Undergraduate research is the final project in order to completed the undergraduate degree. It is made by a college’s student under supervision. The direction process often cause anxiety for student. Anxiety is an emotional reaction of fear and anxious, thus requires the ability to control emotions such emotional intelligence. This study aimed to see the relationship of emotional intelligence and anxiety in Syiah Kuala University’s student while getting direction of research. The study was conducted on 257 student that were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by Schutte Emotional Intelligent Scale (SEIS) from Schutte, et al (1998) and anxiey scale of Depresion Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) that has been adapted by Damanik (2011). Data were analyzed by spearman technique with result p=0.000 (p=0.05) and correlation coefficient score -0.139. This show a negative relationship between emotional intelliegence and anxiety on Syiah Kuala University’s student while getting direction of research with 4.3% contribution (r-squared=0.043). It’s mean individual with the high level of emotional intelligence followed by the low level of anxiety, and vice versa.

<h1>One of the factors that influence turnover intention is job characteristic. This study is aimed to determine the relationship of job characteristic to employee turnover intention in PT. XY. Hypothesis that proposed in this research is that there is a relationship between job characteristic and turnover intention. 60 Workers from PT. XY participated in this study which obtained by total sampling technique.  Data is obtained from the scale to measure job characteristic and turnover intention. A Product moment correlation test was used to analyze the data.  The result of data analysis shown that the correlation coefficient is -0.524 with sig. of 0.000 (p &lt;0.05). This study shows that there is a negative relationship between job characteristic to turnover intention and the effective correlation (contribution) that is given from turnover intention is 27.5% and the other 72.5% is affected by other factors. Base on the result ini this study, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a relationship between job characteristic and turnover intention.</h1>

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui (1) Hubungan Kecerdasan  Interpersonaldan Sikap Pada Profesi Keguruan dengan OCB Guru MTs Negeri Se-Kota Banjarmasin.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1)tidak Terdapat hubungan tingkat Kecerdasan  Interpersonal dengan  Organizational Cittizenship Behaviour (OCB) Guru-Guru MTs Negeri Se-Kota Banjarmasin. (2) Terdapat hubungan tingkat Kecerdasan  Interpersonal dan sikap Terhadap Profesi dengan OCB Guru-Guru MTs Negeri Se-Kota Banjarmasin.(3) Terdapat hubungan sikap Terhadap Profesi dengan OCB Guru-Guru MTs Negeri Se-Kota Banjarmasin. Direkomendasikan (1) Karena ada hubungan kecerdasan  Interpersonal dengan OCB guru Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri se- Kota Banjarmasin, maka dalam memberdayakan guru-guru untuk melaksanakan proses belajar-mengajar di sekolah adalah untuk bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan kerjanya untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang dialami ketika melaksanakan tugassehingga ia bisa kreatif dinamis, (2) Penelitian menunjukan Sikap terhadap profesi yang baik menjadi salah satu dampak keberhasilan sekolah, karenanya sikap terhadap profesi seseorang guru yang erat kaitannya dengan kepribadian, perilaku, dan karakter guru. Oleh karenanya setiap guru harus memiliki kemampuan secara internal yang melakukan hubungan secara vertikal maupun horizontal, (3) penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pengkajian peneliti selanjutnya sehingga dapat diperoleh perkembangan yang lainnya dari hubungan kecerdasan  Interpersonalonal  dan sikap terhadap profesi dengan OCB pada objek yang berbeda.__________________________________________________________This study was conducted to determine (1) The relationship between emotional intelligence with intelligence and attitude Against Profession together with Cittizenship Organizational Behavior (OCB)  Teachers MTs Negeri  Banjarmasin. The population in this study is MTsNegeri as the city of Banjarmasin, amounting to 142 people. Samples determined through measures such as: set the proportional random sampling technique from each member of the sub-population based on the number of schools under study it was determined the sample of 105 people. The test for determining the validity and reliability are used to collect research data were then analyzed using linear regression and multiple regression.The results showed that (1) There is a level of emotional intelligence relationship with OCB Teachers MTs Negeri Banjarmasin. (2) There is a relationship and attitude level of Emotional Intelligence Professionals Against the OCB  Teachers MTs Negeri  se-Banjarmasin (3) There is a relationship Profession Against attitude with OCB  Teachers MTs Negeri  se-Banjarmasin.. Recommended (1) Since there is a relationship of emotional intelligence with teachers OCB MTs Negeri Banjarmasin, then in empowering teachers to implement the teaching-learning process in schools is to be responsible for the work environment for overcome the various problems faced when implementing the tasks so that he can be creative dynamic, (2) Research shows that a good attitude towards the profession into one of the effects of school success, hence the attitude towards one's profession is closely related to the teacher's personality, behavior, and character of the teacher. therefore every teacher should have the capability internally that having vertically or horizontally, (3) This study is expected to be the next research assessment materials that can be obtained more development of emotional intelligence relationship and attitude towards the profession with the OCB on an object that different.

