The variety of organizational forms of training used in the professional lyceum does not exclude the unity of the requirements for them. Therefore, the most important requirement for any organizational form of training and the criterion of its effectiveness is the creation of conditions that ensure either joint with the teacher, or independent, but necessarily developing students ' activities. The same education of all students is not possible. It never was, and it isn't now. Organizational forms of training should promote the activity of students ' learning activities: different content. The structure, the volume of educational work, corresponding to the real capabilities of each student, and most importantly-the creation of conditions that allow you to open up even with frontal forms of training. For example, through participation in conversations, when expressing one's opinion in the process of collective discussion of answers to questions that require creative search, guesswork, special attention is paid to the effectiveness of learning by intellectual emotions - emotions of surprise, guesswork, doubt, novelty, confidence, as well as emotions of success, failure, associated with the result of mental activity. To create a pedagogically appropriate emotional saturation of the learning process, it is necessary to think carefully, purposefully plan the activation of students ' intellectual emotions not only through the content of training courses, but also through the novelty of the method of obtaining knowledge through the use of non-standard organizational forms of training.

Practical learning which is generally carried out in the laboratory is one of the important lessons in the science learning process, especially chemistry. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused practical learning activities to not be accommodated in real laboratories. This situation encourages the creation of practical learning innovations, namely the use of virtual labs. In this study, students' learning interest in the use of virtual labs is described which is integrated with the use of e-modules on colloidal material. Based on the results of data analysis, 74.55% of students were interested in using the virtual lab, 10.90% very interested, 12.73% quite interested, and 1.82% lack of interested. These data indicate that the majority of students can make good use of the virtual lab and are able to optimally elaborate on the learning process. However, virtual labs are not intended to replace real laboratories but can be used as supplements and media to support learning in real laboratories.

The discipline «Histology, cytology, embryology» is part of the basic disciplines and, therefore, is important not only from the point of view of obtaining specific theoretical and practical knowledge, but also from the point of formation of skills for independent work, and in the future– motivation for constant self-education. It is advisable to teach students not only the content of the subject, but also mental operations. One of the most important areas is the formation among medical students of the ability to systematize the results, make generalizations and evaluate their reliability and application limits, plan and conduct research. The purpose of this practical lesson it`s to fix in memory the technique of microscopic examination of a histological preparation, develop an idea of the nature and content of the main stages in preparation of a fixed and stained histological slides, get an idea of the «basophilia» and «oxyphilia» structures in the histological preparation. The learning process is impossible without remembering the basic facts, patterns, postulates, etc. The effectiveness of memorizing educational material depends on how logically it is connected with the knowledge that medical students already have and can be well understood by them. In this case, the teacher must seek arbitrary memorization. He indicates the goal of assimilation of certain information, identifies the main and secondary, stimulates the necessary motivation of the cognition process on the part of students. The conditions for successful memorization are: comprehension of educational material, mental activity and independence in work, constant use of the memorized, understanding of its significance, its reproduction in the process of repetition, and practical application of the studied. Correct systematization of students' learning activities allows the teacher to evaluate the knowledge, skills and abilities they receive, provide the necessary assistance on time and achieve the learning objectives. All this together creates favorable conditions for the development of cognitive abilities of students and the activation of their independent work in practical classes in histology. The article deals with the problem of the harmonious development of schoolchildren in the city of Khabarovsk. The key components for the harmonious development of the personality of a modern student are shown theoretically. The survey data of schoolchildren of grades 6-11 on the subject of their satisfaction with the organization of the educational process have been presented. The analysis of the respondents’ answers revealed a complete discrepancy between the real conditions of teaching modern schoolchildren to those components that are necessary for the harmonious development of the child’s personality in the system of lifelong education. In the studied educational institutions of Khabarovsk priority is given mainly to the learning process. The educational process is often implemented in only one direction to the detriment of other areas of education. The results obtained define the problem of determining the causes of such stagnation, as well as the conditions conducive to the development of active, harmoniously developed people.

