Abstrak - Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menjelaskan Efektivitas peran sekretaris dalam menjalankan tugas. Diera globalisasi menuntut sekretaris berorganisasi dengan baik, profesi seorangSekretaris memegang peranan penting dalam operasional suatu perusahaan membantu pimpinan menjalankan tugasnya.Sekretaris  adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab mempersiapkan berbagai macam tugas dan pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan pimpinan, agar pimpinan dapat menjalankan perusahaannya dengan efesien dan efektif. Seorang sekretaris dalam kedudukannya sebagai seseorang yang terdekat dengan pimpinan puncak diarahkan untuk bertindak sebagai public relations yang baik untuk kepentingan internal maupun kepentingan eksternal perusahaan. Hal ini akan membawa posisi sekretaris menuju tanggung jawab dalam menumbuhkan citra baik perusahaan dimata masyarakat. Sekretaris  dalam melaksanakan tugas membantu efektivitas pimpinan nampak pada kegiatan korespondensi, contoh  seperti mengagendakan kegiatan pimpinan. Maka  penulis  memilih  judul  berkaitan dengan  efektivitas  peran  sekretaris  dalam  melaksanakan  tugas  dikantor  pppptk  bisnis  dan  pariwisata. Kata Kunci : Efektifitas, Sekretaris, Public Relation Abstract - This writing aims to determine and explain the effectiveness of the role of the secretary in carrying out tasks. Diera globalization requires secretaries to organize well, the profession of a secretary plays an important role in the operations of a company to help the leader carry out his duties. The secretary is a person who is responsible for preparing various tasks and jobs related to the leader, so that the leader can run his company efficiently and effectively. A secretary in his position as someone closest to the top leadership is directed to act as a good public relations for internal and external interests of the company. This will bring the position of secretary to the responsibility in fostering a good image of the company in the eyes of the public. The secretary in carrying out the task of helping the effectiveness of the leadership appears in the correspondence activities, for example such as scheduling the leadership's activities. Company goals can be achieved if a company has a good management, reputation, and effective communication within. Good company management does not merely happen within its internal scope, but it should be walked together with the external scope. Basically, company management wanted the company to run smoothly without any management crises. Public relation has very important role when the management crisis is experienced by a company. Hence, this research has objective to know the role of public relations in handling the crisis of dwelling time case in 2015. The methodology used in this research is qualitative methodology by using interview as the analyzing tool. The result showed that public relation of the Ministry of Trade is good enough in running its role in handling the dwelling time case by connecting and clarifying the problem. Also, the public relation of the Ministry of Trade has been done an internal refinement by isolating the problems.

This study attempted to determine the role of Public Relation (PR) of Banda Aceh’s Environmental, Cleanliness, and the Beauty of the City Agency on the “Waste Collecting Point (WCP) program. The theory used was role theory developed by Redfield, Linton, and Herskovits. The method which was being used wasdescriptive qualitative, which the subject of the study was PR division and societies. The finding showed that PR division played a very important role in the success of Waste Collecting Point (WCP) program from the beginning until the outcome being shown on the cleanliness of the districts. Starting from the socialization process, the program showed significant success. Persuasive communication was being used to conduct the program. PR division made initial socialization by informing the societies about the danger of the waste if not managed properly then followed by monthly evaluation on the cleaning leader. The Public Relations is becoming more demanding with the diverse practices during recent years. An organization is considered stronger because of effective PR. PR experts are working to enhance the effectiveness of an organization while eliminating the deficiencies of PR which directly affects the organizational strength. This paper aims to explore how effectively public relations build image of its organization, how it gratify its public, refining its policies on the basis of active feedback. Specifically, the purpose was to measure the relationship among organization, employees and its publics. The data was collected through survey method from Coca Cola Pakistan via closed ended questionnaire and taking into account the influence of public opinion. This study concludes with the importance of the prime position of public relations in an organization and its publics in constructing a quality relation and a good image.

The analysis included in the article concerns the wishes posted on company profiles on Facebook. The considerations begin with the description of wishes as a speech act that has ritual, etiquette-related and phatic functions. Next, the article discusses the role of social media in communication in the public relations area, particularly as a tool to contact customers. One of the ways of establishing this contact is extendingwishes on a company fan page. This is another stage of the evolution of the speech act in question. The analysis of companies’ wishes includes the description of the occasion for extending them, the content of the wishes, the relationship between the sender and the receiver and, in particular, the interaction that results from the very character of wishes as a speech act as well as from the opportunities provided by communication in social media.

