The Public Relations is becoming more demanding with the diverse practices during recent years. An organization is considered stronger because of effective PR. PR experts are working to enhance the effectiveness of an organization while eliminating the deficiencies of PR which directly affects the organizational strength. This paper aims to explore how effectively public relations build image of its organization, how it gratify its public, refining its policies on the basis of active feedback. Specifically, the purpose was to measure the relationship among organization, employees and its publics. The data was collected through survey method from Coca Cola Pakistan via closed ended questionnaire and taking into account the influence of public opinion. This study concludes with the importance of the prime position of public relations in an organization and its publics in constructing a quality relation and a good image.

Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) have formed the public relations as liaison tooutsiders (spokesman). With the UAD’s Public Relations, expected various publicinterest and the interests of the organization can run together. Programs and strategyhas been conducted by UAD’s Public Relations to have good relations with stakeholdersof UAD. This research own, intended to see how the role of public relations UAD tobolster loyalty of stakeholders. By using the case study method, with data collectionmethod using focus group disscussion, it is hoped the result of research is could becomebasic to improving UAD’s Public Relations. This research result indicates that publicrelations are expected to draw up strategies appropriate to enhance loyalty stakeholders,both in terms of the management of its own organization, communication pattern, andmanagement of media connection.AbstrakUniversitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) telah membentuk bidang kehumasan sebagaipenghubung dengan pihak luar (juru bicara). Dengan adanya Humas UAD tersebut,diharapkan berbagai kepentingan publik dan kepentingan organisasi dapat berjalanbersama. Berbagai program maupun strategi telah dilakukan oleh Humas UAD untukmenjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak-pihak (stakeholders) UAD. Penelitian ini sendiri,dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran humas UAD guna meningkatkanloyalitas dari stakeholders. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, dengan metodepengumpulan data dengan menggunakan focus group disscussion, diharapkan hasildari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk perbaikan kinerja humas UAD itusendiri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa humas diharapkan mampu menyusunstrategi-strategi yang tepat untuk dalam meningkatkan loyalitas stakeholders, baikdari segi pengelolaan organisasi sendiri, komunikasi yang dijalankan, dan pengelolaanmedia komunikasinya.

Abstract From the late 1950s, Conservative research and policy thinkers underwent a conscious intellectual adjustment, which had profound implications for how the party conceived the relationship between politicians and the public during Edward Heath’s period as Conservative leader after 1965. In response to contemporaneous debates regarding ‘modernization’, and as a result of their engagement with the emergent social sciences, a new generation of Conservatives tended to repudiate the party’s traditional preference for idealist and organicist philosophical assumptions in favour of a rationalistic approach to political administration. Their preoccupation with economic management was concomitant of their loss of faith in the formative role of rhetorical and moral appeals in shaping public opinion. This article, by focusing on debates within the party’s research and political apparatus—the Conservative Research Department, the Conservative Political Centre and Swinton College—will contend that, far from being the last gasp of a post-war consensual Conservatism, Heath’s period as leader marked a relatively unique period in the party’s history, in which the conception of the nature of political leadership held by those at the top of the party differed from the conception held by both their predecessors and successors.

This study focuses on the communications that was built by the Public Relations (PR) in East Jakarta Administration City Government with the Press community through their roles in the administrative activities of government. The purpose of this study was to determine the PR activities of East Jakarta Administration City Government in establishing good communication with the Press as the government's partner in promoting the various activities that are beneficial to society. The research method used in this study is a case study (case study). The results showed that the role of Public Relations of East Jakarta Administration City Government in establishing good communication with the press, is done through activities, such as press conferences, press releases, and press gathering. All activities are done well, so as to create a communication and a good relationship, in any cooperation between the Press and the Government of East Jakarta, making it easier for local governments in disseminating various work programs.

The analysis included in the article concerns the wishes posted on company profiles on Facebook. The considerations begin with the description of wishes as a speech act that has ritual, etiquette-related and phatic functions. Next, the article discusses the role of social media in communication in the public relations area, particularly as a tool to contact customers. One of the ways of establishing this contact is extendingwishes on a company fan page. This is another stage of the evolution of the speech act in question. The analysis of companies’ wishes includes the description of the occasion for extending them, the content of the wishes, the relationship between the sender and the receiver and, in particular, the interaction that results from the very character of wishes as a speech act as well as from the opportunities provided by communication in social media.

