The headmaster as a leader in a school has a very important role. This study aims to determine the effect of the headmaster leadership style on teacher performance at State Vocational School 1 Gowa. This research is quantitative research. Respondents were all teachers of State Vocational School 1 Gowa. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews and documentation. Data obtained from the results of the study were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the influence of the leadership style of the principal of the State Vocational School 1 Gowa  was in a very good category with a percentage rate of 84.03 percent, and for the teacher performance of the State Vocational School 1 Gowa included in the very good category with a percentage rate of 84.49 percent. This can be proven by the results of the moment product correlation analysis of 0.280, which means the level of relations in the low category. It can be concluded that there is a Positive and Significant Influence of the influence of headmaster leadership style on the performance of teachers at State Vocational School 1 Gowa, seen from several indicators of leadership variables, namely directing style coaching style, and supporting style. Teacher performance variables, namely as learning designers, as instructors of learning, as managers of learning, as counselors, as evaluators, and as implementers of the curriculum.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru, dan Kompetensi Sosial Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Kristen Kawagkoan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Kristen Kawagkoan yang berjumlah 130 guru. Sample dalam penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan Rumus Slovin yang mengambil responden sebanyak 130 Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner berskala likert 5-4-3-2-1. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor Sig. 0.03<0.05, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor Sig. 0.00<0.05, Kompetensi Sosial Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan skor Sig. 0.03<0.05, serta Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru, Kompetensi Sosial Guru secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh juga terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor F-hitung> F-tabel (65.81>2.47). The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To find out the influence of organizational climate on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To determine the influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To find out the influence of leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. The sample in this research amounted to 55 teachers. Data analysis techniques in this research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research explain that the leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 33.27%. Organizational climate variables have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 43.30%. The job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance 42.34%. The variables of leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 70.00%, while the remaining 30.00% is influenced by other factors not examined.

This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine and analyze how educational qualifications, work experience and work discipline influence the performance of teachers at Frater Makassar Senior High School. The independent variables in this study are educational qualifications, work experience and work discipline while the dependent variable is teacher performance. The population in this study were all teachers of SMA Frater Makassar consisting of ASN status teachers, permanent foundation teachers, contract teachers, and apprentice teachers as many as 41 teachers, while the sample used saturated sample techniques, namely the entire population was used as the research sample. Research data obtained by using a questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used was validity test, reliability test and spearman rank correlation test. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis (average score, standard deviation, variance and percentage), classical assumption test (normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) multiple regression test, t-test, f-test and determination coefficient delta test (ΔR2). The results showed that educational qualifications, work experience and work discipline simultaneously affect teacher performance, the amount of influence given is 24.2%, while the remaining 75.8% is explained or influenced by other variables not selected in this study.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

he purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness utilization of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in improving employee discipline. This research method uses quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness utilization of of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in order to improve employee discipline based on indicators of target achievement, adaptability, and job satisfaction are in the good category. Meanwhile, based on indicators of responsibility are in the quite good category.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the influence of transformationalleadership style, individual characteristics, work environment on work motivation and teacherperformance. Good supervision is needed at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) in the South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions so that employees can work effectively and produce optimal work. The purpose of this study, is to analyze the supervisory function carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the direct supervision conducted was quite good, while the direct supervision was quite good.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten school teachers, to determine the effect of training on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten school teachers, to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD school teachers Tangerang Selatan-Banten, and to find out the influence of leadership style, training and compensation on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD school teachers in South Tangerang-Banten. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in this study were the teachers of the Al Azhar BSD School totaling 110 people and used a saturated sample technique in which all populations were sampled in the study. The results showed that there was a partial influence between the leadership style on the positive teacher performance of tcount 24.209 at a significance level of 0.000. There is a partial effect between training on the positive teacher performance of t arithmetic 19.767 at a significance level of 0.000. There is a partial effect between compensation on the positive teacher performance of t count 18.667 at a significance level of 0.000. While there is a simultaneous relationship between leadership style, training and compensation to the positive teacher performance of f count 364.805 with a significance level of 0.000. It can be concluded that the results of the study have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously so that all hypotheses are accepted. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten. Metode yang gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah guru-guru Sekolah Al Azhar BSD yang berjumlah 110 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 24,209 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 19,767 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 18,667 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan hubungan secara simultan terdapat antara gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar f hitung 364,805 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian tersebut terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan sehingga semua hipotesis diterima. ABSTRACTOne of the city parks designed as a recreation area is Teras Cikapundung. Teras Cikapundung has an area of 5,128 m2 and located in the Siliwangi area of Bandung City. Based on the results of preliminary observations have found several indications of problems with existing facilities in the Teras Cikapundung recreation area, namely non-operational children's rides, unavailability of parking spaces for bicycles, the stairs are not equipped with handrails, some of park chairs, picnic tables, and garden lights can’t be used because in the damage condition, and there is only two kind of signage: direction and information. The purpose of this case study research is to determine the performance of facility assets based Recreational Facility Audit Tool and provide solutions or recommendations for problems in recreational facilities in Teras Cikapundung. The theory for this research based on 'The Recreational Facility Audit Tool' from Macfarlane et al (2013) includes availability of sport facilities, accessibility, and availability of supportive amenities. The research method is descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative research approaches. The data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation study. The analysis techniques is using descriptive analysis techniques. Therefore, the recommended problem solving recommendation is the renovation of recreational facilities assets in Teras Cikapundung Bandung City.Keywords: Asset Performance Evaluation, City Park, Recreational FacilitiesABSTRAKSalah satu taman kota yang dirancang sebagai tempat rekreasi taman kota adalah Teras Cikapundung. Teras Cikapundung memiliki luas sebesar 5.128 m2 dan berlokasi di daerah Siliwangi Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pendahuluan ditemukan beberapa indikasi masalah pada fasilitas yang ada pada kawasan rekreasi Teras Cikapundung yaitu permainan anak yang tidak beroperasi, tidak tersedianya tempat parkir untuk sepeda, tangga yang disediakan tidak dilengkapi oleh pegangan, selain itu beberapa fasilitas kursi taman, meja piknik, dan lampu taman tidak dapat digunakan karena dalam kondisi rusak, serta hanya tersedia 2 jenis rambu yaitu rambu petunjuk arah dan informasi. Tujuan penelitian studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui kinerja aset fasilitas berdasarkan Recreational Facility Audit Tool dan memberikan solusi atau rekomendasi atas permasalahan yang terdapat pada fasilitas rekreasi di Teras Cikapundung. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ‘The Recreational Facility Audit Tool’ dari Macfarlane et al (2013) meliputi availability of sport facilities, accessibility, dan availability of supportive amenities. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Rekomendasi pemecahan masalah yang disarankan dalam penelitian ini adalah renovasi aset fasilitas rekreasi di Teras Cikapundung Kota Bandung.Kata kunci : Evaluasi Kinerja Aset, Fasilitas Rekreasi, Taman Kota
