ENTERTAIMENT DUNIA PERPUSTAKAAN DI ERA 4.0: MENINGKATKAN MINAT BACA DENGAN MENJADIKAN PERPUSTAKAAN SEBAGAI TEMPAT ATAU PUSAT INFORMASI YANG MENGHIBUR

This study aims to be able to know and describe how strategies to increase public interest in reading, readers can also find out how to make the library as a place or center of information that is entertaining and interesting, of course, in terms of educating in the era of revolution 4.0 and useful to broaden the readers' insight about it . The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis approach, namely to obtain general conclusions. Data collection techniques in this study are using the method of literature study and interviews. The results of this study are strategies that can increase interest in reading by making the library as a place or information center that is entertaining can be done with the existence and implementation of programs and facilities that support increased interest in reading and visiting visitors. Such programs and facilities include the availability of special reading rooms, storytelling, conducting competition activities, exhibitions, providing space for creativity, providing digital services, availability of internet facilities, implementing facilities or sophisticated automated services that can accompany the times, etc. . Apart from these facilities and programs, the role of librarians is also very important to increase interest in reading and make libraries an entertaining information place. Librarians must be able to communicate as best as possible to the visitors, and serve wholeheartedly, then those who receive services will feel happy and satisfied. service in the library.

This study discusses the Boyolali Jaran Kepang dance at the Paguyuban Ketholeng in Boyolali Regency. The Boyolali Jaran Kepang dance was composed by Eko Wahyu Prihantoro. The problem taken in this research is, how the form of presentation and how to work on the Boyolali Jaran Kepang dance at the Paguyuban Ketholeng in Boyolali Regency. This research was conducted with a qualitative method using descriptive analysis and data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and literature study. Discusses these two problems, using concepts or thoughts from Slamet MD regarding the elements of dance formation which contain motion, rhythm, expression or taste, costumes, venues and dancers. Discussing the problem of working on using the concept of Rahayu Supanggah which contains material about the work on the event or the work on, working on, working on facilities, furniture or work on the device, determinants of work on and consideration of work on. The results of this study are describing the form of presentation and work on the Boyolali Jaran Kepang dance at the Paguyuban Ketholeng in Boyolali Regency. The Boyolali Jaran Kepang dance in its form of sajin is divided into 3 parts according to the dynamics of its movements. The makeup and clothing in this dance have a simple form and are easy to wear by dancers. The Boyolali Jaran Kepang dance accompaniment used a slendrobarreled accompaniment. In the preparation of the Boyolali Jaran Kepang dance, it is motivated by phenomena found in the Boyolali area. Boyolali Jaran Kepang dance has several elements in the dance work, namely choreographers, composers, dancers, musicians, costumes, movements, and the role of Boyolali Regency government.Keywords: Boyolali Jaran Kepang Dance, Ketholeng, form of presentation, working on dance.

This paper discusses qiyas and maslahah mursalah. The goal is to make it easier for us to establish a law. The data collection method that the writer uses is a literature study in the form of searching for books related to qiyas and maslahah mursalah. Qiyas In language (Arabic) means measuring, knowing the size of something, comparing, or equating something with another. For example قمت اللوب بالنراع which means "I measure clothes in cubits." According to Ushul Fiqh terminology, as stated by Wahbah al-Zuhaili, qiyas is connecting or equating the Law of something with no legal provisions with legal provisions there is Illat similarity between the two. The meaning of Maslahah in Arabic means "actions that encourage human goodness." This article uses the induction and deduction methods and the descriptive analysis approach by conducting a literature study. The result shows that Allah decreed all the laws to his servants in orders/prohibitions containing Maslahah and benefits. The specialty of this paper is that it is written in detail based on arguments so that it is easy to understand. Qiyas and maslahah mursalah are very important for us to understand more deeply to determine an appropriate law. Maslahan Mursalah is an extension of qiyas if there are no more arguments that can support qiyas.Artikel ini membahas tentang qiyas dan maslahah mursalah. Tujuannya untuk memudahkan dalam membuat undang-undang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan berupa pencarian kitab-kitab yang berhubungan dengan qiyas dan maslahah mursalah. Qiyas dalam bahasa (Arab) berarti mengukur, mengetahui ukuran sesuatu, membandingkan, atau menyamakan sesuatu dengan yang lain. Misalnya اللوب بالنراع yang artinya "Aku mengukur pakaian dalam hasta". Menurut istilah Ushulfiqh, sebagaimana dikemukakan oleh Wahbah al-Zuhaili, qiyas adalah menghubungkan atau menyamakan hukum sesuatu yang tidak ada ketentuan hukumnya dengan ketentuan hukumnya terdapat kesamaan illat antara keduanya. Arti Maslahah dalam bahasa Arab berarti “perbuatan -perbuatan yang mendorong kebaikan manusia”. Artikel ini menggunakan metode induksi dan deduksi serta pendekatan analisis deskriptif dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Allah menetapkan segala hukum kepada hamba-hamba-Nya dalam perintah/larangan yang mengandung maslahah dan kemaslahatan. Keistimewaan makalah ini adalah penulisannya secara detail berdasarkan argumentasi sehingga mudah dipahami. Qiyas dan Maslahah Mursalah sangat penting untuk dipahami lebih dalam untuk menentukan hukum yang tepat. Maslahan Mursalah merupakan perpanjangan dari qiyas jika tidak ada lagi dalil yang dapat mendukung qiyas.

