The article examines the features of blockchain technology and the construction of its structural elements. It is based on the principle of structuring and working with databases, which was developed by Satoshi Nakomoto in 2008. A feature of its model is the reliability of transactions and the creation of a decentralized register of data accounting and key blocks of information. The article also examines the main types of operation of the blockchain system, from Blockchain 1.0 to the concept of Blockchain 4.0. Given the high level of interest of the world in building reliable information accounting, the blockchain has become an important tool for ensuring reliability both for the financial world and for the wider areas of application considered in the work. The stages of development are characterized and the process of formation of blockchain technology on the world market is analyzed. The paper presents examples of major cryptocurrencies in the world, which are currently considered the most stable and relevant for investment or settlement. The study shows a tendency to accelerate the emergence of various types of cryptocurrencies developed by the world's largest digital giants, such as Libra 2019 from Facebook, Gram from the most popular messenger Telegram, and many others. The wide range of cryptocurrencies on the market encourages users to increasingly use the blockchain system and increase the turnover of cryptocurrency, because as of 2019 the market value is about 420.5 billion dollars, which is growing every year. The basic principles of information protection and ensuring the reliability of its accounting are considered. Considerable attention in the article is paid to the peculiarities of the construction and operation of the blockchain system itself. The operating model is the most important for improving the operation of the blockchain system and encouraging users to use modern technologies. Much attention is paid to the system of accounting for information blocks, access to it, the use of hashes and ensuring the reliability of the connection of chains of blocks with each other. An important area of work is the analysis of accounting systems PoW and PoS, as well as combining them into a single, which provides more effective protection of information. Prospects for further development of Blockchain technology at the corporate and state levels are outlined. The paper identifies the main prospects for the use of blockchain technology at the corporate level, provided the use of effective financial instruments and ensuring the transparency of financial transactions, increasing the number of innovative technologies and calculation methods based on this technology. At the state level, among the promising areas of blockchain technology, attention is paid to social security, accounting and registration of tax information, introduction of the system in the military-industrial complex, archive of vehicle operation, issuance of certificates, voting system and other areas

Neither the development of the world economy nor the availability of raw materials can guarantee the stability of economic development and a high level of social welfare. Now Kazakhstan faces the task of accelerated development of national economy sectors that give a multiplicative effect (the share of agricultural products in the country's GDP should grow 5 times by 2050), including the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan has a great potential to become a new driver of economic development. Therefore, the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan needs sustainable development of export-oriented agricultural production that is competitive on the world market. Despite the solution of many theoretical and applied problems reflected in the works of these authors, a General approach to the classification of organizational reserves for improving the efficiency of production of scientific-intensive products is not currently formed, and the issues of forming a mezzanine for identifying and using, and evaluating the level of production efficiency require further improvement. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical, scientific, methodological and practical provisions for the formation of a production management system of innovative potential based on improving the competitiveness of the agricultural industry, aimed at ensuring food security in Kazakhstan. The article shows that the innovative type of economic development requires the development of a competitive innovative potential product, the implementation of the principles of continuous improvement, the search and use of the organization of production for its effective production. The necessity of forming mechanisms for identifying and using organizational reserves to increase the efficiency of production of innovative potential products is also determined. This opened up the possibility of creating and developing conditions conducive to the mobilization of domestic reserves.

The grain economy of Russia has now reached a new high level of development, providing ample opportunities for the expansion of Russian grain to the world market. The research reveals the following main threats to further strengthening the position of Russian wheat in the world market: instability of yields and inappropriate production and logistics infrastructure, which determines overestimated transaction costs and low flexibility of supply. The article analyzes the structure of importers of Russian wheat to characterize the instability of the world wheat market and high competition on it. The aim of the research is to form key directions for ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of wheat exports. The development of the grain product subcomplex of the Russian agro-industrial complex is presented by the authors from the position of priority in ensuring the food security of the population by fully meeting the needs of the domestic market, while exports are assigned the role of an instrument for regulating the grain market. Increasing wheat exports is not a priority for the development of grain farming; however, under the current conditions, this is the main incentive for increasing grain production and a way of obtaining foreign exchange income for agrarians. In this regard, it seems necessary to increase the regulatory role of the state in managing the country's grain balance and intensify investment processes in the industry through improving the country's fiscal and monetary policy in relation to the agricultural sector.

The main objective of the article is to substantiate a systematic approach to the introduction of all types of innovations in the development of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the modern world it is especially important to ensure the national security of the country and the defense industry plays a crucial role in this. At the same time, one cannot but note the importance of the defense industry in the production of high-tech civilian products and dual-use products, which enhances the country's competitiveness in the world market. In addition, the relevance of the topic is due to the presence of rather serious problems in the Russian defense industry, which require immediate resolution. The article uses the methodology of structurally functional analysis, the institutional approach and the method of comparative assessments. The authors conclude that technological innovation alone will not be able to achieve strategic results for ensuring national security, only in conjunction with organizational, product, social and marketing innovations, the domestic defense industry is able to solve its tasks.

Many passive continental margins around the world are characterised by elevated plateaus at 1 to 2 km or more above sea level cut by deeply incised valleys and commonly separated from an adjacent coastal plain by one or more escarpments. Mesozoic–Cenozoic rift systems parallel to the coast are commonly present offshore with a transition from continental to oceanic crust further offshore. These landscapes occur in arctic, temperate and tropical climate and in different geological settings independent of the time span since break-up (e.g. along the Atlantic from south to north).

