This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on the financial management behavior of students in economic study programs. Tehe research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were 106 students of the economic study program STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. The number of sampel of this study were 84 respondents, the sampling technique used was random usig the Slovin formula. First, data analysis was done by looking for validity and reliability, descriptive analysis test, contribution test, and classical assumption test. The data obtained were processed with the SPSS version 18 program. The results showed that financial literacy had an effect on the financial management behavior of students in the economic education study program of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang, with the results of the t test, the t count was 5,119 greater than (>) t table 1.988 and the value os Sig. 0.000 < 0.05

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, and financial education in families on the financial management of students of Economic Education in Kanjuruhan University Malang. This type of research uses quantitative research, using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were all students of Economic Education at Kanjuruhan University Malang, totaling 198 students with a research sample of 65 students. The sampling technique in this study used quota sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS application version 16.00 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that there is a significant simultaneous and partial effect between financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, and financial education in families on the financial management of students of Economic Education at Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang.

Finance is one of the factors in the development of a business. Therefore, the entrepreneur should be able to handle finances well to reach business purposes. Based on the previous studies, the purpose of this research is to determine the effect of several factors such as financial literacy, financial knowledge, financial attitude, income, and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior. The research sample is 211 entrepreneur who has graduated from college in Surabaya. This research used conclusive causality research with primary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling method, and data distribution using an online questionnaire. SEM (Structural Equation Model) used for data analysis technique and using AMOS 24. The hypothesis showed that financial knowledge, income, and financial self-efficacy did not affect financial management behavior, but financial literacy and financial attitude influence financial management behavior. Therefore, the entrepreneur needs to improve financial literacy and financial attitude to manage finance on the business better.

This research aims to describe and determine how entrepreneurial readiness of the Faculty of Tourism and Family Welfare Department of Padang State University. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive . The population of this research is the students Department of Family Welfare Education Study Program of family welfare berjumlah122 students. Sampling techniques using the proportional Random Sampling technique amounted to 55 students. The data collection technique is to disseminate the questionnaire (questionnaire) that has been proven validity and reliability. Further data is analyzed through descriptive analysis with the method of categorizing assessments based on average score and percentage assessment. The results showed that the respondents ' readiness for entrepreneurship of the Family Welfare Department students overall amounted to 56% in medium category. Further entrepreneurial readiness is reviewed from personality indicators of 51% by medium category, motivation indicator at 53% with medium category, personality indicator by 58% with medium category and knowledge indicator of 51% Medium category.

The study aims to describe and to know the profile of soft skills and hard skills of the college students to enter the work field. The type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research is the students of padang state university family welfare education study program totally 49 people. The sampling technique is total sampling that taking the entire population. The technique of collecting data is by transferring a questionnaire (Questionnaire) using Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed through descriptive analysis with the categorization method. The results of the study is the soft skills and hard skills profile of college students to enter the work field that included in high category are indicators of work ethics, collaboration, discipline, related to norms and the medium category are indicators of speaking skills and confidence.

This research aims to analyze the differences in understanding of financial literacy in Accounting and Manajemen students in the 2015-2016 class, knowing the level of literacy held by students of the Accounting Study Program and students of the Management Study Program, and to analyze differences in the understanding of financial literacy to Accounting students and Manajemen students. This study uses a quantitative approach and is carried out on students of the Accounting and Manajemen Study Programs at Ciputra Surabaya University. Data were collected using a questionnaire to students of Accounting and Management in the 2015-2016 class, with a total population of 739 people. The sampling technique used was disproportionate stratified random sampling, with a total sample of 307 students. The scale used in this study is the Likert scale and nominal. Independent data analysis methods tests were carried out with the help of IBM SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the financial literacy level of Accounting and Manajemen students. The level of understanding of financial literacy of IBM and accounting students at a moderate level with different score scores This difference includes every individual who has different competencies, financial management and financial management, and also seminars or training given to students from lecture activities. There is a difference in understanding of financial literacy between Manajemen and Accounting students.

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

Consumptive behavior can negatively affect family welfare. Financial literacy is one of the factors which may affect family financial management behavior. This family financial may differ across ethnic groups due to the different characters and principles of life among them. This study aimed to examine the effect of financial literacy on family financial management using ethnic as a moderating variable. This study uses a questionnaire instrument that is distributed to 140 respondents of Javanese in Madiun residency and 96 respondents of Bugis at Makassar, East Sulawesi. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. This research use purposive sampling and convenience sampling as the sampling technique. The result of this study shows that financial literacy positively affect family financial management behavior, while ethnic does not moderate the effect of financial literacy on family financial management behavior. This study suggests that families, both Javanese and Bugis, need to enhance their financial literacy to enable them to manage their finance well so that they can improve their welfare.

The effect of the PSBB or PPKM implemented by the government has changed the economic life of the Indonesian people in general, so that housewives must be able to manage their family finances well. With her knowledge and confidence in managing every family's expenses by adjusting her husband's income. This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitude on Financial Management Behavior of Women Farmers Group with Self Efficacy as Intervening Variable. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample is 30 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Primary data processing using path analysis techniques using SMART PLS 3 software. he results of the research hypothesis 1 have a P value of 0.001 so that it rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Hypothesis 2, obtained a P value of 0.027 so that it rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Hypothesis 3, the result of P value is 0.781 so that it accepts Ho and rejects Ha. Hypothesis 4, the result of P value is 0.450 so that it accepts Ho and rejects Ha. And hypothesis 5, the result of P value is 0.773 so that it accepts Ho and rejects Ha. The conclusion is that financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management behavior, while financial attitudes have a significant effect on financial management behavior. And Self Efficacy has no influence on financial management behavior. In addition, the results of the study show that Self Efficacy is not able to mediate financial literacy on financial management behavior and is also unable to mediate between financial attitudes and financial management behavior

ABSTRACT  Improving the quality of service also needs to be done by health service units including hospitals. The hospital has a mission to provide quality health services that are affordable to the community in order to improve the public health status. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling. This study used a sample of 100 (one hundred) respondents. The instrument testing technique in this study was validity and reliability tests, while the data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, multiple linear analysis, and classical assumption. The results showed that: 1) service quality had an effect on patient satisfaction, 2) facilities had no effect on patient satisfaction, 3) service quality and facilities had an effect on patient satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 72 students of class XI and XII majoring TKJ SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang. The sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling with the number of respondents as many as 72 students. Data analysis used validity and reliability testing, descriptive analysis test, contribution test, and classical assumption test, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the entrepreneurial character had an effect on the life skills of the students of SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang, with the results of the t test, it was obtained that the t-count value was 1.981 which was greater (>) t-table 1.660 and the result of the Sig. 0.002 <0.05. The closeness of the relationship between the X and Y variables is 0.600. Based on the results of data analysis, it means that the level of closeness of the relationship between the variables of business character and life skills is moderate or sufficient. The coefficient of determination is 0.360, that 36% of the life skills of the students of SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang are influenced by entrepreneurial characters and the remaining 64% is influenced by other variables