This article was written to explain slang for the younger generation connected with the example of the Prophet. In the perception of some people, slang has a bad connotation. This is because some of the younger generations carry out activities that are contrary to local religious and legal values. The conditions of the times have an influence on the development of the personality of the younger generation, including in their attitude and actions to be superior. This thought paper aims to discuss the activities of the younger generation, such as challenges, problems, and their potential. The writing of thoughts is described using the literature study method with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study show that 1) The younger generation can maximize their potential by interacting like the Prophet's example, 2) Interacting politely with their friends, and 3) The younger generation can be role models for the community. The conclusion is that the younger generation get along in the best way. In imitating the Prophet, the younger generation needs to do: 1) Starting from themselves to worship and preach, 2) Reminding and motivating each other, and 3) Doing activities as a form of love for Allah SWT.

Wakaf Daarut Tauhid manages waqf in the form of a vehicle. Vehicles are waqf assets that are easily impaired so depreciation is necessary. However, in practice, the waqf Daarut Tauhid does not make accounting records for the depreciation of the assets of the vehicle's waqf. Therefore, this study aims to analyze ways of recovering waqf assets that have been depreciated using waqf review and accounting. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques through interviews and literature study. The results of the study are several steps to recover waqf assets in waqf institutions by revaluating the waqf assets received, and determine the economic age, depreciation costs, and the appropriate depreciation method to be used. Making a plan for recovering waqf assets with taghyir al-waqf, or Istibdlal and recording these transactions in the financial statements based on PSAK 48 paragraph 01.

Ali Bin Abi Talib once said that children should be educated in accordance with the development of the times. The Ali bin Abi Talib’s statement could be considered as his attention more to the development of human civilization. For that reason, there should be studies focused on the role of educational institutions in facing the challenges of the times. On this stand, the writer raises the existence of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) for being considered to have been able to survive amid the onslaught of civilization increasingly obscuring cultural identity. In addition, this study also aims to identify and discuss the role of pesantren in the modern era. This is a literature study using a descriptive and exploratory approach. It can be concluded that pesantren are non-formal Islamic educational institutions. Pesantren have permanent and distictive methods and learning models. The purpose of pesantren education is the same as Islamic education in general, instilling a sense of virtue, familiarizing themselves with courtesy, preparing for a holy, sincere and honest life entirely. Pesantren could be seen from three aspects: (a) pesantren that are seen from facilities and infrastructures, (b) pesantren that are seen from disciplines taught, and (c) pesantren that are seen from the fields of knowledge.

This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.

