The method used in this study is a survey method with interviews using questionnaires. The collected data analyzed using associative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the average net income obtained by farmers is Rp. 2,379,917.76 / respondent / planting season. If the labor wage costs are calculated, the farmer's income becomes Rp. -4,181,680,186 / respondent / planting season due to pest attacks. The results of the regression analysis show the relationship between farmer income and the variable land area, the number of family members working in the field and the number of working hours simultaneously have a significant effect on farmer income. Partially, only the variable number of working hours has a significant effect on farmer income in the border area of  Kapuas Hulu Regency. Keywords: income, land area, working hours, family members, cultivators

This study aims to determine the effect of Sales Growth and Managerial Ownership on the condition of Financial Distress in manufacturing companies in Indonesia in 2015-2017. The sample of this study were 13 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a purposive sampling method. Based on the results of statistical analysis by using the t test with the value of t arithmetic equal to -1,249 ≤ value of t table 2.028 and significance of 0.220 ≥ from the significance level of 0.05, partially Managerial Ownership does not affect the condition of Financial Distress in the manufacturing company studied. This is proven by using the t test with the value of t count equal to 1.419 19 t table value 2.028 and significance 0.165 ≥ from the significance level of 0.05. Simultaneously Sales Growth and Managerial Ownership do not affect the condition of Financial Distress in the manufacturing companies studied with F count of 1.789 ≤ from the value of F table 3.32 and significance of 0.182 ≥ from the significance level of 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination of the value of R Square are obtained at 0.090 or 9%. This means that the independent variables namely Sales Growth (X1) and Managerial Ownership (X2) have an influence on the dependent variable, namely the Financial Distress (Y) condition of 9% while the remaining 91% is influenced by other variables.

Penggaron Kidul is a village in Pedurungan that owns rice fields located around Slaughterhouse (RPH). It causes the rice fields polluted by waste and makes the rice productivity is not optimal. This research aimed to analyze the production factors that affected the amount of rice production, the use of production factors level, and the economic efficiency differences in the use of production factors in polluted and unpolluted fields. The survey method was employed in this research by interviewing the members of Dharma Tani Farmers using a questionnaire. The sampling method used was proportionate stratified random sampling used two populations with 80 people. The number of samples was 66 respondents categorized into 33 farmers (landowners of polluted fields) and 33 farmers (landowners of unpolluted fields). The data analysis conducted using a linear regression analysis method, analysis of Independent Sample T-test, and analysis of technical and economic efficiency then tested using analysis One Sample T-test. The result showed that the use of the land area, labor, and dummy variable of location significantly affected the amount of rice production while the factors of seed, fertilizer, and pesticides did not significantly affect the amount of rice production. The production factors of fertilizer and labor in polluted land had no different from unpolluted fields while the factors of seed and pesticides in polluted fields were different from unpolluted fields. Meanwhile, the production factors of seeds and pesticides in polluted fields were greater than in unpolluted fields. The use of production factors of land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and labor was technically and economically inefficient. The efficiency economic of production factors in polluted fields is different from unpolluted fields which unpolluted fields are more efficient than polluted fields.
