This study aims to describe the effect of administrative personnel services on students’ satisfaction. This was descriptive quantitative research that involved 110 students of state junior high schools in Solok as the sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire that was constructed based on related theories. The data analysis included testing validity, testing reliability, descriptive analysis, and simple linear regression. The findings described that there was no significant relationship between the quality of administrative services and students’ satisfaction. It indicates that administrative services should pay attention to several aspects including tangibles, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy to achieve students’ satisfaction.

Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights DIY organizes a variety of public services using information technology, including correctional services, immigration services, general legal administration services, intellectual property services, communication services, data and information services, and other administrative services. None of these services can be separated from the role of information technology to provide services that are fast, cheap, effective and reliable to the public. This study was conducted to assess the quality Ministry of Law and Human Rights DIY e-Government service using e-GovQual dimensional framework as a best practice. This study includes quantitative research involving a number of respondents for the survey. Research questions are based on the dimensions of e-Govqual and represent the attributes of each dimension of e-GovQual to assess the quality of Ministry of Law and Human Rights DIY e-Government service. The question must pass the validation test using Cronbach’s α. The processing of data using confirmatory factor analysis to obtain the main factors that affect each of the dimensions of e-GovQual. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method helps e-GovQual to measure the level of importance and level of performance of each e-GovQual attribute by classifying it in the Cartesian quadrants, which can help ensure the quality of e-Government services according to the needs and expectations of citizens as service user. Values in IPA (concentrating here, keeping up the good work, low priority, and possible overkill) will be the value of quality e-Government services. The results of this study are expected to give priority as a recommendation for Information and Communication Technology to the development of e-Government services in order to improve service quality.

Research on tourist satisfaction has been a topic of interest for many academicians. This study aimed to examine the effect of tourist facilities on tourist satisfaction at the natural attractions of Tegenungan waterfall, Bali. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with 100 samples collected in 5 days. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the tourist facility variable has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. T test results show that the tourist facilities (X) significantly affect tourist satisfaction (Y) at the natural attractions of Tegenungan waterfall, Bali. It is expected that the quality of existing tourist facilities can be improved so that it can have a positive impact on the satisfaction of tourists visiting the waterfall. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiseberapa besar tingkat pengethuan pustakawanmengenai kepustakaan terhadap kualitas layanan diperpustakaan Penelitian ini adalah penelitianlapangan dan jenisnya adalah penelitian kuantitatifdengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi,angket, dokumentasi, selanjutnya data yangterkumpul di analisis deskriptif dan analisisinfrensial.Hasil penelitia ini menunjukkan bahwaberdasarkan gambaran tingkat pengetahuanpustakawan mengenai kepustakaan tinggi terbuktibahwa sebanyak 50 responden atau 96,15 % yangmenyatakan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan pustakawanberada di kategori tinggi, dalam penelitian ini jugaterdapat pengaruh yang signifikan tingkatpengetahuan dengan kualitas layanan dengan nilai17.042 dengan harga koefisien regresi 0.979 dengankata lain setiap peningkatan variable 1% makakualitas layanan menigkat. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the level ofknowledge of librarians regarding the quality ofservice in the library ... Theresults of this research show that based on thedescription of the level of knowledge of librariansregarding high literature it is evident that as many as50 respondents or 96.15% stated that the level ofknowledge of librarians was in the high category, inthis study there was also a significant effect the valueof 17,042 with the price of the regression coefficient0.979 in other words each variable increase 1%thenthe quality of service increases.

This study aims to (1) find out the emotion-focused coping strategies used by the new inmates in the Class IIA Female Correctional Facility of Malang City, (2) understand the illustration of new inmates’ adjustment, (3) find out whether emotion-focused coping is a predictor of new inmates’ adjustment. This study employs predictive- quantitative research with descriptive analysis and applies simple linear regression on the population of new inmates at the Class IIA Female Correctional Facility of Malang City. The study uses the one-shot tryout technique. The subjects were selected using a saturated sample of 118 respondents. The instruments used were the adaptation of the Prison Adjustment Questionnaire (PAQ) and the adaptation of the Ways of Coping Scale (WCQ). The descriptive analysis uses categorization based on the T value, while hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis techniques. This study resulted in an accepted hypothesis with a significance value of 0.014, an R value of 0.336, and an R square value of 0.181, which indicated that emotion-focused coping contributed to the emergence of self-adjustment by 18.1%. The use of emotion- focused coping can be used to develop self-adjustment for inmates in correctional environments, in addition to the emotion-focused coping that successfully applied can increase the self-esteem and capacity of inmates to overcome their problems in the future. The purpose of the research is identifying the influence of financial mindset and entrepreneurial mindset to personal finance. This is a quantitative research with descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The research’s respondents are eighty one (81) students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 NTT. The sampling technique is random sampling with questionnaire as data collection method. The research instrument for financial mindset is adopted from “OTM The Knew Rules of Building Wealth (CNBC)’ by Rhodes (2010) and the entrepreneurship mindset’s instrument is adopted from ‘Building E-Businesses series and Personal finance’ by Spinela, Yang & Laster (2007). The results imply that both financial mindset and entrepreneurial mindset have significant and simultaneous influence to personal finance.