ABSTRAK Nathasya Wiguna, Marketing Public Relations Melalui Instagram Screamous (Analisis Deskriptif pada Instagram @Screamous_55) Media sosial Instagram media dan seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, Instagram menjadi salah satu media sosial yang cukup diminati untuk kepentingan komunikasi pemasaran, dengan ciri khasnya mengedepankan pesan visual dan audio visual dengan interaktivitas yang tinggi. Marketing Public Relations Instagram Screamous menjadikan instagram sebagai media atau saluran dalam berbisnis salah satunya di bidang fashion. Screamous dalam hal ini memiliki peran aktif dalam mengelola dan menginformasikan sebuah produk melalui media online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meraih penyampaian informasi, mengenalkan brand dan produk serta menerapkan bangga akan produk lokal dengan menciptakan opini yang menguntungkan dan berhasilnya pemasaran. Selain itu bertujuan untuk mengetahui pull strategi dalam menarik minat konsumen terhadap konsumen, dengan push strategi yang mendorong berhasilnya pemasaran dan menggunakan pass strategi dalam memberikan opini yang menguntungkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis desktiptif dan menerapkan paradigma konstruktivisme, kemudian teknik yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data, observasi partisipatori pasif, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah : menentukan lokasi penelitian, menentukan metode penelitian, menentukan pemilihan informan, menentukan sumber dan jenis data, menentukan teknik pengumpulan data serta mengolah dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam mengenalkan dan mempertahankan brand lokal, dalam menunjang berhasilnya pemasaran. Screamous mengajak kepada para konsumen menyatukan suatu pemahaman bahwa sebagai warga negara yang baik, harus bangga akan produk lokal atau produk dalam negeri. Marketing Public Relations Melalui Instagram Screamous dalam mempromosikan suatu produk terdiri dari Pull Strategy dalam menarik minat melalui campaign di produk atau barang Screamous dan melakukan kegiatan promosi melalui media online, dan media sosial. Push Strategy Screamous melalui spesial event, seperti kickfest, expo dalam mendorong berhasilnya pemasaran. Pass Strategy Screamous dalam menciptakan opini yang menguntungkan melalui kegiatan sponsorship seperti acara seminar, edukasi, acara musik dalam menjalin kerjasama dan membantu generasi bangsa dalam berkarya. Screamous in this case has an active role in managing and informing a product through online media. This study aims to achieve information delivery, introduce brands and products and apply pride in local products by creating favorable opinions and marketing success. In addition, it aims to find out the pull strategies in attracting consumer interest to consumers, with push strategies that encourage successful marketing and use pass strategies in providing favorable opinions. The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis approach and applying the constructivism paradigm, then the techniques used in this study are data collection techniques, passive participatory observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. This research was carried out through steps: determining the location of the study, determining the research method, determining the selection of informants, determining the source and type of data, determining the data collection techniques and processing and analyzing data. The results of this study indicate that in introducing and maintaining a local brand, in supporting the success of marketing. Screamous invites consumers to unite an understanding that as a good citizen, they must be proud of local products or domestic products. Marketing Public Relations Through Instagram Screamous in promoting a product consists of Pull Strategy in attracting interest through campaigns on Screamous products or goods and conducting promotional activities through online media, and social media. Push Strategy Screamous through special events, such as kickfest, expo in encouraging marketing success. Strategy Screamous Pass in creating favorable opinions through sponsorship activities such as seminars, education, music events in collaborating and helping the nation's generation in work. Waqf is a philanthropy with the highest position in Islam. Apart from being of worship value, waqf is also related to legal, social and economic aspects. The times demand waqf not only in the form of immovable objects such as land and buildings, but also in the form of money. Cash waqf in its development can have a wider impact that can be felt by the community. To optimize the collection of waqf funds, the role of e-payment as a resulting technological innovation needs to be studied more deeply. This study uses a qualitative research type with a literature study model in answering these problems. Data is obtained from various reading sources such as books, previous studies, journals and trusted websites. This research shows that e-payment is proven to help optimize the collection of waqf funds. E-payment can facilitate wāqif in waqf both in terms of mobilization and the amount of funds to be donated. In addition, e-payments are proven to be safer, more convenient and efficient.

Diniyah education has been implemented by all educational institutions in Indonesia, starting from the lowest level, namely SD/MI to SMA/MA. Initially this diniyah education was implemented in Islamic boarding schools during the month of Ramadan. The aim is to foster morals, character, and strengthen worship for students during the month of Ramadan. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of diniyah education carried out in the world of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the role of diniyah education can be measured through 4 things, namely increasing student religiosity, developing sustainable education and in accordance with the development of the times, being patient with calamities, and increasing husnuzon attitudes in students.

This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.
