Preparation of Jembayan Tengah Village towards an agro-tourism area based on agriculture and a creative economy is one of the priorities. BUMDes DJT Berjaya in collaboration with the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) Kampong Seraong to create a sustainable Jembayan Tengah Tourism Village. In terms of organizational governance, BUMDes DJT Berjaya is in crisis, but this organization is open to restructuring management by the community who are committed to advancing the village. This service program is focused on BUMDes management training to improve the governance system and classify business units. In addition, training on the creation and management of village websites was carried out as a first step in digitizing which will work together with kutaicoding.com. The results are an increase in the quality of organizational governance for BUMDes and POKDARWIS as well as the creation of a website that contains profiles, organizational activities and complaint features.

This study aims to see how the role of the creative economy in an effort to empower the bamboo handicraft industry in the village of Tulungagung. Businesses that have been running so far have major problems related to capital and marketing. So that there needs to be empowerment that contains training to overcome the problem. Lack of capital can be overcome by providing training and the formation of bamboo woven / cooperative BMTs for artisans. Meanwhile, marketing problems, which in this case also involve the creation of goods made/output. So there is a need for training in innovation to increase the value of bamboo crafts. The results of this study, namely the creative economy in Tulungagung Village has been going well. The existence of a creative economy, as a form of creative and innovative ideas for the community and its economic benefits.

ABSTRACTAndil Jaya Bakery is one of the home bakery industries in the village of Bugo Jepara. Based on the observations result made by the team, the partner’s problems were the lack of productivity and product innovation so that the development of partners' businesses did not develop maximally. The purpose of this service program is to provide training and assistance on product innovation. The methods used are; 1) on the product aspect, the team give fasility to partners by give them a planetary mixer; and 2) in the production aspect, the team conducts activities and product innovation training. The result of this activity is the creation of bread product innovations in the form of roti sisir and roti kasur with various flavors, namely chocolate, pineapple, strawberry and cheese. Keywords: product innovation, home bakery industry, regional superior products ABSTRAKAndil Jaya Bakery merupakan salah satu home industri roti yang ada di desa Bugo Jepara. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan oleh tim, permasalahan yang dimiliki oleh mitra adalah kurangnya produktifitas dan inovasi produk sehingga perkembangan usaha mitra tidak berkembang secara maksimal. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai inovasi produk. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah; 1) pada aspek produk, tim memberi vasilitas kepada mitra dengan memberikan alat mixer planetary; dan 2) pada aspek produksi, tim mengadakan kegiatan dan pelatihan inovasi produk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya inovasi produk roti berupa roti sisir dan roti kasur dengan berbagai varian rasa, yaitu coklat, nanas, strawberi dan keju.Kata Kunci: inovasi produk, home indutri roti, produk unggulan daerah

COMMUNITY EMPOWER THROUGH UTILIZATION OF STRAW WASTE AND RICE HUSK BECOME SUPERCARBON IN MOYUDAN, SLEMAN. Karanganjir, Sejati Dukuh and Setran are three hamlets in the village Sumberarum. The livelihoods of the majority of the population worked as farmers. Each season rice harvest paddy lands in Karanganjir, Sejati Dukuh and Setran will produce abundant rice. Results of the rice harvest in the form of straw and rice husks were also plentiful. Rural farming communities Sumberarum have not been able to utilize the waste straw and rice husks are plentiful. This is due to the lack of awareness, knowledge, and skills for the use of waste straw and rice husks. Pollution of the environment requires a solution that is by utilizing the waste straw and rice husks into supercarbon as kerosene and gas for household and economic value. The program will work closely with youth organizations and farmers’ groups in Karanganjir, Sejati Dukuh and Setran, Co-operative of Sumberarum village, Co-operative of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), and Department of Industry Trade and Cooperatives of Sleman. This program is conducted by lecturers and UAD students of Community Service Program (KKN) divided into five major themes: 1) Entrepreneurship; 2) Making supercarbon from agricultural waste; 3) Utilization supercarbon as an alternative fuel; 4) Motivating supercarbon entrepreneurship; 5) The establishment and development of business units supercarbon.

Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) is one way for the community to be able to maintain the quality of their health. In PHBS there are several indicators that are used as a reference in the implementation of PHBS, one of them washing hands with soap. Good clean and healthy behavior can prevent diseases that appear in the body. Based on the activities carried out by the 2019 KKN Student in Purba Horison Village, Haranggaol District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province, several problems in the Purba Horison Village have been resolved, namely the lack of public knowledge in the use and utilization of the potential of Natural Resources in the Village Purba Horizon, lack of public knowledge to produce a creative economy, the lack of community care Purba Horizon Village towards environmental cleanliness. With the existence of a clean and healthy life style, this will affect the health status of the community, especially the people of the Village of Horizon, who will be conducted a real work lecture as a form of activities carried out by students.

