Community Partnership Program "Sports Massage Training and development in Kelurahan Senga subdistrict of Luwu District" is a program to develop middle and lower community business. The purpose of this program is to (1) increase the quality and participation of the community, especially the partner in the development of sports massage business in the village Senga subdistrict Belopa District Luwu, (2) Unemployment reduction and Business opportunities in the field of sport so as to give a real contribution to the development of sports in this region mainly in the field of sports health. The Problem solving offered in this research is with the help of training and enhancement of maassage sports both in terms of improving the quality of knowledge and skills, funding assistance for equipment and in terms of management and planning Business and socialization assistance to introduce sports massage in the community, especially in the area Senga Kecamatan Belopa District Luwu District. Partners in this case still have some problems from various aspects such as management and business planning in the field of sports, quality aspects and knowledge about the sport massage is still minimal, the marketing aspect is still far from the word And capital that is still minimal to prepare the necessary tools for the implementation of the activities. Implementation of the program planned in several stages. The stages are; (1) Program Introduction to the partner, (2) preparation of infrastructure and tools, (3) training in Sport massage, (4) Conducting management training and business plan, (5) Socialization of sports massage in related agencies and networking development, (6) Program assistance, as well as (7) Monitoring and evaluation. This activity is planned to be published in journals that have ISSN, print media and mass media, as well as additional external that has been established in the research proposal of service to the community Ministry of Research, Technology, and education High.

The Community Partnership Program aimed to provide direct benefits to people's lives in the social and economic fields and to improve the quality of resources through the empowerment of the women of the PKK and Karang Taruna groups in Dukuh IV Cerme, Panjatan, Kulon Progo Regency by utilizing natural ingredients in around his residence. This activity was expected to solve the problems in the partner villages, namely the source of income for the community is only dominated by the agricultural sector, the natural potential of the village that has not been used properly, lack of skills in managing the potential of the village, the majority of the residents of Dukuh VI Cerme are housewives who have minimal income. The Community Partnership Program consists of two activities, namely the training in making ecoprints by utilizing natural materials in the neighborhood around Dukuh VI Cerme, Panjatan and making audio-visual videos on how to make ecoprints. The Partnership Program activity is expected to be carried out continuously so that it can be an additional livelihood for the local community because the selling value of the ecoprint product is still quite high on the market. Keywords: Ecoprint; Income; Natural Ingredient; Kulonprogo

Kalinyamat Wetan is one of the villages located in Tegal City, Central Java, Indonesia. Based on observations made by the community partnership program of Pancasakti Tegal University there are problems faced by our partners, namely: 1) the uneven economy of the residents of Kalinyamat Wetan Village. In general, the economy of The People of Kalinyamat Wetan is good enough, but there are some poor people in Kalinyamat Wetan who need capital assistance and skills courses so that it can be used for entrepreneurship, 2) The problem of lack of knowledge about innovations in the field of Industry. The level of education is still relatively low in Kalimat Wetan which leads to a lack of information and knowledge about the latest innovations to developments in the field of Industry. To answer the problem, we provide solutions through providing training to batik craftsmen to improve the quality of their batik packaging. This is done so that there is an increase in the turnover of batik sales in order to increase their revenue. The implementation of community partnership program activities in the village of Kalinyamat Wetan Tegal city consisting of planning, action and evaluation in general went lancer and successful. Residents in the village of Kalinyamat Wetan, especially batik craftsmen have been able to make a variety of batik packaging designs and are able to provide product descriptions in attractive batik packaging. Residents responded to this PKM activity with great enthusiasm.

The Community Partnership Program in partnership with the Tani Rahayu Women's Group and the Bakpia Jurug Industry Association have succeeded in helping create economic independence. The results of this program are increased capacity and quality of production of bakpia and tempeh nuggets in the partner group. The implementation of mechanical and automation technology-based tools is able to increase the production capacity of tempe nuggets from 2 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. While the implementation of the use of bakpia kumbu processing equipment was able to increase the production of 3 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. The utilization of these tools has also been followed by quality assurance training and assistance, so that the quality of the products produced is uniform.