This study aims to determine whether Product Quality has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest. Speaking with quality and buying interest is certainly very tied to marketing. The essence of marketing according to Daryanto (2011) "marketing is a social and managerial process where individuals and groups get their needs and desires by creating, offering, and exchanging something of value with each other". This type of research is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using a skla likert research instrument, test validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study the influence of product quality is a variable that does not affect consumer buying interest. Then it can be concluded that product quality does not significantly influence consumer buying interest. If the quality of the product is good, there will be buying interest and consumers will feel satisfied. In this case, Pia Deisy's business must further improve product quality so that it will be more attractive and will have a good impact on Pia Deisy's home business.

The quality of life of the nation is largely determined by educational factors. In carrying out this research, the author uses quantitative research methods. quantitative approach, descriptive analysis through library research and field research. The results teacher's ability to manage classes in MTs Negeri Baturaja is in the moderate category 45.62%. means to be quite good because it is supported by the sincerity of teachers in providing religious understanding and guidance to these students. The results of the next study can be concluded that the teaching and learning process in the subjects of Islamic Culture History (SKI) in Baturaja State MTs is in the moderate category 59.65%. that the teaching and learning process in Islamic Culture History (SKI) subjects at Baturaja State MTs seems to be quite good because it is supported by positive student habits and activities.

<pre><span lang="EN-US">One of the roles of the university is to support national education goals as part of educating students.<span class="tlid-translation"> Student satisfaction is an important variable for the existence and sustainability of a university, especially a private universities.This research aims to analyze the effect of lecturer service quality on student satisfaction.</span>This research uses quantitative research with survey methods. <span class="tlid-translation">The population of this research were students of a private university at Universitas Pakuan with 543 respondents. The findings of this research were that there was a positive and significant influence between the lecturer service quality on student satisfaction. This means that efforts to increase student satisfaction can be done by improving the quality of lecturer services. Meanwhile, from the 5 dimensions of lecturer service quality, it was found that the empathy dimension had the greatest influence compared to other dimensions of lecturer service quality</span>.</span></pre>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya keluhan pengunjung tentang kualitas fasilitas wisata yang ada di lokasi pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu yang buruk dan belum memuaskan mereka. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 69 orang responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu dengan kontribusi sebesar 23,6%, sedangkan sisanya 76,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dalam hal ini variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu. This research aims to know the influence of the quality of  tourism facilities  to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. The background of this research is too many visitors complaints about their dissatisfactions. Some of them disappointed with the quality of tourism facilities in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. This is a quantitative research and use simple linear  regression technique. This research use questionnaires with 69 visitors as samples and data processing with Software SPSS. From this research researcher know that the quality of tourism facilities have positive and significant influence to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. The contributes  of the quality of  tourism facilities  to visitors satisfaction are  23,6% and 76,4% explained by others variables. The  quality of  tourism facilities have positive effects  to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs.

The application of e-Billing system in facilitating tax payment services for taxpayers is still complained about in its use. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the e-Billing system in tax payments as well as the use constraints for taxpayers in the Tax Office Batang. The type of this research is quantitative research with percentage descriptive analysis technique. Sources of data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and interviews with taxpayers who have used the e-Billing system independently with accidental sampling techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness of the e-Billing system in the payment of taxes for taxpayers in Tax Office Batang with taxpayer research subjects who have used the e-Billing system independently is  still less effective. This is because taxpayers still find the quality of the system that is still often disturbed and the quality of information that is felt to have not been spared errors, as well as the lack of effective success of targets with low levels of use independently. Constraints on the use of e-Billing systems for taxpayers include internal obstacles from technological capabilities, awareness of taxpayers, taxpayer accuracy, and external constraints from server down, facility limitations, instability of internet taxpayers' connections. The advice given is the need for attention to the quality of thesystem e-Billing by the Directorate General of Tax as the organizer of the system given the system that is often down, such as applying a tax payment limit date based on the type of tax to minimize solid use by taxpayers. The need for socialization both materially and practically, providing knowledge about the types of taxes and types of deposits, as well as giving directions to taxpayers to act more carefully in filling out electronic deposit papers on the e-Billing system to minimize errors and repetition of making codes Billing
