Microfinance is considered an important financial instrument to generate income. The study has focused to ascertain the effect of microfinance on poverty eradication. For this purpose, the random sampling method has been adopted and primary data from 368 respondents has been collected from the two main districts of Sindh, Pakistan. Two different statistical tools have been used to analyze the data. Simple independent t-test has been used for the analysis of the variance in variables (i.e. livelihood, business development, income, and employment) before and after the involvements of microfinance in the business activity of respondents and linear regression test used to find out the relation between the dependent variable (i.e. microfinance) and independent variable (i.e. livelihood, business development, income, and employment). It has been ascertained the p<0.005 and r=0.78 the values show the strong relationship between the dependent and independent variables and as well as microfinance facility has a positive effect on poverty alleviation.

Study the effectivity analysis of Program Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan (PUAP) and its impact on farmer income levels (case study of the Teluk Jaya Farmers Group Association) aims to 1. knowing how large the effectivity of PUAP funds is for income levels in poverty alleviation in Teluk Desa Sentosa Panai Hulu Subdistrict, 2. to analyze and determine the level of income of Gapoktan Teluk Jaya Farming Business in Teluk Sentosa, Panai Hulu Subdistrict before and after receiving PUAP assistance. The results showed that the effectivity of PUAP program funding is very effective and good, it can be seen from the results of the F test of 12.406 with a significant level of 0.000 while the F value of the table is 2.051. When compared to the value of F test (12.406) > Ftable (2.051) at α 5%, it was concluded that simultaneously the effectivity variable and the PUAP program had a positive effect. The increase in income of the Teluk Jaya Farmers Group in Teluk Sentosa after receiving PUAP funds can be known from the t table for the effectivity variable of 2.663 and the PUAP program for 1.270 with a significant value for each independent variable (2.051); (0.073). Whereas for the t table value in the distribution statistics t table with the level of test α = 5% and df1 = 27 of 2,051. Based on the criteria that if the value is t count> t table); namely (2.663> 2,051) (1,270> 2,051) so that it can be concluded that the effectivity variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the income level. Keywords : effectivity variable,  income level, PUAP program

The research data is the primary data that are obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The respondents were selected by using disproportionate stratified random sampling method. This study uses a quantitative method with 212 respondents which are students of faculty of psychology in X University Jakarta. Hypothesis testing using simple regression test and independent sample T test. The results revealed that Self Efficacy have positive effect on Burnout. Differences in burnout based on gender can not be proven through the results of this study.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of taxpayer awareness and taxpayer knowledge of taxpayer compliance in paying vehicle tax in DKI Jakarta, the independent variables in this research were taxpayer awareness and taxpayer knowledge, while the dependent variable was compliance taxpayer. This research was conducted using the Survey Research method using a questionnaire as a data collection. Sampling was done using the Simple Random Sampling method and then the data collected was analyzed by multiple linear regression. Regression test results in this research indicate that the independent variable partially has a positive effect but not significantly to the dependent variable while simultaneously the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely taxpayer compliance in paying vehicle tax in DKI Jakarta.

This research was aimed to find out the effect of Islamic business ethic’s perception against the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants in Jakarta. This research used questionmaires in primary data collection and quantitative approaches. Experiments were done using simple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchant and the independent variable (X) is Islamic business ethics. The research sample was taken by probability sampling with simple random sampling method. Theresearch sample was 65 Batak Moslem’s merchants who were members of KKMM in Jakarta.Based on the findings, it obtained simple linear regression equation: Y = 22,376 + 0,279X. The results of this research showed that the influence of Islamic business ethics has positive effect and signifficant against the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants who were members of KKMM in Jakarta. The R2 on this research showed the number 0.423, which mean that 42.3% of behavior of Batak Moslem’ merchants can be explained by the variables of Islamic business ethics. These results also explain that there are other variables were greater (57.7%) were able to explain the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the effect of expectations and benefits on motivation partially and simultaneously. Analyze the effect of expectations and benefits on decisions. Analyzing the effect of expectations and benefits on decisions through intervening variables. This research is quantitative. Data collection method is to use primary data through a questionnaire to the people of Situ Udik Village with a sample size of 96 respondents. The analysis used is path analysis. The results of the study in regression 1 showed that partialy and simultaneously the expectation variable had a real positive effect on people's motivation. The model regression test shows that the expectation variable has no effect on motivation. Simultaneously shows the expectation and profit variables have a significant positive effect on motivation. The influence of expectations on decisions proves that there is no direct influence on decisions. Analysis of the effect of profits on decisions proves that there is a significant influence on decisions. In the analysis of the influence of expectations on decisions through motivation shows there is a significant effect, on the profit variable, there is an influence on decisions through motivation as a connecting variable.
