“The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of work motivation and working conditions on the performance of MSME employees before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher uses a comparative research type with a quantitative approach. Techniques Data collection is done using a questionnaire with the linkert method. And the sampling technique used is to use a saturated sample (total sampling). The total sample obtained is 37 employees from several MSMEs. In the test of the effect of work motivation, work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Variable working conditions have a significant effect on employee performance. In the F test there is an influence between work motivation and working conditions on employee performance. And in the comparison test, there is a significant difference between work motivation and working conditions before and during covid-19. While in the employee performance variable there is no significant difference between employee performance before and during Covid-19”.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the role of mediation motivation in the relationship of compensation to employee performance at Wisma Prashanti Hospital. The population in this study were employees of Wisma Prashanti Hospital with a total sample of 83 respondents. The sampling technique is carried out is a saturated sample technique, the entire population is used as a sample. The research instrument used a questionnaire and analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2 software. The results showed (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation (3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) motivation mediates partially and positively and significantly on the relationship between compensation and employee performance. The implications of the results of this study indicate that compensation is found to be a major factor in improving employee performance.

The role of human resources is crucial for the realization of the company's goals to find optimal profits. At this time, employees will be motivated if needs are met, if needs are met then job satisfaction will arise which will have a positive impact on the work needs of employees at the company. This study aims to study the work motivation of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office, sampling method Saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research that shows motivation and performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office is included in both categories. The results also showed motivation for employee performance. In addition, contributing motivation in contributing to employee performance by 33.8%. So the higher the motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and  Organizational Trust on Employee Performance BLUD UPTD Inpatient Health Center Unit of Kebumen District Through Work Motivation. Data collection is done by questionnaire using saturated sample method. Respondents in this study were Non Civil Servants BLUD Employees in 8 Inpatient Health Centers who had worked over 1 year totaling 74 people.  The variables in this study are Competence, Organizational Trust in Performance through Work Motivation. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling technique. So the selection of sample members taking into account the conditions that have been set.  The data used in this study are primary data and secondary  data. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on  Work Motivation. Competence has a positive and not significanteffect on Performance. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect  on Performance.

This study aims to see whether there are significant differences in performance based on gender equality in female employees and male employees in the marketing division of PT. Astra International, Tbk. - Daihatsu Sentra Manado. The population of this study is all employees of the marketing division of PT. Astra International, Tbk. - Daihatsu Sentra Manado, which consists of 51 employees, consisting of 36 male employees and 15 female employees. The sampling technique used is the census technique, which is to take from all existing populations to be sampled. Where there were 15 female employees and 15 male employees were taken to balance the sample of female employees. So the total sample in this study was 30 employees. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the average value for the performance of male and female employees is equally higher than the minimum value available. Although not large, the results of this study indicate that the average value of male employee performance is higher than that of overall female employees. From the results of the independent sample t-test statistical test, a significant value gives a result stating that H0 is accepted. The results of this study state that there is no significant difference in performance between male employees and female employees in the marketing department based on gender equality.

Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

In a competitive environment, every organization certainly has the same goal, namely to have potential human resources. Therefore, every organization should be able to find the best solution to each problem to interrupt the expected performance growth. This research aims to analyze the importance of the role of job satisfaction in mediating the affect of Transformational Leadership Motivation on the operators production performance at PT. Alpen Food Industri Cikarang, West Java. This research population was 189 people, with a total sample of 133 employees. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling with a method of organizing data through questionnaires and interviews, quantitative research methods with analytical analysts that job motivation and transformational leadership affect job satisfaction and performance. Meanwhile, the mediating variable of job satisfaction is good for mediating work motivation and transformational leadership on performance. Path analysis earned the structural equation Y = 0.250X1+0.391X2+0.150Y1+0.525, so the transformational leadership is the variable which has the strongest affect on performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation for human resources, work motivation, work environment on the work performance of the apparatus at the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Government of South Sumatra Province. In this study, the population was employees of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Government of South Sumatra Province. In this study, the sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The number of samples is 45 people. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis (H1) indicate that HR compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employees have received HR compensation in accordance with the results of their performance so that employees will work responsibly and in accordance with established operational standards. The results of the second hypothesis (H2) indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employees' work motivation will improve employee performance to achieve company goals. The results of the third hypothesis (H3) indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A working environment condition is said to be good if employees can carry out activities optimally, healthy, safe, and comfortable. Therefore, the determination and creation of a good work environment will greatly determine the success of achieving organizational goals. Simultaneous testing of HR compensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) Ha is accepted, meaning that it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on HR Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment together ( Simultaneous) on the Performance variable at the Culture and Tourism Office of South Sumatra Province.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em>This study aims to see the influence of human resource training and development in the PPPA district of Musu Banyuasin district, South Sumatra. Employees in the PPPA service or called ASN are important factors in improving the effectiveness of government agencies. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 30 respondents, while the sampling technique used in the study is saturated sampling. in this study independent variables consist of Training and HR Development, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. instrument testing using validity and reliability tests. while the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test and r ². The results of the training independent variables (X1) obtained tcount (8,324)&gt; Ttable (1,699), development variable (X2) thitung (6,355)&gt; Ttable (1,699) and Then the training variable (X1) has a partial effect on employee performance variables (Y) , development variable (X2) partially influence to employee performance variable. The F test results show that Fcount (42.414)&gt; Ftable (3.35), while the significance is 0,000 &lt;alpha at a significant level of 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means independent variables (training and development) simultaneously or simultaneously affect variable dependent (employee performance) positively and significantly. The result of determination coefficient test (R²) shows Adjusted R Square 0,759 or 75.9% that mean variation of employee performance variable can be explained by training and development variable, the rest 24,1% can be explained by other variable outside of research. Training and development have an influence on the performance of employees in the PPPA service in the district of Musu Banyuasin, South Sumatra.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords :</em></strong><em> Training, HR Development, Performance</em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM di dinas PPPA kabupaten musi banyuasin sumatera selatan. Pegawai yang ada di dinas PPPA atau disebut ASN merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efektifitas kinerja instansi pemerintahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sampling jenuh. pada penelitian ini variabel bebasnya terdiri dari Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan SDM , sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja pegawai. pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji f dan r². Hasil penelitian variabel independen pelatihan (X1) diperoleh thitung (8,324) &gt; Ttabel (1,699), variabel pengembangan  (X2) thitung (6.355) &gt; Ttabel (1,699) dan Maka variabel pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pgawai (Y), variabel pengembangan (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai . Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa Fhitung (42.414) &gt; Ftabel (3.35), sedangkan signifikansi adalah 0,000 &lt; alpha pada taraf signifikan 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti variabel independen (pelatihan dan pengembangan) secara bersama-sama atau simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai) secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukan Adjusted R Square 0,759 atau 75.9% yakni berarti variasi variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan, sisanya 24,1 % dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. This study was conducted to determine the effect of self-efficacy, self-esteem, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank BPR JATIM Cabang Kediri. The population and sample in this study amounted to 31 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that partially self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BPR JATIM Cabang Kediri as evidenced by the value of sig t of 0.038 &lt;0.05. Partially, self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the sig t value of 0.007 &lt;0.05. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the sig t value of 0.000 &lt;0.05. Simultaneously self-efficacy, self-esteem, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the sig t value of 0.000 &lt;0.05

This paper will discuss the effect of work motivation for the performance of the Gunungkidul Regional Secretariat staff. The purpose of These papers are: 1. Does self-efficacy affect employee performance? 2. Does motivation affect employee performance? 3. Does Compensation affect employee performance? 4. Does job satisfaction affect employee performance? 5. Do the variables of self-efficacy (X1), motivation (X2), compensation (X3) and job satisfaction (X4) simultaneously affect employee performance (Y)? Gunungkidul Regional Secretariat and The population is 80 all employees at the Gunungkidul Regional Secretariat. Total sample 80 respondents were taken using the accidental sampling technique method. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results obtained by Self efficacy have a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance Self-efficacy, motivation, compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously influence employee performance. Testing together, which shows the coefficient of determination of 0.753 equals 75.3%.
