The purpose of this study is to find out the significant effect of self-concept on learning motivation of VII grade students in SMP Negeri 4 Palu on Islamic Religious Education subjects, (2) knowing the effect of learning discipline on learning motivation of VII grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Palu in the eyes of Islamic Religious Education subjects and (3) determine the effect of self-concept and learning discipline on learning motivation of grade VII students in SMP Negeri 4 Palu on Islamic Religious Education subjects.This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 220 class VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Palu. The sample was determined using proportional random sampling technique using a formula developed by Isaac and Michael, so that a sample of 135 students was obtained. Primary data were obtained using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, and regression tests using simple regression and multiple regression.The results showed that (1) There was a significant influence between self-concept on learning motivation of VII grade students in SMP Negeri 4 Palu on Islamic Religious Education subjects, with a significance level of 5%, the magnitude of the effect of self-concept variables on students' learning motivation was 0, 615 means having a high influence (2) There is a significant influence between learning discipline on learning motivation of VII grade students in SMP Negeri 4 Palu on Islamic Religious Education subjects, with a significance level of 5%, the magnitude of the effect of the discipline of learning variables on motivation student learning is 0, 565, (3) There is a significant influence between self-concept and learning discipline on learning motivation of grade VII students in SMP Negeri 4 Palu on Islamic Religious Education subjects, with a significance level of 5%, the high influence of concept variables self and discipline of learning towards learning motivation of VII grade students of SMP Nege ri 4 Palu in Islamic Religious Education subjects is 0, 615. The contribution of self-concept variables and learning discipline to learning motivation variables is R2 x 100% or 0, 6152 x 100% = 37.9%, the remaining 62.1% is determined by other variables outside of this study include the level of interest, talent, attention, parenting parents and others.

This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that internal control and individual morality have a negative and significant influence on order fraud

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the Family Economic Conditions, Learning Motivation, and Student Learning Achievement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Family Economic Conditions and Learning Motivation Against Student Learning Achievement in Entrepreneurship Class XII in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor. This research was conducted using a sample of 42 students, using a random sampling technique from a population of 140 students. Consists of independent variable the Family Economic Conditions (X1), Learning Motivation (X2) and dependent variable Student Learning Achievement (Y). Researchers use quantitative data analysis, the stage of implementation of the analysis includes: (1) descriptive analysis, (2) classical assumption test (prerequisite) and (3) hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant influence on the family economy of student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 50.7%. 2) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 51.0%. 3) There is a significant influence between family economy and learning motivation together on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 69.7% while the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study . This study aims to identify (1) the effect of self efficacy, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship motivation towards student’s entrepreneurship interest (2) the influence of self efficacy towards student’s entrepreneurship interest (3) the impact of entrepreneurship education to student’s entrepreneurship interest (4) the effect of entrepreneurship motivation against student’s entrepreneurship interest. This study was conducted on students of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were 452 students of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang. Accidental Sampling technique was used in collecting the sample with 104 students. The data was primary data which collected using questionnaire. This study was used validity and reliability in data testing. In analyzing data, this study was used descriptive analysis, prerequisite test, multiple regression, simultaneous significance test (F Test), and determinant coefficient (R2) and T test. The analysis of data in this study was used SPSS version 16. The result showed (1) self efficacy, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship motivation have significant effect on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (2) self efficacy has significant influence on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, it can be observed from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (3) entrepreneurship education has significant impact on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (4) entrepreneurship motivation has significant effect on students entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05.Keywords : self efficacy, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation

This research aimed to measure: (1) Effect of ownership of Textbooks to use the smartphone as a source of learning in students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. (2) Effect of motivation to learn to use the smartphone as a source of learning in students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. (3) Effect of ownership of textbooks on learning motivation in students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. The study was descriptive correlational. The study population was students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling  and the sample size in this study were 97 respondents. The data used are primary data. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis using path analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) the ownership textbooks significantly influence the motivation to learn (2) Ownership textbooks do not significantly affect the use of smartphones as a learning resource but indirect effect through learning motivation, (3) learning motivation influence directly and significantly to the use of a smartphone as a learning resource.

