Features of an expert study of the materiality of damage lies in taking into account the variety of actual circumstances of the occurrence of the event of cutting green spaces and the substantiation of signs of materiality of damage. A forensic environmental engineering examination to investigate the materiality of environmental damage is appointed during an investigation by the legislature to compensate for damage caused by the destruction of green spaces. The essence of forensic engineering and environmental expertise is based on three cumulative features that are inherent in the nature of the expert’s special knowledge: subject, object and methodology of expert research. The main task of the forensic engineering and environmental review in the study of determining the materiality of damage resulting from the destruction of green spaces is to confirm the fact of causing significant damage as a result of the destruction of green spaces by the legislative bodies and the checks recorded in the documentation, to correctly determine the size and characteristics of the material damage caused by these bodies. A detailed examination of the features of the materiality of the damage leads to a comprehensive application of knowledge in the field of environmental engineering, economics, forestry, phytopathology, biology. In expert practice, it may be necessary to solve individual variants of the expert task, in relation to any set of main subtasks, their components or modifications, which are determined by the body that appointed the execution of the forensic engineering and environmental examination to study the materiality of damage resulting from the destruction of green spaces.

As we know, there are many fields of pedagogical science. One of the most important areas is special pedagogy. Special pedagogy studies the issues of education and upbringing of children with physical and mental disabilities. People with disabilities are those who are relatively disabled in terms of any part of the body or the brain. In our country, special attention is paid to the education of people with disabilities. Inclusive education creates conditions for the protection of social equality, education and other special needs of children with disabilities. According to the teaching methodology, inclusive education prevents discrimination against children, allows people with various diseases to get a perfect education and succeed. Its main task is to create an environment for vocational training of people with disabilities. In modern times, people with disabilities should not be seen as sick, but as people with disabilities. This shapes the social approach to disability. The social model allows these children to exercise their rights to develop their skills. The purpose of inclusive physical education is to teach students to move together, which promotes the improvement and development of human psychophysical abilities. Different exercises should be chosen for each lesson and combined in such a way as to have a comprehensive effect on the body and ensure that each student can perform. It is necessary to ensure the general requirements and their specificity when arranging lessons. Sports have a great impact on the development of the personality of children with disabilities as normal children. Sport is one of the most important conditions for everyone and is acceptable for any age group. All these procedures are more effective when performed in unison. Let's protect our child's life together for a healthy life and step into a healthy future Key words: Inclusion, inclusive education, inclusive physical education, a person with disabilities, special education

Topicality. All relationships in the field of nature use begin with the legislative framework on the protection of nature and its individual components, which defines the functions of the state regulating environmental activities, as well as defined rights and responsibilities of environmental users. In most developed countries, it is a law on nature conservation or environmental acts that establishes the general principles and objectives of a policy designed to ensure the conceptual uniformity and integrity of all legislative practice in the use, protection and restoration of natural resources. System and methods of administrative management in using natural resources are based on: system of legislative acts of the country and the region; a system of normative-directive and methodological (obligatory to use) documents of state bodies; system of plans, programs, projects, tasks; operational management system. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to justify institutional reforms in order to ensure the implementation of environmental legislation, the division of powers of environmental authorities at the national, regional and municipal levels on the procedure for decision-making and its implementation. Research results. The lack of coordination control functions using natural resources, namely the lack of a horizontal connection between the supervisory authorities, leads to the fact that many bodies control the same natural resource. First of all, the uncontrolled tourism activity with the use of recreational resources is observed. Thus, the main task of the state administration should be to assess the quantitative and qualitative equivalents of existing and potential natural resources and determine the strategic directions of their management, their use and protection by business entities and households. In this case, it is necessary to determine with which mechanisms to achieve the optimal use of recreational and tourist resources while minimizing environmental damage, minimizing costs and maximizing the social, economic and environmental effects of their use.Conclusions. Taking into account the economic effect that the country can have, it is expedient to take into account not only the economic potential of the recreational and tourist territory, but also the development of alternative activities on it. Control the enterprises located in this territory and conduct their economic activity with the use or extraction and subsequent resale of the recreational resource. Principal is the redistribution of taxes from economic activity to the restoration of recreational resources at the urban level. It is necessary to provide methodological explanations regarding tax provisions and benefits to enterprises involved in this process, taking into account the status of the territory in which the recreation process has arisen, taking into account the medical characteristics of the territory and the extraction of natural resources in this territory.