The corporate crisis is still considered a scary specter. Not a few companies are desperately avoiding a crisis without them realizing that could happen to anyone and anytime. Crisis can not absorb the feathers that will come to the company which one with which management system. Even companies that already have a big name, can still be hit by the crisis. Moreover, some preventive measures to cure the crisis, is also very important to enter the fall of the company to avoid bankruptcy. At this stage the role of Public Relations holds a very important position. Public Relations talks about strategic functions that are expected to position itself as a golden stone both from internal and external companies. The ideal spirit, crisis management of a company that made the public Public Relations is expected to be able to muffle and cure the crisis as bad as any condition that befall. The writing of this article aims to find out how the management of the company "First Travel" in the face of corporate crises by using descriptive qualitative analysis method found that "First Travel" should provide a role to Public Relations specifically because the crisis can not be handled quickly and easily.

Practices in public relations activities do not only arrive at the initial step of the meeting, which if the second party is impressed, the public relations work is finished. However, in reality it is only the first step taken so that the next steps can be taken. Public relations practice is not only limited to the creation of a pleasant first impression or what is better known today is imaging, but next is how the pleasant situation can continue in accordance with the objectives to be achieved for example in a company of course the thing to be achieved is to seek profit . One of the main keys to the success of the PR of the Prophet is to build credibility or trust. This can be seen from his history before preaching. He is well-known as a very honest person in the midst of society, so it is called al-amin (trustworthy). Muhammad SAW's competence in preaching also cannot be doubted. This end-time prophet has all the keys to success in da'wah, both in terms of methods, communication techniques, mastery of material, and the ability to understand and explore who he faces. The Prophet Muhammad had the skills of effective communication and the ability to package the message he wanted to convey and was able to influence his interlocutors.

Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan perusahaan atau instansi yang melaksanakan Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal, kegiatan informal tersebut dilakukan oleh Unit Seksi Humas dan Protokoler pada Bidang Ekspert Madya Komunikasi dan Pelaporan. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menetahui bagaimana gambaran impelementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang bertujuan untuk memaknai makna-makna yang diungkapkan informan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara utuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, karena penulis ingin mengetahi aspek “how” dan “why”yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap manusia dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut menggunakan konsep POAC yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan pengawasan (Controling), sehingga dalam kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani menerapkan atau mengimplementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut dengan sebaik mungkin. Implementasi yang tercipta di Perum Perhutani dapat menciptakan kenyamanan, merasa dihargai dalam melaksanakan setiap pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dipahami pula bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat menciptakan serta meningkatan produktivitas dalam bekerja. Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten is a company or agency that carries out Human Relations through informal activities, informal activities are carred out by the Public Relations and protocol section unit in the field of experts in intermediate communication and reporting. Researchers are interested in doing this research with the aim to find out how the descripyion of Human Relations implementation through informal activities in Perhutani Public Division West Java and Banten Regional Division through the concept of POAC from planning, organizing, implementing to monitoring (controlling) the activity. The paradigm used in this study is contructivism which aims to interpret the meanings expressed by informants. The approach used is a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject in its entirety. The method used in this study is a case study, because the author wants to know the “how” and “why” aspects that aim to find out the caracteristics of each human being by interacting directly and deeply. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activities using the consept of POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that in informal activities in the Perhutani public corporate to implement Human Relations throught informal activites as well as possibl. The implementation created in Perum Perhutani can create comfort, feel valued in carrying out every job, so that it can be understood also that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activites in Perum Perhutani has been carried out properly so as to create and improve productivity in work.

<span lang="IN">Social media is one type of new media that facilitates the process of communication among human. Social media makes it easy for users to communicate and share information in a wider range. At present, not only people use Instagram, but the government also needs to keep up with the time to participate in using Instagram as an online information media. Public Relations of the Salatiga Government is one of the public relations departments that uses Instagram as an online information media to provide information needed by the community.<br /> This research aimed to find out how the content of the information was<span>  </span>and how the role of instagram was as an information deliverance to the citizen by the public relations of Salatiga. Through qualitative methods research, data is collected by means of interviews and observations. The results showed that the Salatiga <span> </span>Government Public Relations Instagram account had a role to increase brand awareness, connect many people and as a source of information/ business promotion.Public Relations of the Salatiga Government considers that Instagram plays an active role in conveying information to the public. This is seen from the many positive responses received by the Salatiga City Government Public Relations during managing Instagram as a modern information deliverance.<span>     </span></span>