AbstrakMedia pembelajaran yang tepat, sangat mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas. Oleh karenanya, pemilihan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kesesuaian materi.� Mengenalkan pesrta didik� bentuk bangun datar dan warna kebanyakan menggunakan gambar atau alat peraga� dalam jumlah banyak. Hal ini menjadikan pengajaran di sekolah terkesan ribet, guru terkesan kurang kreatif dan inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran di TK Pertiwi desa Bungu. Solusi yang ditawarkan pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pembuatan �stik pelangi� bagi guru TK Pertiwi Desa Bungu sebagai media pembelajaran bangun datar dan warna. ini diharapkan akan membentuk komunikasi pembelajaran yang efektif di antara guru dan peserta didik, karena proses pembelajaran akan lebih menarik dan mengesankan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra TK Pertiwi Desa Bungu yaitu (1) hasil pembelajaran materi bangun datar dan warna belum optimal. (2) guru TK Pertiwi Desa Bungu belum profesional dalam membuat media pembelajaran.� Stik Pelangia dalah program membuat media pembelajaran yang simple kreatif dan inovatif serta tidak membutukan biaya yang signifikan. Media ini dirancang dengan sedemikian rupa agar tujuan pembelajara dapat tercapai. Therefore, the selection and use of learning media must be adjusted to the needs and suitability of the material. Introducing students form flat shapes and colors mostly using pictures or props in large quantities. This makes teaching in schools seem complicated, teachers seem less creative and innovative in the learning process in Pertiwi Kindergarten in the village of Bungu. The solution offered in this community service program is the creation of a "rainbow stick" for the Pertiwi TK Kindergarten teacher as a medium of learning to build flat and color. This is expected to form effective learning communication between teachers and students, because the learning process will be more interesting and impressive. The problems faced by TK Pertiwi Kindergarten partner are (1) the learning outcomes of flat and color material are not optimal. (2) TK Pertiwi kindergarten teacher is not yet professional in making learning media. Rainbow-Stick is a program that makes learning media that is simple, creative and innovative and does not require significant costs. This media is designed so that learning objectives can be achieved. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the village financial system program (Siskeudes) through the quality of financial reports on the performance of village governments in Batang District. This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach that is by distributing questionnaires. The populations in this study were all villages in Batang Regency. Sample total was 150 villages, consisting of 2 stakeholders (village heads as budget users and village treasurers as financial staff) was selected as respondents in this study. The technique used to determine the sample is cluster random sampling. The method used to analyze data is Structural Equation Modeling. The results found that the implementation of the village financial system (Siskeudes) program through the quality of financial reports significantly affected the performance of village governments in Batang District. This study recommends that financial management training involve all PTPKD (Village Financial Management Technical Tools). The need for a village government budget team (TPAP district) at the sub-district level has the task of preparing and implementing policies in the context of drafting APB district, thus accelerating the planning and budgeting stages of village finances. In addition, regular supervision needs to be intensified, namely with an online monitoring system, and the existence of a reward and punishment scheme so as to improve the performance of the village government.

The agriculture-focused tourisme, then called agro-tourism has been applied in some areas, but each region has different land character. Besur, one of the villages in Lamongan, has WBAE as one of the agrotourisme with its own specification, namely suitable for rice and the like. The WBAE grows very fast by the hard commitmens and spirit of the managers but they should do the total quality improvement to stand for its existence. The accompaniment is aimed to keep and make the continuous quality improvement then equl with the other agro-tourism. The approach used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) it’s implemented by maximizing the assets owned by the village it passes three steps, such as deram, design, define and destiny. It’s applied by improving the quality of the WBAE assigmnet implementation team TPK in place management and enhanting the intrepreneurial quality of human resources. The programs have been applied including the tourism management training to improve the human resources of TPK WBAE, the setting of WBAE TPK jobs list and WBAE development design as well.

Community Partnership Program "Sports Massage Training and development in Kelurahan Senga subdistrict of Luwu District" is a program to develop middle and lower community business. The purpose of this program is to (1) increase the quality and participation of the community, especially the partner in the development of sports massage business in the village Senga subdistrict Belopa District Luwu, (2) Unemployment reduction and Business opportunities in the field of sport so as to give a real contribution to the development of sports in this region mainly in the field of sports health. The Problem solving offered in this research is with the help of training and enhancement of maassage sports both in terms of improving the quality of knowledge and skills, funding assistance for equipment and in terms of management and planning Business and socialization assistance to introduce sports massage in the community, especially in the area Senga Kecamatan Belopa District Luwu District. Partners in this case still have some problems from various aspects such as management and business planning in the field of sports, quality aspects and knowledge about the sport massage is still minimal, the marketing aspect is still far from the word And capital that is still minimal to prepare the necessary tools for the implementation of the activities. Implementation of the program planned in several stages. The stages are; (1) Program Introduction to the partner, (2) preparation of infrastructure and tools, (3) training in Sport massage, (4) Conducting management training and business plan, (5) Socialization of sports massage in related agencies and networking development, (6) Program assistance, as well as (7) Monitoring and evaluation. This activity is planned to be published in journals that have ISSN, print media and mass media, as well as additional external that has been established in the research proposal of service to the community Ministry of Research, Technology, and education High.

Badan Usaha Milik Desa thereafter called Bumdes, as a community economic institution that is a strategic part in stimulating the economy of rural communities. Each village can establish a Bumdes that functions to improve the village economy, be optimal, increase business, create business opportunities, create jobs, build a village economy, and increase village income. If the management of Bumdes is optimal, then the village will become an independent village. Bumdes as a newly born economic institution needs assistance, guidance, and monitoring.The Bumdes development model in this paper uses a 5 (five) model adaptation of the creative economy development that is considered appropriate for implementation because it involves collaboration between government, financial institutions, and academics. In this model, the government involves the Village and District governments, Banking, and Academics. The expected final results are: (1) the establishment of Bumdes with products that are acceptable in the Modern Market, (2) Bumdes as agents of banking cleverness, and (3) the creation of new economic centers in the Village through Bumdes.