CAPACITY BUILDING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE KERUPUK BALOK INDUSTRY THROUGH A COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN BUKIT PENINJAUAN II VILLAGE, SUKARAJA DISTRICT, SELUMA DISTRICT, BENGKULU. Bukit Peninjau II Village, Sukaraja Subdistrict, Seluma Regency, has very good potential for the development of small industries, especially home industries in the food sector. One of the small industries in Bukit Peninjauan II Village is the block cracker processing industry which was started in 1995 and currently has 8 business units, including the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community. The team together with partners agreed on several issues faced by partners, including the lack of knowledge (soft skills) and skills mastered by partners regarding product diversification technology, packaging techniques, production equipment and knowledge about financial management. The aim of the Community Partnership Program is to improve partners' skills in the field of product diversification, improvement of packaging and labeling techniques, application of drying system mechanization technology, and increasing partner knowledge in the field of financial management of small industries. The results of the activity show that the product of processed cracker diversification has been formed in the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community, with 3 variants namely original, spinach and carrots crackers. Furthermore, improvements have also been made to the quality of packaging and labeling, through training and providing assistance with labeling equipment. To overcome the problem of drying which has so far been using sunlight, the team provided cabinet drying assistance to the two partners.

Preparation of Jembayan Tengah Village towards an agro-tourism area based on agriculture and a creative economy is one of the priorities. BUMDes DJT Berjaya in collaboration with the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) Kampong Seraong to create a sustainable Jembayan Tengah Tourism Village. In terms of organizational governance, BUMDes DJT Berjaya is in crisis, but this organization is open to restructuring management by the community who are committed to advancing the village. This service program is focused on BUMDes management training to improve the governance system and classify business units. In addition, training on the creation and management of village websites was carried out as a first step in digitizing which will work together with kutaicoding.com. The results are an increase in the quality of organizational governance for BUMDes and POKDARWIS as well as the creation of a website that contains profiles, organizational activities and complaint features.

Pond waste treatment is noteworthy, because this is a standard of production success and also one form of cultivation that is responsible for environmental sustainability. This pond waste will be used as a medium for cultivating earthworms. The plan for the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (CPP) is in the village of Pangkah Wetan, Kecamatan Ujungpangkah, Kabupaten Gresik, which is a village where almost all residents live as shrimp and milkfish farmers. The purpose of implementing CPP activities is; 1. Increase knowledge of shrimp and milkfish farmers to manage waste; 2. Increasing the knowledge of farmers regarding the use of ponds as a medium for cultivating earthworms that can be applied in the form of organic fertilizer and alternative feed. The methods used are lecture and discussion methods, technology transfer and demonstration methods. Through coaching in the PKM program, it is expected that shrimp and milkfish pond waste management will be able to protect and preserve the environment of the pond waters, so that the farmers will benefit because it can reduce the purchase costs of inorganic chemical fertilizers and artificial feed, even benefit from the cultivation of earthworms

Philosophically, the river is the source of life, is the lifeblood of the earth, therefore the water flowing in the river must be kept pure and clean. The Tukad Mati River stretches from north to south in the middle of the village of Padangsambian Kaja, so that its position is squeezed between settlements and residents' housing, therefore the cleanliness of the water in Tukad Mati is strongly influenced by waste management from residential and residential areas. To help realize and maintain the cleanliness of the dead body, the team, with the permission of the Community Service Institute, UNWAR collaborated with partners (Padangsambian Kaja Village) through a community partnership program with outreach activities and location planning to build public awareness that rivers are not a dumping ground for all kinds of waste, for that it is necessary carried out: sorting waste from households to reduce waste to rivers, forming a community that cares about rivers and waste banks, doing mutual cooperation on a regular basis, carrying out supervision by related parties so that the rules run effectively, structuring the dead river so that it can be used as a tourist spot and fishing place.

