Sebagai upaya membangun kebersamaan bagi masyarakat, maka pemerintah Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat menerapkan sebuah kebijakan dalam wujud Peraturan Daerah tentang Program Daerah Pemberdayaan Gotong Royong (PDPGR). Program ini diharapkan mampu memberikan sebuah perubahan terhadap kehidupan masyarakat yang sudah dilaksanakan di 57 desa sejak tahun 2016 dan salah satunya adalah Desa Kelanir Kecamatan Seteluk melalui kegiatan Pembangunan Jamban, Rehab Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH), Bariri Tani, Bariri Ternak, Pariri Lansia dan Pariri Disabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 3 Tahun 2016 tentang PDPGR dan juga untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi Strategi pemerintah dalam penerapan PDPGR di Desa Kelanir. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum Strategi PDPGR di Desa Kelanir mampu membangun kebersamaan daam meningkatkan kesejateraan dan perekonomian masyarakat setempat melalui kegiatan PDPGR, namun dalam pelaksanaanya dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor seperti komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. PDPGR di Desa Kelanir tidak berjalan optimal dikarenakan tidak adanya sosialisasi program kepada masyarakat, rendahnya kaulitas agen Pemberdayaan PDPGR Desa Kelanir sebagai ujung tombak keberhasilan program serta tidak adanya Structure Operational Procedure (SOP) sejak tahun 2016 yang dijadikan pedoman pelaksanaan program.

This study aims to produce the vision and mission of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu accounting section, the quality policy of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu accounting section, the task description based on the organizational structure of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu and the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) of the Chicken Geprek Dapur Ayu. The method in this study uses a collaborative model. Researchers modify the quality system to be developed by researchers in accordance with the needs of prospective product users / users by identifying problems, identifying objectives, developing product designs. The results of this study are the SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) of the Profit / Loss Report on the Geprek Dapur Ayu Chicken Business that researchers have proposed to business owners who have been found to be very beneficial in developing the Geprek Dapur Ayu Chicken business going forward. <p><em>Intravenous therapy (VI) is the therapy frequently used on medical care. More than 60% of clients treated at hospital applied the therapy.  The problem found was inappropriate standard operational procedure in applying Intravenous therapy. The purpose of this study was to know the correlation of supervision and motivation in  applying Intravenous therapy based on standard operational procedure  done by nurse at inpatient care facility of Siloam Hospital, Jambi.Populations were all nurses worked at the hospital. The samples were 51 nurses; it was a total sampling. The result of univariate analysis revealed that the number of respondents who had a good supervision was 30 nurses (58.9%). Meanwhile, the respondents having high motivation were 26 (51%), and the respondents who applied intravenous therapy based on standard operational procedure were 43 nurses (64.3%). The biavariate showed that there was a significant correlation between supervision and applying intravenous therapy based on standard operational procedure (p-value 0.034&lt;0.05) and there was a significant correlation between motivation and applying intravenous therapy based on standard operational procedure (p-value 0.018&lt;0.05). In summary, there was a significant correlation of supervision and motivation in  applying Intravenous therapy based on standard operational procedure  done by nurse at inpatient care facility of Siloam Hospital Jambi.</em></p>

ABSTRACTBackground : Medical record is one of the most important pillars that can not be considered trivial in a hospital, with the development of medical scienceCommon Purpose : To find in-depth information about the implementation of medical records at the hospital Widiyanti PalembangResearch Method : Qualitative research design with data collection techniques are conducted in triangulation, The data analysis is inductive, and the results of the study are emphasized more at the meaning than the generalization. The Research Results : the Implementation of medical records have been running but there is no medical record organization, the implementation of medical record activities done by rolling. Human Resources (HR) medical records should be placed specifically in the medical record along with clear tasks. Method of organizing medical record has been run although the result is not optimal, because Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) that made not socialized. Facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the medical record is good, marked by the existence of a special records archive medical records. Facilities and infrastructure such as chairs, desks, computers, patient registration books and outpatient registration and inpatient services are available, do not have budget funds for medical record implementation, especially by sending medical recruiter for trainingConclusion : Implementation of medical records have been running but not optimal.

Traditional cupping therapy is an alternative therapy that is invasive in society. The Indonesian Cupping Association (PBI) has established a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as a guide for its practitioners in service. In this study, an analysis of the SOP items was evaluated on 30 cupping practitioners in the DKI Jakarta area. This study aims to obtain an overview of the SOP with easy, medium, and difficult categories that can be fulfilled by cupping practitioners and are expected to provide input to the Standard Cupping Operational Procedure module. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study, conducted on 30 cupping practitioners in DKI Jakarta who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection method was done by observing cupping practitioners three times each to avoid bias in their behavior. In addition, interviews were also conducted with 30 clients who use cupping services to assess SOP  impression. Data analysis explained descriptively. Results show that there were SOP activities in the Standard Cupping Operational Procedure module with an easy category of 64.5%, a moderate category of 14.5%, and a difficult category of 21%.  There are easy categories that mean infrastructure, namely 72.7%, 13.6% moderate category, and difficult category of 13.6%. The conclusion contained in the SOP are included in the easy category. However, SOP items still need attention and supervision, especially SOP items with medium and difficult categories.

