The Covid 19 pandemic is a disease outbreak that affects all citizens of the world today and has an impact on various sectors of human life. One of the sectors affected by Covid 19 is the education sector. The government requires all people to minimize face-to-face teaching and learning activities to avoid the spread of the Covid 19 virus, one of which is by using online learning. This certainly raises a number of polemics, especially in the supervision of learning that is not optimal due to online learning.Islam as a religion that teaches its people to learn and study knowledge certainly has a solution to these problems which can be used as a reference in conducting tutoring in the current new normal era.

As cases of COVID-19 surge across the world, research has begun to emerge which considers the implications of school lockdowns on student learning, engagement, and achievement. Yet as face-to-face teaching and learning recommences, it is not only students who will need help adjusting to "the new normal". While 2020 has seen a dramatic increase in the workload of teachers, many of whom have negotiated a continuity of learning in adverse circumstances, we must remember that long before COVID-19 disrupted schools, teachers were already at risk of burnout. The novel coronavirus has further exacerbated the stresses facing teachers, and as countries continue to navigate periods of remote education, recognising and supporting teacher wellbeing should be a key priority. In recognition of the contributions of teachers and the influence they yield over student learning, this article considers the importance of creating conditions for supporting teacher wellbeing before, during, and after the current pandemic.

The purpose of holding scientific articles is to train students' abilities to be more sensitive to the world of education in their surroundings, and also to complete assignments that have been given by lecturers to students. For the research method using descriptive qualitative methods or easier, namely using interviews, with this interview method, the information we need is easier to obtain and also obtained easily. Because the information we get comes directly from the source, so there is no misinformation in it. The results that I have obtained from the interviews and articles that I have made have had a significant impact on me regarding education in my own village and have also given me more insight into education. The conclusion that I can take is that in the implementation of teaching and learning activities it is not always done face to face but can be done online as it is today due to conditions that do not allow face to face learning, but still it is a maximum effort to connect the education chain without break the education chain.

In our plural society, interfaith marriages and multicultural families have become a new normal and are either considered problematic for the religious communities or welcomed as a contribution to a secular and more peaceful world. In the course of my work with European Muslims, I could accompany such families through a few generations. In this article, I am going to outline some typical challenges and crises in such relationships and their effects on young people growing up in mixed families, adding my observations of how they can be dealt with. Ultimately, there is a chance that, through dialogue, it provides a meaningful learning environment that prepares young people for the diverse reality of the world today.