Abstrak - Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menjelaskan Efektivitas peran sekretaris dalam menjalankan tugas. Diera globalisasi menuntut sekretaris berorganisasi dengan baik, profesi seorangSekretaris memegang peranan penting dalam operasional suatu perusahaan membantu pimpinan menjalankan tugasnya.Sekretaris  adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab mempersiapkan berbagai macam tugas dan pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan pimpinan, agar pimpinan dapat menjalankan perusahaannya dengan efesien dan efektif. Seorang sekretaris dalam kedudukannya sebagai seseorang yang terdekat dengan pimpinan puncak diarahkan untuk bertindak sebagai public relations yang baik untuk kepentingan internal maupun kepentingan eksternal perusahaan. Hal ini akan membawa posisi sekretaris menuju tanggung jawab dalam menumbuhkan citra baik perusahaan dimata masyarakat. Sekretaris  dalam melaksanakan tugas membantu efektivitas pimpinan nampak pada kegiatan korespondensi, contoh  seperti mengagendakan kegiatan pimpinan. Maka  penulis  memilih  judul  berkaitan dengan  efektivitas  peran  sekretaris  dalam  melaksanakan  tugas  dikantor  pppptk  bisnis  dan  pariwisata. Kata Kunci : Efektifitas, Sekretaris, Public Relation Abstract - This writing aims to determine and explain the effectiveness of the role of the secretary in carrying out tasks. Diera globalization requires secretaries to organize well, the profession of a secretary plays an important role in the operations of a company to help the leader carry out his duties. The secretary is a person who is responsible for preparing various tasks and jobs related to the leader, so that the leader can run his company efficiently and effectively. A secretary in his position as someone closest to the top leadership is directed to act as a good public relations for internal and external interests of the company. This will bring the position of secretary to the responsibility in fostering a good image of the company in the eyes of the public. The secretary in carrying out the task of helping the effectiveness of the leadership appears in the correspondence activities, for example such as scheduling the leadership's activities. ArgumentWe examine the creation and functioning of the “Pasteur Institute in Palestine” focusing on the relationship between biological science, health policy, and the creation of a “new society” within the framework of Zionism. Similar to other bacteriological institutes founded by colonial powers, this laboratory was developed in response to public health needs. But it also had a political role. Dr. Leo Böhm, a Zionist physician, strived to establish his institution along the lines of the Zionist aspiration to develop a national entity based on strong scientific foundations. Even though the institute enjoyed several fruitful years of operation, mainly during World War I, it achieved no lasting national or scientific importance in the country. Böhm failed to adapt to new ways of knowledge production, scientifically and socially. The case study of the “Pasteur Institute in Palestine” serves as a prism to view the role of the public health laboratory in the history of Palestine with its ongoing changes of scientific, organizational, and political context.

In this research paper I chose to make a detailed analysis of the role of Social Media in institutional communication, focusing in the case study on observing the Facebook page of Constanta City Hall, this page being an important means of communication with citizens of the public institution concerned. In other words, I chose this topic because I consider extremely important the public relations department within a public institution, such as Constanta City Hall, after completing undergraduate studies applying for a position in this field being a main option for me. The main objective of the paper was to analyze institutional communication in its various forms, but especially the external communication of public institutions, the way of transmitting information from them to citizens being a very important aspect in terms of proper functioning of public administration.

Festival Ketoprak Pelajar event is a phenomenon that is quite unique when the rampant society with new media. Amigo Group initiated corporate social responsibility (CSR) which is divided into 2 (two) namely CSR Social and CSR Culture. Festival Ketoprak Pelajar is an event of Amigo Peduli Budaya initiated by Amigo Group. The purpose of holding an event is to continue to maintain the relationship between the company and the customer can stay well maintained. The purpose of this study is to know how the Implementation of Public Relations in Corporate Social Responsibility activities through Festival Ketoprak Pelajar event at Amigo Group. The theory used this time is Relationship Management theory, refers to the process of management relationship between the organization with internal and external public. While the method used by the author is qualitative, with case study approached. The results of this study explain the process of public relations work programs applied to companies that do not have a public relations division in particular and also without the help of the public relations agencies that exist.