The purpose of the Subject Teachers Consultation (STC/MGMP) will be if the teachers are skilled, accustomed and able to develop various activities that are able to support teacher competencies. One of the activities carried out was to participate in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) program development activities with LPTKs such as Pasundan University. The STC included in the Community Partnership Program (CPP/PKM) is the Bandung and City Mathematics STC. Problems with both partners are: (1) Some teachers do not know SPSS and its benefits in research, (2) Understanding of some teachers in collecting data according to the formulation of research problems is still lacking, (3) Some teachers do not know e-learning applications that use video conference. This problem has an impact on the inhibition of research and an increase in the rank of teachers. Approach methods used to overcome problems with training, mentoring, and mentoring. The two partners' solution-resolution procedures will be carried out by the team as follows: (1) Training, mentoring and mentoring in using SPSS features, (2) Training in using e-learning applications (3) Training, mentoring, and mentoring in collect data according to the formulation of research problems. CPP was attended by 14 Mathematics Teachers from the City of Bandung, and 17 Mathematics Teachers from Bandung Regency who were each from the Bandung City and Regency STC. The first meeting resulted in the following conclusions: (1) The quality of CPP in formulating problems, testing instruments, using SPSS features, and video conferencing conducted was very good, (2) The ability of teachers to understand, master, and train in making either test or non-test research instruments are in a pretty good category, (3) the teacher's ability to input data according to data or the scale of the data is in a good category, (4) The teacher's ability to use video conferencing to get guidance and assistance in doing the work is in good category.

Kebonsari village is the only one location in Sidoarjo that empowers duck farms. This potential is alsoaccompanied by the presence of livestock wastes, one of which is a bad odor that needs handling. It canbe handled using probiotics, either orally (for food) or sprayed on the cage. The purposes of this dedicationis to find out the level of understanding of Kebonsari villagers, especially ducks breeders on probiotics andimprove the quality of dairy farms in the village Kebonsari seen from the aspects of cleanliness and health.This is due to the lack of knowledge of duck breeders in the area to reduce the smell of cattle dung. Thesteps taken are to socialize the way of making and demonstration and monitoring and evaluation. It wasfound that 80% of breeders have skill in duck feeding, 80% said the smell of dirt was reduced significantly,and 80% said duck health improved. Based on this it can be concluded that probiotics are used effectivelyto reduce the smell of dirt and maintain the health of livestock.

The Community Partnership Program "Development of the Blind Massage Services in East Wara Subdistrict, Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province" is aimed at: (1) Developing and enhancing the participation of people with disabilities in the national and regional development, (2) Improving the standard of living of the Blind , as an effort aimed at absorbing workforce among disabiltas in Palopo City. Massage comes from the Arabic word "mash" which means "to press gently" or the Greek word "massien" which means "to massage or to scrub". Furthermore, massage is also referred to as the science of massage or lulut science. The focus of massage developed in the Community Blind Massage Program "Blind Massage Services in Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province, namely Massage Health, Therapy and Sports (recovery and sports injuries). Disabilities tendency of the Blind have disabilities and expertise to perform massage services because the Blind in the disabilities in every activity he does on a daily basis rely on the sense of "touch" especially the palm of the hand so that it has more sensitivity than humans in general. This is what makes the blind people with disabilities have talents and expertise in the field of massage or sciences. Partners in the Community Partnership Program are the Harapan Sehat Massage Clinic. Mitra has run a business and Massage Service with a turnover of Rp. 3,000,000 to Rp. 4,000,000 per month, while the number of workers joined in this business unit is five (4) people. Partner problems include service quality (production results), business management, marketing systems. Partner Issues Include: (1) The quality of services that are still traditional so that they lack attractiveness and trust in the wider community, so it is necessary to develop a massage / massage capability that leads to a standard and scientific health approach; (2) Participating in training or providing training for the Blind Massage Services; (3) Touch of massage technology; (4) Business management, there is no business management pattern that meets the standards and the division of work has not been directed and business motivation is lacking due to disability factors; (5) The marketing system, information patterns and publications are still very traditional, that is, from the mouth-mouth so that it becomes a separate obstacle in seizing potential markets; (6) Does not have a clear business plan; (7) Lack of capital to establish a Blind Massage Services clinic and attend massage training in order to have an increase in the ability of more scientific and scientific massage services. Based on the complexity of these problems, this dedication activity will focus on the development of Business Management and Development of massage (massage) service capabilities. The program is carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely: the flow of the PKM program starts from, 1) the preparation phase, 2) the implementation phase, and 3) the monitoring and evaluation phase.