Emotional Intelligence is one of the factors that influence a person's success, because IQ contributes 20% to one's success, while 80% contributes from other factors, one of which is emotional intelligence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with second semester student achievement  Akademi Kebidanan Sehat Medan tahun 2017. This study uses a quantitative type of study through a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was mahasisiwi second semester of the Academy of Health Midwifery with 43 respondents with total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are done using Chi Square. The results showed that emotional intelligence was in the moderate category, and learning achievement in the category was very satisfying. There is a Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Student Achievement in Semester II in Akademi Kebidanan Sehat Medan Tahun 2017 with p value 0,004. The conclusion of the study shows that there is an emotional intelligence relationship with the learning achievement of the second semester students of the Medan Healthy Midwifery Academy and for the place it is hoped that they can provide input material to provide students with regular emotional intelligence tests.

This research aims to find and analyze the relationship of creativity with the emotional intelligence in the students MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat, Banten. In this study used quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 115 while a sample of 52 students and schoolgirls by using sampling techniques nonprobability sampling technique with type purposive sampling. In this study, data collection was conducted by sharing questionnaire poll for creativity variables and emotional intelligence variables. The results of the research that has been done first, there is a relationship between the creativity of students with the emotional intelligence of students, in the students of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat. Secondly, The size of creativity of students with the emotional intelligence of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat students, obtained the correlation coefficient = 0.27, with contributions, 07.29%, with significant student creativity variables and students emotional intelligence variables of 2.25. Degrees of freedom (df) 50 are consulted with Significance of 5% by 2.00. Thus obtained ≥ (0.25 > 2.00) at a level of significance 5% then Ha accepted and Ho was rejected. This indicates there is a low relationship between the creativity of students with emotional intelligence students, in the students of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat, Tangsel, Banten. Thus that there is a relationship between creativity and emotional intelligence.

We present the results of research of relationship of antisocial creativity, negative and prosocial creativity in social interaction and their behavioral predictors. The sample consisted of 97 students in grades 9–10 (71 of them boys). We used the questionnaires "The malevolent creativity behavior scale" (adapted by N.Meshkova et al.), Bass-Perry, Machiavellianism, NEO-FFI, "Portrait value questionnaire of Schwartz – revised PVQ-R, Emotional intelligence and social situations to identify prosocial and negative creativity in social interaction. Hypotheses about a) the relationship of malevolent creativity and low self-control («Conscientiousness»); b) emotional intelligence, Machiavellianism, the features of "Agreeableness", aggression and behavioral characteristics of malevolent creativity; c) the negative relationship of emotional intelligence with fluency of harmful decisions in prosocial situation; d) the relationship between fluency in prosocial situation and situation of lies, have been confirmed. The psychological profile of malevolent and negative creativity are described. The directions of further research are proposed.

