ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru, dan Kompetensi Sosial Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Kristen Kawagkoan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Kristen Kawagkoan yang berjumlah 130 guru. Sample dalam penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan Rumus Slovin yang mengambil responden sebanyak 130 Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner berskala likert 5-4-3-2-1. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor Sig. 0.03<0.05, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor Sig. 0.00<0.05, Kompetensi Sosial Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan skor Sig. 0.03<0.05, serta Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru, Kompetensi Sosial Guru secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh juga terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor F-hitung> F-tabel (65.81>2.47). The headmaster as a leader in a school has a very important role. This study aims to determine the effect of the headmaster leadership style on teacher performance at State Vocational School 1 Gowa. This research is quantitative research. Respondents were all teachers of State Vocational School 1 Gowa. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews and documentation. Data obtained from the results of the study were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the influence of the leadership style of the principal of the State Vocational School 1 Gowa  was in a very good category with a percentage rate of 84.03 percent, and for the teacher performance of the State Vocational School 1 Gowa included in the very good category with a percentage rate of 84.49 percent. This can be proven by the results of the moment product correlation analysis of 0.280, which means the level of relations in the low category. It can be concluded that there is a Positive and Significant Influence of the influence of headmaster leadership style on the performance of teachers at State Vocational School 1 Gowa, seen from several indicators of leadership variables, namely directing style coaching style, and supporting style. Teacher performance variables, namely as learning designers, as instructors of learning, as managers of learning, as counselors, as evaluators, and as implementers of the curriculum.

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.

This study using quantitative methods derived from sources both primary and secondary. Population and a working and motivation of teachers work discipline .The study is done in high school patra independent 01 Palembang .The collection of data using the survey with samples from 36 teachers. The data that has been collected analyzed using descriptive analysis and analysis of multiple regression. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan menguji hipotesis tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan budaya sekolah, terhadap kinerja guru. Hipotesis penelitian diuji meliputi: Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, terdapat pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dan dilakukan analisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. terdapat kesimpulan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis, sebagai berikut. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK rumpun pariwisata di Kota Tangerang. Dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05 dan t0 = 9,606. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK rumpun pariwisata di Kota Tangerang. Dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05 dan t0 = 4,391 Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMK rumpun pariwisata di Kota Tangerang. AbstractThe study aims to analyze and test the truth of the hypothesis of the influence of the style of school leadership and school culture, the performance of teachers. The research hypotheses were tested include influences of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance, there is the influence of school culture on teacher performance, and there are a style influence school leadership and school culture on teacher performance. The study was conducted with descriptive qualitative method. Were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis testing results obtained the following conclusions. There is a significant effect of the leadership style of principals on teacher performance SMK clump of tourism in the city of Tangerang. Evidenced by the Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 and t0 = 9.606. There is a significant effect on the performance of the school culture vocational teachers clump of tourism in the city of Tangerang. Evidenced by the Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 and t0 = 4.391 There is a significant influence style of school leadership and school culture together on teacher performance SMK clump of tourism in the city of Tangerang that Evidenced by the Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 and Fo = 3471.597.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the influence of transformationalleadership style, individual characteristics, work environment on work motivation and teacherperformance. This study, taking the theme of the influence of the principal's leadership style and professionalism of teachers on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 1 Gondang, Nganjuk. Principal's leadership style and teacher professionalism are important indicators of achieving effective and efficient performance in an educational institution. This research approach is quantitative with ex post facto design. The population was all 60 Gondang 1 Junior High School teachers, then 42 samples were selected by using the Disproportionate Stratified random sampling technique. Data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has 4 alternative answers. The research instrument was tested on 42 teachers. The instrument validity test used was content validity with experimental judgment techniques, while for instrument reliability the Alpha Cronbach formula was used. Data analysis uses simple regression and multiple regression.The result is that the principal's leadership at SMPN 1 Gondang is included in the good category with an average score of 55,1429, professionalism of teachers in the professional category with an average score of 54.5714, the teacher's performance falls into the very good category with an average of 45.0714. With a simple regression analysis, it is known: there is no significant influence of the principal's leadership style on the performance of teachers of SMPN 1 Gondang because only -, 093, teacher professionalism does not affect the teacher's performance because it is only -, 102, but there is a positive and significant influence on the principal's leadership style on teacher professionalism that is equal to 98.3%. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that there was a significant joint effect between the principal's leadership style and teacher professionalism on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Gondang, which was only 1.2%.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten school teachers, to determine the effect of training on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten school teachers, to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD school teachers Tangerang Selatan-Banten, and to find out the influence of leadership style, training and compensation on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD school teachers in South Tangerang-Banten. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in this study were the teachers of the Al Azhar BSD School totaling 110 people and used a saturated sample technique in which all populations were sampled in the study. The results showed that there was a partial influence between the leadership style on the positive teacher performance of tcount 24.209 at a significance level of 0.000. There is a partial effect between training on the positive teacher performance of t arithmetic 19.767 at a significance level of 0.000. There is a partial effect between compensation on the positive teacher performance of t count 18.667 at a significance level of 0.000. While there is a simultaneous relationship between leadership style, training and compensation to the positive teacher performance of f count 364.805 with a significance level of 0.000. It can be concluded that the results of the study have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously so that all hypotheses are accepted. Metode yang gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah guru-guru Sekolah Al Azhar BSD yang berjumlah 110 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 24,209 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 19,767 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 18,667 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan hubungan secara simultan terdapat antara gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar f hitung 364,805 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian tersebut terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan sehingga semua hipotesis diterima. The purpose of this study is to find out the significant effect of self-concept on learning motivation of VII grade students in SMP Negeri 4 Palu on Islamic Religious Education subjects, (2) knowing the effect of learning discipline on learning motivation of VII grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Palu in the eyes of Islamic Religious Education subjects and (3) determine the effect of self-concept and learning discipline on learning motivation of grade VII students in SMP Negeri 4 Palu on Islamic Religious Education subjects.This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 220 class VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Palu. The sample was determined using proportional random sampling technique using a formula developed by Isaac and Michael, so that a sample of 135 students was obtained. Primary data were obtained using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, and regression tests using simple regression and multiple regression.The results showed that (1) There was a significant influence between self-concept on learning motivation of VII grade students in SMP Negeri 4 Palu on Islamic Religious Education subjects, with a significance level of 5%, the magnitude of the effect of self-concept variables on students' learning motivation was 0, 615 means having a high influence (2) There is a significant influence between learning discipline on learning motivation of VII grade students in SMP Negeri 4 Palu on Islamic Religious Education subjects, with a significance level of 5%, the magnitude of the effect of the discipline of learning variables on motivation student learning is 0, 565, (3) There is a significant influence between self-concept and learning discipline on learning motivation of grade VII students in SMP Negeri 4 Palu on Islamic Religious Education subjects, with a significance level of 5%, the high influence of concept variables self and discipline of learning towards learning motivation of VII grade students of SMP Nege ri 4 Palu in Islamic Religious Education subjects is 0, 615. The contribution of self-concept variables and learning discipline to learning motivation variables is R2 x 100% or 0, 6152 x 100% = 37.9%, the remaining 62.1% is determined by other variables outside of this study include the level of interest, talent, attention, parenting parents and others.