One source of Regional Original Revenue is local taxes, regional levies and other legitimate local revenue management. Regional levies consist of 3 types of retribution, namely general service retribution, business service retribution and certain licensing retribution. Market’s levies is one type of regional retribution that is included in general retribution whose collection must be in accordance with the existing operational procedure standards to support the realization of its acceptance. This study aims to determine the mechanism of market’s levies collection and the level of effectiveness of market’s levies in the city of Bitung. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, by analyzing the collection mechanism and the effectiveness of market’s levies. The results of the study show that the mechanism of collection of retribution is in accordance with the existing SOP and the achievement of its effectiveness is effective with an average level of 87.13%. Bitung city government can be better able to approach marketers for example by socializing market’s levies regulations so that later can also support the realization of  levies revenue.Keywords : Market’s Levies, Collection Mechanisms and Effectiveness

Its highly impossible for false proofing the super structures or mechanisms or the metallurgical methods after installation so they are perfectly engineered and dispatched only after a series of quality checks which has a proper methodology. If this is the scenario with the non living structure's components if they were engineered without errors. There must be some more intensity with the living organisms. living organisms are not engineered but the engineering of the ailments or aids which support the life of living organism must be error free and perfect also must be ready to use. In this context it's pity that there is no perfect operational procedure for internal fixation of fractures this thesis Is focused on that area and aimed to derive a reliable design of internal fixation screw which is designed in contrast with conventional screw This project is stimulation out from two case studies of operational failure implant removal.

Sistem Informasi Akuntani (SIA) merupakan salah satu alat untuk mengambil suatu keputusan dalam perusahaan saat ini. Sebagai   seperangkat   prosedur   sistem   informasi memerlukan banyak komponen yang terdiri dari input, proses dan output. Input sistem informasi akuntansi berupa data, dokumen, dan bukti-bukti transaksi. Sedangkan komponen proses meliputi: prosedur dalam bentuk diagram arus data atau flowchart, Standar operational procedure (SOP), program atau software yang berguna untuk pemrosesan data. Masalah utama yang di hadapi Panitia Pembangunan Masjid Al-Aulia antara lain : a. SDM pengurus Masjid Al-Aulia kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman bidang sistem informasi akuntansi yang merupakan dasar untuk perencanaan dan pengendalian, akibatnya pengurus masjid tidak dapat mengetahui perkembangan proses pembangunan masjid. b. Mitra belum memiliki pedoman pelaksana operasional dalam bentuk bentuk diagram arus data atau flowchart sehingga pelaksanaan operasional kegiatan penerimaan dana dan penggunaan dana dalam pembangunan masjid dapat berdampak pada kesalahan dan kelalaian. Berdasarkan permasalahan utama mitra yaitu Minimnya pengetahuan penggunaan flowchart dalam proses administrasi maka solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra ialah dengan memberikan materi terkait dengan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (Flowchart) untuk dapat memudahkan dalam membuat laporan keuangan. Dengan metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, Tanya jawab, dan simulasi. Adapun target yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelaksanaan Pengenalan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) dengan menggunakan flowchart diharapkan dapat mempermudah mitra dalam menjalankan operasional kegiatan pembangunan masjid Aulia di Pekalongan. Target luaran program ini adalah artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan melalui jurnal berISSN, dan bagan flowchart dalam proses administrasi dalam pembangunan Masjid Al-Aulia di Krapyak, Pekalongan.

LatarBelakang: Salah satu upaya untuk menjaga keselamatan pasien dengan menerapkan SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) dalam setiap tindakan yang dilakukan oleh perawat. Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) adalah standar yang harus di jadikan acuan dalam seriap melakukan tindakan asuhan keperawatan.Tujuan: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan sop.Metode:Dalam kajian ini ialah dengan melakukan analisis data sekunder,yauitu kajian pustaka terhadap beberapa jurnal dan buku.Hasil: Dari jurnal Jurnal Kedokteran Brawijaya, Vol. 28, Suplemen No. 1, 2014 menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksaan SOP adalah motivasi.Pembahasan: Di dapatkan dari hasil bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi perawat dalam melaksanakan SOP adalah pelatihan, hal ini di karenakan stimulus yang terus menerus terhadap prosedur yang akan di lakukan melalui pelatihan yang akan mendapatkan sebuah hasil yang memuaskan dibandingkan hanya melakukan peningkatan pendidikan..Penutup: Kepatuhan perawat terhadap SOP asuhan keperawatan dapat meningkatkan mutu suatu pelayanan keperawatan, di sisi lain banyak juga faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan Standart Operasional Prosedur.