This study aims to determine; (i) whether there is a positive and significant influence on the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model and classroom management on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, (ii) whether there is a positive and significant effect of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, (iii) whether there is a positive and significant influence of classroom management on the learning motivation of PPKn learners at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with survey methods. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, amounting to 440. The sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 195. Data collection techniques used were collected through questionnaire, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that (i) there is a positive and significant influence on the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model and classroom management on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. Shown with the Fcount value of 108.104 > Ftable 3.04. While the significance level is 0,000 < 0.05 and simultaneously there are 53% of the contribution of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model and classroom management to the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. (ii) there is a positive and significant influence between the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. Shown by the tcount 12, 749 > ttable 1.645 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. and (iii) there is a positive and significant effect between classroom management on students' learning motivation of PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. Shown tcount 11, 365 > ttable 1.645 with a significance of 0,000 < 0.05

The purpose of this study is to find out the motivation to mediate the leadership trilogy and job satisfaction to employee work productivity at PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment. The method used in this study is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires with 78 respondents with saturated sample techniques. Then the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression tests, t (partial) tests, coesifisien determination (R2) and sobel tests. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant influence on motivation, leadership trilogy and job satisfaction had a significant influence on employee work productivity, leadership trilogy and motivation had no significant effect on employee work productivity, motivation mediated leadership trilogy and job satisfaction had no insignificant effect on employee work productivity.  Keywords: Leadership Trilogy, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Productivity.

The objective of the study is to examine the extent to which public awareness on County bursary fund allocation has influenced the retention of needy students in secondary school. The study employed survey design in the collection of data. A study sample of 133 respondents was engaged in from a total population of 6,093 obtained from a stratified random sampling technique. The questionnaire was the method of data collection used to gather the Primary data. The questionnaires were coded and edited for completeness and consistency. They were further processed by utilising statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program. The analysis procedure included inferential examination and descriptive statistics. The descriptive analysis method provided the sample data in quantitative form, which ended in producing mean and standard deviation. The study established the relationship between dependent and independent variables by conducting regression analysis, which found out that the P-values of awareness of county bursary fund, was 0.001, which is less than 0.05 significance level; this implies that variable is significant. The study concludes that communication through the public participation forum, posters, radio social media was detailed enough to make the application and submission easy for the applicants. The study recommends that more awareness campaign should be enhanced using varies forms of communication. Still, posters and notices should be prioritised as they scored the highest value of 43.4 % as compared to other communication media. The researcher also concluded that the fund retained needy students in secondary school with 61.1% of the interviewed school principals, 65.9% of the bursary applicants and 80% of the bursary committee secretaries agreeing.

This study aims to analyze the factors forming the marketing mix at BNI Syariah customers in Padang Branch. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is customers of Islamic banks in the city of Padang with a sample of 100 customers obtained using Slovin formula. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Research data are primary data collected by questionnaire. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results of the study showed that of the eight factors there were six factors that influence the form of the marketing mix for customers of the BNI Syariah branch of Padang Branch.Keyword: Marketing Mix

A da'i must have a good personality when entering the field of da'wah so as to move or spur the mad'u to arise awareness in performing charity and that the goal of da'wah can be achieved. This study aims to explain effect of da’i personality and da'wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. Its population is all mad'u and da'i in Boarding School of Bahrul Ulum of Pemalang Regency. The sample in this study is 77 mad'u which is divided into 35 people (45,5%) women and 42 people (54,5%) men. As for the entire population of da'i is used as a sample, which is 4 da'i. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The measuring tools used are personality scale, bil-hal da'wah scale, and spiritual motivation scale in the form of Likert. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of da’i personality and da’wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. The variables that show the most dominant positive tendencies and significantly influence the spiritual motivation of mad'u are the personality of extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, religious, education, organization and social.