The formulation of the issues raised in this research is: Is there any influence of headmaster and compensation on the performance of non-civil servant teachers in private junior high school in Sector I of Indramayu Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of principal guidance on teacher performance and compensation on teacher performance, and the influence of principal guidance and compensation simultaneously on the performance of non-civil servant teachers in private sector SMP in Sector I Kabupaten Indramayu. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach that uses simple and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is there is positive and significant influence partially between each independent variable that is principal guidance and compensation to dependent variable that is teacher performance, and there are positive and significant influence between principal coaching variable and compensation simultaneously to performance non civil servant teachers at private junior high schools in Sector I Kabupaten Indramayu. This research is kind of correlation because to know the relation of principal guidance variable (X1), compensation (X2) and teacher performance (Y). While the data collection using questionnaires and analyzed using single regression and multiple regression. Hypothesis testing result obtained by R square value equal to 0,162 indicate that there is influence positively and significant coaching principal and compensation simultaneously to teacher performance equal to 16,2%, the rest from other factor outside of both variable. The principal can maintain and improve the teacher's reproduction by continuing to conduct regularly, the principal can also increase teacher training activities through field trips, attend seminars or headmaster training and try to be role models for teachers in schools.

This effort can not be fully burdened to the government only, there needs to be synergy between government, society, parents, and related institutions in their field. This effort is one form of mutual concern that has been listed in the Narcotics Act, and the cultivation of values of Islamic Religious Education as a preventive effort that is being done. The existence of rehabilitation efforts through the Islamic approach is one alternative to prevent the return of ex-drug addicts in harmful environments. The purpose of this research is to explain how the rehabilitation of drug addicts through Islamic approach. The research method used qualitative method, then the research data was collected through interview and document analysis, and then processed by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that there are three approaches of Islam by planting Religious education values that can be applied such as: (1) The Cultivation of the Aqidah Educational Values; (2) Planting the values of religious education; (3) The cultivation of moral values.
