 Customer satisfaction is related to the performance of employees, and employee performance is closely related to employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee job satisfaction on patient satisfaction at the Panti Waluya Sawahan Hospital in Malang. The research method is to conduct a study on secondary data on employee job satisfaction from the results of the survey using a questionnaire to all employees, as many as 507 people in October 2019. The study of the survey results shows that the percentage of employees who said they were satisfied in the 6 aspects of employee job satisfaction was the lowest satisfied with the solution to complaints and most satisfied with the training opportunity. To increase employee job satisfaction, training activities, organizational culture, and self-efficacy should be improved

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. It has been shown that the bad degradation of ethical conduct in the organization, continuous investigation of the asymmetry between productivity and worker commitment about employment have been satisfied. Results shown in practice could not improve employee performance in different work ethics. The effect of work ethics on employee performance has been explained when employee satisfaction is perceived as a mediator variable. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of unethical behavior on employee commitment and productivity in Nigeria. For the study, a descriptive survey research method was used, with fifty valid questionnaires distributed to employees from five cluster government establishments in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. Humans will tend to experience stress if they are less able to adjust between the desire and the reality, both the reality inside and outside themselves. One of the effects of psychological stress is that it can reduce employee job satisfaction where job satisfaction is a pleasant emotional attitude and loves the job. Employee performance is directly related to the productivity and success of the company in achieving its goals. Employee performance is the result or impact of individual activities over a certain period of time. Employees who have good performance can help the company to achieve agreed goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. This study uses primary and secondary data. The population of this study were all employees of Human Resources Department & General Affair at PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Data collection is done by observation and interview. In determining the respondents conducted by purposive sampling method. The analysis used is a single regression analysis. The results of the study showed that job stress had a significant effect on employee performance on employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros, while the relationship (correlation) of work stress with employee performance is categorized as strong enough.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Causes of Job Satisfaction Involved by Leadership Ethics and Organizational Commitment of Employees. The design of this study is a descriptive study that describes the information and characteristics of the population or phenomenon being studied. The description used is for statistical calculation, whereas survey investigation is conducted to measure the variables with questionnaires spread by 18 questions using five points LIKERT SCALE. The method used to evaluate the survey results of several studies with regression, primary data collected from the respondents and also secondary data to support information. From the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership ethics, organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction. Data analysis used in this study is SPSS. The results of this study conclude that leadership ethics has a certain influence on organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership Ethics, Organizational Commitment, Employee Job Satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work climate, and welfare facilities on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance in PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by a random sampling method of 226 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that partially, organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The highest influence value is the variable of organizational culture, meaning that organizational culture has a more dominant influence on employee job satisfaction, with a total effect of 36.40% (direct effect of 31.03%). Simultaneously, organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities directly and indirectly have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is an intervening variable of organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities to employee performance, because there is an increase in the influence of organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities on employee performance by 16.12% if through job satisfaction variables.

Job satisfaction is one of the keys to accomplish optimal performance. Therefore, conditioning the organization to create job satisfaction is very important. This study aims to prove that the optimization of employee performance can be achieved especially if the job satisfaction has been realized, using career development, competence, and compensation as indicators. This research method was descriptive-verification with the collection data using survey that sampling uses saturated sampling and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model. The object research was employees of the Regional Forestry Service work units of Central Sulawesi Province. The results proved that the job satisfaction was a very important factor in mediating (full mediating variables) the variables of career development, competence, and compensation in improving employee performance, which is indicated by a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, it was proven that the biggest contribution affecting employee performance was the variable job satisfaction, with career development contributes to the highest influence on job satisfaction, followed by competence, and compensation.   Keywords: Job satisfaction, career development, competence, compensation, and employee’s performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement on performance and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement on performance. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. The research method used was a survey and a sample size of 185 employees. The research instrument adopted from previous research. Retrieval of data by means of questionnaires and interviews. Validity and reliability tests show all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. To test H1 and H2 with simple regression, H3 and H4 test with Baron and Kenny regression model. The results of hypothesis testing show that: (1) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, and (4) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Employee engagement on employee performance.

Abstract. Increased productivity needs being in line with the increase in employee performance. To be able to improve employee performance, companies must create working conditions that offer incentives for employees to satisfy them with the system running in the company(????). The purpose application of Quality of Work Life (QWL) in an enterprise is to improve employee satisfaction on the job(???). Employee job satisfaction is one important aspect to consider in efforts to improve the human resources quality of an enterprise. Employees who have high job satisfaction, will generally have a high commitment to the company. High employee commitment will give beneficial contribution to the company to increase productivity of both employees and companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of the QWL application on job satisfaction and employee commitment as well as analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment. The study is conducted by giving questionnaire to 120 employees SBU (Strategic Business Unit) 1 PT. PGN, which is present in three areas, namely Hosbun, Bogor and Jakarta East. Hypothesis testing method using the model Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS.The results of the analysis indicate that the application of QWL hypothesis has no effect on job satisfaction of employees. Application of QWL and job satisfaction significantly influence employee commitment. The better implementation of QWL and the higher levels of job satisfaction will increase employee commitment to the company.

This study was conducted at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, as obtained related data the performance of employees who experience fluctuations, so factors that will affect the performance of PND employees will be investigated, namely leadership and organizational climate mediated by job satisfaction. The study population was all permanent employees at the 32nd Denpasar National Polytechnic. The sampling method uses the census method or saturated sample, so the number of respondents is 32 people. Based on the results of research and related discussions can be concluded: Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, organizational climate  positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the National Polytechnic Denpasar, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the National Polytechnic Denpasar, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the Denpasar National Polytechnic. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Denpasar National Polytechnic

The purpose of this study is to determine: the implementation of remuneration based performance in sharia state university in Indonesia (IAIN-Institut Agama Islam Negeri). This study aims to determine the influence of remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. Research method used in this study using a survey within the university staff. The multiple regression results indicate that remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture has a significant positive contribution to the performance of employees.