This study aims to determine: (1) the relationship between self regulated learning and student academic procrastination; (2) the relationship of self efficacy with student academic procrastination; (3) the relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination. The hypothesis proposed is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination, assuming the higher self regulated learning and self efficacy, the lower the student academic procrastination. Conversely, the lower the self regulated learning and self efficacy, the higher the student's academic procrastination. The number of samples is 61 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sample techniques. The data collection techniq uses questionnaire. The research method used is quantitative methods. The results of the study conclude that: (1) there is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and student academic procrastination; (2) there is a negative relationship between self efficacy and student academic procrastination; (3) there is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination.

This study was aims to determine the relationship of self concept and emotional intelliegence with work stress of reverence Gereja Batak Karo Protestan (GBKP) in Langkat area. The population of this study are reverences that serve the churches GBKP in Langkat area, consisting of : Klasis Binjai Langkat and Klasis Kuala Langkat as many as 42 people with total sampling tecnique. Data collected by questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using desciptive tecnique, nalaysis erquirements test, and hypothesis test. Based on the anaysis performed, the result obtained : 1) There is a significant negative relationship between self-concept with work stress, value R2 = 0,112 means self concept given 11,2 % contribution to explain work stress, this means the more negative self concept then the higher the work stress. 2) There is a significant negative relationship between the emotional intelliegence with work stress, R2= 0,278 means emotional intelliegence given 27,8 % contribution to explain work stress, this means lower the emotional intelliegence then the higher the work stress. 3) There is a significant negative relationship between the self concept and emotional intelliegence together with work stress, value R2 = 0,306 means self concept and emotional intelliegence given 30,6% contribution to explain work stress, this means negative self concept and lower the emotional intelliegence then the higher the work stress.

ABSTRACT Introduction: Hypertension requires lifelong treatment. One influence of the successful treatment of hypertensive patients is adherence to taking drugs through family support roles. Purpose: This study identified the relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication for hypertensive patients at the Airmadidi Health Center in North Minahasa Regency. Method: This study was an observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 127 respondents diagnosed with hypertension. Results: Dominant family support (84.3%) was included in the low category, and dominant medication adherence (65.4%) was included in the low category. There is a significant relationship between family support and medication adherence to hypertensive patients (p value 0.016), but the correlation coefficient is weak (r = -0.213) with a negative relationship direction. Discussion: Communities including families of hypertensive patients are expected to take part in improving compliance with taking medication for hypertensive patients, and for hypertensive patients must be more obedient in taking drugs. This study aimed to test the relationship between hardiness and external locus of control on the nomads student in completing the thesis. The population was undergraduate overseas student who is completing a thesis in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Brawijaya University. These samples included 135 nomads student. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Hardiness and external locus of control was measured using a Likert scale, the scale of the two variables is made by the researcher. Data were analyzed with the Pearson's product moment correlation technique, with the result, there was significant a negative relationship between hardiness and external locus of control with the interpretation, the higher of hardiness, the lower level of external locus of control on the nomads student in completing the thesis and conversely. The correlation coefficient (r = 0.201) indicates that the relationship of hardiness with external locus of control, was a weak relationship.

Making decision related to choosing a major in university is a complecated process for senior high school students (grade XII), particularly for those with career indecision problem. Career indecision is persons inability to choose a particular course of study. Some studies showed that personality is one of significant factor that correlate with career indecision. However, there are some incosistency related to the particular aspec of personality which is associated with career indecision. This research was conducted to find out the relationship of personality type based on big five theory personality with career indecision among high school students of class XII in Jadebotabek. The sample involved 128 high school students which obtained by using incidental sampling technique. The data were collected by using Career Decision Scale (CDS) and Big Five Inventory (BFI) measurements. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between neurotics (r = 0.175) with career indecision and negative relationship between conscientiousness (r = -0.181) with career indecision variable. While other dimensions such as: openness to experience, extraversion, and agreeableness has no significant relationship with career indecision. Thus, an intervention to help students with career indecision problem need to consider aspec of personality.
