argued that the problems in the economic empowerment plan for mosques in Palangka Raya were the lack of human resources (HR), socialization, and funds. Therefore, to minimize the drawbacks, mosque management should continue to improve its quality by socializing mosque programs, providing training for new mosque cadres, and offering professional development for existing human resources on managing zakat, infaq, and sadaqah to maximize the mosque income.

The purpose of this study was to study the level of Islamic financial literacy and public confidence in the interest in saving in Islamic banks. The variables in this study are the level of Islamic financial literacy (X1), public trust (X2), and interest in saving (Y).The method of this study is descriptive quantitative approach. The data source of this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Respondents taken are residents in the city of Bandung, with samples domiciled in the city of Bandung and at least 17 years old. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable level of islamic financial literacy and public trust has positive effect in the interest in saving in Islamic banks. The findings in this study provide a reference to Islamic banks, the level of literacy and public trust regarding interest in saving, therefore Islamic banks must socialize to the public.

Abstract Purpose of the article There is relatively a big number of brands in the market of laptops nowadays in Albania. It appears that the number of brands offered in this market could easily be compared to the number of brands in Europe and even broader. The purpose of this study is to help Albanian vendors understand the criteria that consumers take into consideration when they make the decision to purchase a laptop. Methodology/methods The research is based on the collection and the analyses of the primary data collected through interviews to people like managers or employees who work in the sector of trading laptops or in businesses like education where laptops are broadly used recently; then a survey is done through a questionnaire delivered to customers who already own and use a laptop and customers who are potential buyers of laptops. Scientific aim The aim of the research is to identify if there are any relationships between the demographics of the consumers and the criteria of buying a laptop; on the other hand, to find out how is the relationship between the demographics and the features of different brands. Findings The study found out that Albanian consumers have good knowledge of laptops and their brands, and they use different sources of information for making their decisions in buying a laptop; it is found that there are relationships between some demographics like age or gender and the appraisal for some attributes of the laptops like price, design and high graphics card; it is also found that some technical features and other attributes of using laptops are some of the determinants that influence the laptops’ purchases. Conclusions It is realized that one of the most important demographics of the consumers is their age. Some core features like RAM, ROM, battery life, processor quality, light weight or attributes that are connected to the purposes of using the laptop computers like practicality and mobility in using them, work and studying processes, quick access to the internet are determinant factors which influence the decision making process of purchasing a laptop. I would recommend that future researches be focused also on the relationship between the customers’ income and their preferred brand or ranking brands according to the customers’ preferences. Such studies should also extend outside the city of Tirana.

The effectiveness of manufacturing equipment use taking into account its productivity and reliability for faulty parts of transmission units in municipal buses is estimated. The on-line mode is the most effective method of control allowing the tracking of the processes of technical state changes in municipal buses. As a result of monitoring there were obtained selected data on PAZ-3205 municipal bus operated under winter conditions in the city of Ohrenburg. During the trip there was recorded 39.1 l/100km petrol consumption. The residual life of the PAZ-3205 municipal bus was 1800km.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction
