Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui (1) Hubungan Kecerdasan  Interpersonaldan Sikap Pada Profesi Keguruan dengan OCB Guru MTs Negeri Se-Kota Banjarmasin.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1)tidak Terdapat hubungan tingkat Kecerdasan  Interpersonal dengan  Organizational Cittizenship Behaviour (OCB) Guru-Guru MTs Negeri Se-Kota Banjarmasin. (2) Terdapat hubungan tingkat Kecerdasan  Interpersonal dan sikap Terhadap Profesi dengan OCB Guru-Guru MTs Negeri Se-Kota Banjarmasin.(3) Terdapat hubungan sikap Terhadap Profesi dengan OCB Guru-Guru MTs Negeri Se-Kota Banjarmasin. Direkomendasikan (1) Karena ada hubungan kecerdasan  Interpersonal dengan OCB guru Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri se- Kota Banjarmasin, maka dalam memberdayakan guru-guru untuk melaksanakan proses belajar-mengajar di sekolah adalah untuk bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan kerjanya untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang dialami ketika melaksanakan tugassehingga ia bisa kreatif dinamis, (2) Penelitian menunjukan Sikap terhadap profesi yang baik menjadi salah satu dampak keberhasilan sekolah, karenanya sikap terhadap profesi seseorang guru yang erat kaitannya dengan kepribadian, perilaku, dan karakter guru. Oleh karenanya setiap guru harus memiliki kemampuan secara internal yang melakukan hubungan secara vertikal maupun horizontal, (3) penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pengkajian peneliti selanjutnya sehingga dapat diperoleh perkembangan yang lainnya dari hubungan kecerdasan  Interpersonalonal  dan sikap terhadap profesi dengan OCB pada objek yang berbeda.__________________________________________________________This study was conducted to determine (1) The relationship between emotional intelligence with intelligence and attitude Against Profession together with Cittizenship Organizational Behavior (OCB)  Teachers MTs Negeri  Banjarmasin. The population in this study is MTsNegeri as the city of Banjarmasin, amounting to 142 people. Samples determined through measures such as: set the proportional random sampling technique from each member of the sub-population based on the number of schools under study it was determined the sample of 105 people. The test for determining the validity and reliability are used to collect research data were then analyzed using linear regression and multiple regression.The results showed that (1) There is a level of emotional intelligence relationship with OCB Teachers MTs Negeri Banjarmasin. (2) There is a relationship and attitude level of Emotional Intelligence Professionals Against the OCB  Teachers MTs Negeri  se-Banjarmasin (3) There is a relationship Profession Against attitude with OCB  Teachers MTs Negeri  se-Banjarmasin.. Recommended (1) Since there is a relationship of emotional intelligence with teachers OCB MTs Negeri Banjarmasin, then in empowering teachers to implement the teaching-learning process in schools is to be responsible for the work environment for overcome the various problems faced when implementing the tasks so that he can be creative dynamic, (2) Research shows that a good attitude towards the profession into one of the effects of school success, hence the attitude towards one's profession is closely related to the teacher's personality, behavior, and character of the teacher. therefore every teacher should have the capability internally that having vertically or horizontally, (3) This study is expected to be the next research assessment materials that can be obtained more development of emotional intelligence relationship and attitude towards the profession with the OCB on an object that different.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the trust of co-workers and proactive personalities on career satisfaction by exchanging leader-members as mediation on employees of bus assembly companies in the city of Semarang. Career satisfaction is the phase in which employees’ long-term career needs are aligned with what they get while working. Employees will always look for opportunities and trust in the organization and people who will help them in achieving career satisfaction. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique in the category of staff and foreman employees who have worked for more than five years with a sample of 160 employees. The analytical data in this study uses descriptive statistical test methods, instinctual tests include validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing. The tool used to test in this study uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study, colleague trust cannot directly influence career satisfaction. However, it can be mediated by the exchange of leader members and produce significant influence. For further researchers, they can re-examine the relationship of coworkers’ trust with career satisfaction. And can expand the object of research or respondents under study.

Emotional Intelligence is one of the factors that influence a person's success, because IQ contributes 20% to one's success, while 80% contributes from other factors, one of which is emotional intelligence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with second semester student achievement  Akademi Kebidanan Sehat Medan tahun 2017. This study uses a quantitative type of study through a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was mahasisiwi second semester of the Academy of Health Midwifery with 43 respondents with total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are done using Chi Square. The results showed that emotional intelligence was in the moderate category, and learning achievement in the category was very satisfying. There is a Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Student Achievement in Semester II in Akademi Kebidanan Sehat Medan Tahun 2017 with p value 0,004. The conclusion of the study shows that there is an emotional intelligence relationship with the learning achievement of the second semester students of the Medan Healthy Midwifery Academy and for the place it is hoped that they can provide input material to provide students with regular emotional intelligence tests.