The plateaux are typically more than 100 km wide, much larger in some cases, and extend hundreds of kilometres along the margin, cutting across bedrock of different ages and resistances. The key to understanding the formation of regional, low-relief erosion surfaces is the base-level, as this is the level to which fluvial systems grade the landscape. The most likely base level is sea level, particularly for locations along continental margins during the post-rift development of passive margins.

It is commonly assumed that the characteristic, large-scale morphology of elevated, passive continental margins with high-level plateaux and deeply incised valleys persisted since rifting and crustal separation Further, it is assumed that the absence of post-rift sediments is evidence of non-deposition, despite continental-stretching theory predicting deposition of a thick post-rift sequence overlying both the rift and its margins.

However, our studies of the passive continental margins of West and East Greenland, Norway, NE Brazil and southern Africa provide evidence of km-scale, post-rift subsidence and that the plateau surfaces were graded to sea level long after break-up and subsequently lifted to their present elevations. In some of these cases, the presence of post-rift marine sediments at high elevation provide direct proof of this interpretation. Since elevated plateaux cut by deeply incised valleys are a characteristic feature of these and other margins, this similarity suggests that such topography elsewhere in the world may also be unrelated to the processes of rifting and continental separation. We present a wide range of evidence from passive margins around the world in support of this hypothesis,

Bonow et al. 2014: High-level landscapes along the margin of East Greenland – a record of tectonic uplift and incision after breakup in the NE Atlantic. Military activities currently play a major role in social and economic development, even in noncombatant countries, This fact has received remarkably little attention in the social science literature, until recently. As a result, the theoretical frameworks which are available for the analysis of military activities arc underdeveloped. In this paper it is argued that there are in effect two such frameworks, derived from the Marxist and Weberian traditions, respectively. The many weaknesses of these, and the conflicts between them, are blurred rather than resolved in most recent studies of military phenomena, such as the ‘military industrial complex’. This is because the theory of the relationship between capitalist production and state institutions embedded in each perspective is seriously inadequate. A realist reconstruction is presented which highlights the significance of the national form of the state, and the contingent nature of capitalist production. This is designed to provide a new framework for appraising military activities, but it has implications for a wide range of questions concerned with the relationship between capital and state.

It is only a matter of time before technology emerges to open up a whole new world of opportunities. For example, the invention of the Internet was a development like this that changed the world in almost every theory. Blockchain technology is also one of the emerging technological advances that is expected to change the way transactions are conducted, thus affecting a wide range of potential applications. Blockchain is a distributed software network that works both as a digital logger and a method that allows secure transfer of assets without a mediator. Just as the Internet is a technology that facilitates the flow of digital information, blockchain is a technology that facilitates the digital exchange of digital value. Anything from coins to land titles to votes can be token, stored, and exchanged via a blockchain network.

Today the globalisation of the world market leads to the necessity of constructive interaction in the international market and forming common standards of accounting. Transnational corporations as a phenomenon of worldwide integration are businesses with units in different countries of the world. Special issues of information support of management in agricultural organisations have become very important in the conditions of the market economy. Clear and transparent accounting in such enterprises requires the existence of common international standards. Such standards could become International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). They are designed to provide an understanding of financial processes in different countries for the interaction between investors and potential investment projects located in different national accounting systems. The standard “Agriculture” has great importance for the Russian Federation. Agriculture is one of the leading sectors of our country, supplying products for both domestic and foreign market. Accordingly, the adoption of this standard and the implementation of its provisions is an important and urgent issue of today’s economic reality. Introduction of this standard leads to the formation of fundamentally new methodological bases of the accounting of agricultural activities based on the market value of assets because paragraphs 12–13 of this Standard states that during the initial and subsequent valuation of biological assets will be measured at their fair value fewer costs to selling. Thus, the need to allocate biological assets in the separate account-economic category, their reflection in the accounting at fair value by the provisions of IAS 41 has determined the relevance of the topic, goal, objectives and logic of the article.

The contemporary world market abounds in companies varying in their competitive behaviour which represents their objectives and specific activity. The article shows that among various types of economic activity connected with digitalization as the most important trend of economic development a special place belongs to high technology, and market conditions are determined by businesses which make use of such technologies. As a rule, these businesses have the best performance and take top positions of the ratings based on a wide range of parameters. The authors assume that use of artificial intelligence gradually becomes a significant factor determining a company’s success at the world market. They have also found out that market entities show the tendency to use different platforms in their business activities more frequently. Major market players take interest in external innovation purchasing it at the market or interacting with other companies and even competitors. They also are interested in processing and analyzing big data and internet of things (IoT). The authors point out that demand for business incubators tends to grow as well. They have analyzed the inner changes at different stages of development of Google and the corresponding changes of competitive behaviour pattern at the corresponding markets and defined major factors which influence stable position of the company at the market. Intellectualization of economic activity of business can be considered as ambivalent: on the one hand, companies’ more frequent exploration of digital economics becomes an essential part of their successful competitive behaviour at the market, and on the other hand it appears to be the factor which effects the development of exterritorial buseness environment connected with the world processes and formation of geoeconomic space.

The world market has lost its status due to the closure of all borders, restrictive measures in the field of world trade. Before the COVID-19 crisis, manufacturers of goods had a good profit from their sales. But due to the closure of the borders and the inability to export their goods, the producer suffered losses, since he could not sell all the grown crops in his country. The pandemic has affected the delivery of goods in a logistics form. This problem has affected all types of transport for the transport of goods.