The purpose of writing this article is to reintroduce the concept of adult learning (andragogy). Because basically learning adults with children is different. It is said by adults, when physically, biologically, and psychologically mature. The method of writing this article uses the literature study method. Knowles explained that andragogy is an art of teaching for adults. According to Knowles there are four main assumptions that distinguish between andragogy and pedagogy, namely: self-concept, experience, readiness for learning, and orientation towards learning activities. The application into the learning process is to create a pleasant learning atmosphere, pleasant physical environment. Identification of the needs of learning citizens is identified together between learning citizens and tutors so that it can be known the real situation. Fourth, learning experiences are arranged together between learning citizens and tutors so that they will feel ownership of the material to be delivered. After thirteen long years of military dictatorship, national elections on the basis of adult franchise were held in Pakistan in December 1970. The Awami League, led by Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, and the Pakistan Peoples Party, under Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, emerged as the two majority political parties in East Pakistan and West Pakistan respectively. The political party commanding a majority in one wing of the country had almost no following in the other. This ended in a political and constitutional deadlock, since this split mandate and political exclusiveness gradually led to the parting of ways and political polarization. Power was not transferred to the majority party (that is, the Awami League) within the legally prescribed time; instead, in the wake of the political/ constitutional crisis, a civil war broke out in East Pakistan which soon led to an open war between India and Pakistan in December 1971. This ultimately resulted in the dismemberment of Pakistan, and in the creation of Bangladesh as a sovereign country. The book under review is a political study of the causes and consequences of this crisis and the war, based on a reconstruction of the real facts, historical events, political processes and developments. It candidly recapitulates the respective roles of the political elites (both of India and Pakistan), their leaders and governments, and assesses their perceptions of the real situation. It is an absorbing narrative of almost thirteen months, from 7 December, 1970, when elections were held in Pakistan, to 17 December, 1971 when the war ended after the Pakistani army's surrender to the Indian army in Dhaka (on December 16, 1971). The authors, who are trained political scientists, give fresh interpretations of these historical events and processes and relate them to the broader regional and global issues, thus assessing the crisis in a broader perspective. This change of perspective enhances our understanding of the problems the authors discuss. Their focus on the problems under discussion is sharp, cogent, enlightening, and circumspect, whether or not the reader agrees with their conclusions. The grasp of the source material is masterly; their narration of fast-moving political events is superbly anchored in their scientific methodology and political philosophy.

Teachers are a facilitator of the learning process. Teachers give pupils an ample time to discover new things on their own. Many challenges faced by the teachers in facilitating the activity of learners such as planning, creating, preparing, and selecting the materials used in the activity. Because of this, the task of the teachers is multi-faceted. Many things to be considered in making learning activities, must suit the capability of the learners, this activity can be adapted to different learning styles, and the activity must stimulate the interest of the learners. But not all activities are fitted for all learners because learners are diverse and unique in nature. The needs of pupils are the major concern of the teachers, to retain the learning of the pupils and especially the learning could apply in their daily lives for meaningful learning. The research dealt with the challenges of the teachers in increasing the learning retention among pupils and possible activities that stimulate the interest of the learners. This research measure the responses measured in getting the frequency, percentage, and weighted mean using formulas to analyze the data gathered. Utilize descriptive design with a survey questionnaire as the research instrument. This research has two sets of respondents the grade school teachers and pupils.

Abstract. This journal discusses the development of variations in teaching in increasing learning motivation. The learning process is an activity that involves an individual (physical and spiritual), learning activities are never carried out without a strong motivation or motivation from within the individual or from outside the individual who participates in learning activities. Therefore, the learning process requires the development and use of variations in teaching to generate student motivation. Variations in teaching include variations in teaching styles, variations in media and materials, and variations in teaching and learning interactions. Motivation has a very important role in learning activities, there is no learning activity without motivation, therefore motivation has a strategic role in achieving the goals or results of learning.