Ischemic stroke is still a very common disease with quite serious consequences. Modern medicine considers in this regard its main task in the curation of such patients, the maximum possible restoration of the functions of the affected brain and the volume of its control over the body. Due to the rapid development of medicine associated with the emergence of innovative technologies in the field of rehabilitation, hardware methods of rehabilitation today have gone far ahead and have in their arsenal a lot of high-tech tools. For this purpose, a search is being made for means of increasing the activity of brain cells located in the affected area. Of particular importance in this regard are the methods of rehabilitation in the early recovery period after ischemic stroke using robotic methods of mechanotherapy, one of which is the use of the Lokomat system. Among them, a prominent place is occupied by the walking training system - Lokomat, consisting of robotic orthoses and a body support device, which are combined with a treadmill. Information about the successful use of Lokomat during the rehabilitation of patients with movement disorders is still scattered, and this required their generalization and understanding. The main advantage of this system is the ability to effectively control and ensure high intensity, repeatability (reproducibility) and purposefulness of the trained movements. The convincing advantages of automated training on the Lokomat system compared to traditional rehabilitation in terms of various clinical indicators in patients with post-stroke hemiparesis have been identified. It was shown that in patients trained on the Lokomat system, a single support on the paretic leg intensified, which contributed to a more symmetrical gait. This system is more than other devices and technologies designed for learning to walk, in line with the modern approach to the restoration of impaired motor functions. The inclusion of training sessions on the Lokomat robotic system in the comprehensive treatment of patients with post-stroke hemiparesis leads to a marked improvement in movement skills. This is associated with a pronounced restructuring against the background of its use of the motor stereotype of walking, which makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of recreational activities in post-stroke patients.

Scientific research was based on certain morphometric indices of various trout groups, which allows us to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of fish feeding with Aller Aqua and Aquafeed Fischfutter. The main task of trout farming is to obtain a commodity trout for the shortest possible time. In this case, the intensity of the growth of rainbow trout leads to the absence of feed, which is used in its cultivation. For active growth and development of fish, a high level of protein in the stern is required, which should be used specifically for plastic exchange, and not for the energy organism. Inner-shell left arms inviting them to optimize their chemical composition of feed, but they are energetic, perform in the body of fish a number of other vital functions: structure, regulatory and others, and serve as precursors of many biologically active substances that have validity and hormones. While growing rainbow trout, it is necessary to take into account its phenotypes of characteristics, which show that the level of breeding stability of the fish population and determines the attractiveness of products on the consumer market. The composition of feed primarily affects the metabolism of fish, which determines the intensity of their growth and development, and is also realized by trout. Fodder for the cultivation of salmon fish are made from industrial fishing waste. An economically viable alternative source of raw materials serves vegetal products (oils, sunflower proteins, soybeans, maize glutenin, and others), which, however, do not have a forage base of predatory fish appearing in natural waters. At present, the influence of different compositions on the morphometric and physiological biochemical characteristics of the culture, especially salmon, is actively studied, but these problems remain unchanged. The dynamics of the intensity of growth and development of rainbow trout is ensured by the feeding regime of fish. The publication of the published differences in the nature of the massif and the flow of rainbow trout species, which ensure the use of Aller Aqua and Aquafeed Fischfutter mixed fodders.

A stratified organization of visual, somatic and acoustic representations was observed in the cat SC. Cells of the superficial laminae were exclusively visual. Visual, somatic, and acoustic cells were observed in the intermediate laminae while the deeper laminae were predominantly nonvisual. A detailed examination of the tactile representation revealed a somatotopic plan which was in register with the overlying visuotopy. The magnified representation of central visual fields overlapped the magnified tactile representation of the face and, as visual RFS moved temporally, the underlying tactile RFS were displaced caudal and distal. This topographical overlap can be recognized if the visual field is depicted as a flexible sheet which is stretched over the body with the area centralis superimposed on the nose and the limbs radiating out at an acute angle. The overlapping topographies and similarities in stimulus specificity of somatic and visual cells, as well as the similar behavioral deficits previously described following SC lesions, suggests a functional parallel between modalities in the SC. The possibility that visual, somatic, and acoustic cells converge on a common delivery or distribution system, which is located in the intermediate-deeper SC strata and organizes orienting and following responses on the basis of multimodality cues, is discussed.

The diacylglycerol lipases (DAGLs) hydrolyse diacylglycerol to generate 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), the most abundant ligand for the CB 1 and CB 2 cannabinoid receptors in the body. DAGL-dependent endocannabinoid signalling regulates axonal growth and guidance during development, and is required for the generation and migration of new neurons in the adult brain. At developed synapses, 2-AG released from postsynaptic terminals acts back on presynaptic CB 1 receptors to inhibit the secretion of both excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitters, with this DAGL-dependent synaptic plasticity operating throughout the nervous system. Importantly, the DAGLs have functions that do not involve cannabinoid receptors. For example, 2-AG is the precursor of arachidonic acid in a pathway that maintains the level of this essential lipid in the brain and other organs. This pathway also drives the cyclooxygenase-dependent generation of inflammatory prostaglandins in the brain, which has recently been implicated in the degeneration of dopaminergic neurons in Parkinson's disease. Remarkably, we still know very little about the mechanisms that regulate DAGL activity—however, key insights can be gleaned by homology modelling against other α/β hydrolases and from a detailed examination of published proteomic studies and other databases. These identify a regulatory loop with a highly conserved signature motif, as well as phosphorylation and palmitoylation as post-translational mechanisms likely to regulate function.