This research aims to find and analyze the relationship of creativity with the emotional intelligence in the students MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat, Banten. In this study used quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 115 while a sample of 52 students and schoolgirls by using sampling techniques nonprobability sampling technique with type purposive sampling. In this study, data collection was conducted by sharing questionnaire poll for creativity variables and emotional intelligence variables. The results of the research that has been done first, there is a relationship between the creativity of students with the emotional intelligence of students, in the students of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat. Secondly, The size of creativity of students with the emotional intelligence of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat students, obtained the correlation coefficient = 0.27, with contributions, 07.29%, with significant student creativity variables and students emotional intelligence variables of 2.25. Degrees of freedom (df) 50 are consulted with Significance of 5% by 2.00. Thus obtained ≥ (0.25 > 2.00) at a level of significance 5% then Ha accepted and Ho was rejected. This indicates there is a low relationship between the creativity of students with emotional intelligence students, in the students of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat, Tangsel, Banten. Thus that there is a relationship between creativity and emotional intelligence.

This study explored the impact of emotional intelligence on performance at individual and team levels in Information technology projects. The moderating effect of task interdependence has also been examined amid the relationship of emotional intelligence and individual and project team performances. Data were assembled, by means of questionnaires, from IT firms located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Convenient sampling technique was applied for data gathering. Two types of questionnaire were disseminated; one for the project managers and other for the project team members. Out of 260 dispatched questionnaires, workable data were of 200 samples. Conclusion of this research could be put forward as emotional intelligence significantly affects the individual and project team performances and task interdependence positively moderates the relationship of emotional intelligence and performance at team level. This study has numerous theoretical and managerial implications.

Undergraduate research is the final project in order to completed the undergraduate degree. It is made by a college’s student under supervision. The direction process often cause anxiety for student. Anxiety is an emotional reaction of fear and anxious, thus requires the ability to control emotions such emotional intelligence. This study aimed to see the relationship of emotional intelligence and anxiety in Syiah Kuala University’s student while getting direction of research. The study was conducted on 257 student that were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by Schutte Emotional Intelligent Scale (SEIS) from Schutte, et al (1998) and anxiey scale of Depresion Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) that has been adapted by Damanik (2011). Data were analyzed by spearman technique with result p=0.000 (p=0.05) and correlation coefficient score -0.139. This show a negative relationship between emotional intelliegence and anxiety on Syiah Kuala University’s student while getting direction of research with 4.3% contribution (r-squared=0.043). It’s mean individual with the high level of emotional intelligence followed by the low level of anxiety, and vice versa.

Abstract. This study aims to examine the relationship of democratic parenting style and emotional intelligence and pro social behaviors in adolescents, especially in Cita Hati junior high school Surabaya. Sampling technique in this study is a simple proportional random sampling technique. Researchers determined by drawing samples taken 2 classes at each level (2 classes of grade 7 and 2 classes of grade 8) and obtained the number of students 96. Based on the regression analysis using SPSS 20, it is found F = 111.993 at p = 0.000 (p <0,01). It can be concluded that the variables jointly democratic parenting style and emotional intelligence significantly correlated with pro social behavior variable. Effective contribution of these two variables X to Y is shown on the price of R2 = 0.707, which means democratic parenting variables and emotional intelligence together an impact of 70.7% on pro social behavior. Partially, the result of statistical calculations showed prices at t = 5.965 p = 0.000 (p <0.05) for the correlation between democratic parenting variables with pro social behavior. Price at t = 2.961 p = 0.008 (p <0.05) for the correlation between emotional intelligence variables with pro social behavior, that is to say, in partial democratic parenting emotional intelligence variables correlated and also correlated significantly with pro social behavior.            Keywords: Democratic Parenting, Emotional Intelligence, Pro social Behavior.

Background: Nurse performance plays an important role in ensuring high quality care to achieve patient outcomes in hospitals. Therefore, factors related to the performance warrant investigation. Emotional intelligence and workplace culture are assumed to be related to nurse performance.Objective: To determine the relationship of emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and nurse performance at one of private hospitals in Medan Indonesia.Methods: This study employed a cross-sectional design with 126 associate nurses who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and nurse performance were measured using valid questionnaires. Spearman-Rank correlation test was used for data analysis.Results: Majority of nurses had high performance, emotional intelligence and workplace culture. There were significant relationships between emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and nurse performance, with a strong (r= .68; p= .01) and medium level (r= .30; p= .01), respectively.Conclusion: Nurses with high emotional intelligence and good workplace culture would show good performance in providing professional nursing care to patients. It is recommended for the hospital managers and nurse managers to improve emotional intelligence of nurses and create better workplace culture in order to improve the nurse performance.

This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.
