<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em>This study aims to see the influence of human resource training and development in the PPPA district of Musu Banyuasin district, South Sumatra. Employees in the PPPA service or called ASN are important factors in improving the effectiveness of government agencies. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 30 respondents, while the sampling technique used in the study is saturated sampling. in this study independent variables consist of Training and HR Development, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. instrument testing using validity and reliability tests. while the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test and r ². The results of the training independent variables (X1) obtained tcount (8,324)&gt; Ttable (1,699), development variable (X2) thitung (6,355)&gt; Ttable (1,699) and Then the training variable (X1) has a partial effect on employee performance variables (Y) , development variable (X2) partially influence to employee performance variable. The F test results show that Fcount (42.414)&gt; Ftable (3.35), while the significance is 0,000 &lt;alpha at a significant level of 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means independent variables (training and development) simultaneously or simultaneously affect variable dependent (employee performance) positively and significantly. The result of determination coefficient test (R²) shows Adjusted R Square 0,759 or 75.9% that mean variation of employee performance variable can be explained by training and development variable, the rest 24,1% can be explained by other variable outside of research. Training and development have an influence on the performance of employees in the PPPA service in the district of Musu Banyuasin, South Sumatra.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords :</em></strong><em> Training, HR Development, Performance</em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM di dinas PPPA kabupaten musi banyuasin sumatera selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sampling jenuh. pada penelitian ini variabel bebasnya terdiri dari Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan SDM , sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja pegawai. pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji f dan r². Hasil penelitian variabel independen pelatihan (X1) diperoleh thitung (8,324) &gt; Ttabel (1,699), variabel pengembangan  (X2) thitung (6.355) &gt; Ttabel (1,699) dan Maka variabel pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pgawai (Y), variabel pengembangan (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai . Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa Fhitung (42.414) &gt; Ftabel (3.35), sedangkan signifikansi adalah 0,000 &lt; alpha pada taraf signifikan 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti variabel independen (pelatihan dan pengembangan) secara bersama-sama atau simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai) secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukan Adjusted R Square 0,759 atau 75.9% yakni berarti variasi variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan, sisanya 24,1 % dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.   Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. <p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>This study aims to look at the effect of training and development on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Palembang. Training programs and employee development in a company can improve the skills, knowledge, and experience of employees, on their work. </em><em>The main purpose of this training and development is to overcome the shortcomings of human resources at work due to possible inability to carry out work, and at the same time strive to foster human resources to become more productive. </em><em>This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 57 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. In this study the independent variables consist of Training and Development, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the independent training variable (X1) were obtained tcount&gt; Ttable (7,800&gt; 2,004), the development variable (X2) obtained tcount &lt;Ttable (1,474 &lt;2,004) and then the training variable (X1) had a partial effect on employee performance variables (Y). While the development variable (X2) does not partially affect the employee performance variable (Y). The results of the F test show that F count&gt; Ftable (33,185&gt; 3.17), while the significance is 0,000 &lt;alpha at a significant level of 0.05. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the independent variables (training and development) jointly or simultaneously affect the dependent variable (employee performance) positively and significantly. This study aims to analyze the effect of skills, work stress, communication, and motivation on the performance of the employees of PT. Merak Jaya Beton Mojokerto. The total sample of the study amounted to 55 people. The variables used are skills, work stress, communication, and motivation as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Hypothesis testing used is the simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (T-test). The results of the F test of this study indicate that the variable of skills (X1), work stress (X2), communication (X3), and motivation (X4) simultaneously influence employee performance. While the T test shows the variable of skills (X1), work stress (X2), communication (X3) have no partial effect on employee performance, while the motivation variable (X4) has a partial effect on employee performance.

“The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of work motivation and working conditions on the performance of MSME employees before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher uses a comparative research type with a quantitative approach. Techniques Data collection is done using a questionnaire with the linkert method. And the sampling technique used is to use a saturated sample (total sampling). The total sample obtained is 37 employees from several MSMEs. In the test of the effect of work motivation, work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Variable working conditions have a significant effect on employee performance. In the F test there is an influence between work motivation and working conditions on employee performance. And in the comparison test, there is a significant difference between work motivation and working conditions before and during covid-19. While in the employee performance variable there is no significant difference between employee performance before and during Covid-19”.

Batik merupakan salah satu hal yang dilirik dalam industri fashion. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam membeli batik. Dalam hal ini di daerah Lamongan tepatnya di Desa Parengan, Kecamatan Laren juga terdapat industri batik yang dikelola oleh CV Silvi MN Paradila merupakan salah satu industri batik yang menyediakan kain batik tenun ikat, adapun songket, batik tradisional, pakaian jadi, dan sarung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk batik tenun ikat di CV. Silvi MN Paradila Parengan Maduran Lamongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sample yang berjumlah 100 responden. Metode ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory reseach yang menggunakan analisis data dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisiensi determinasi, serta uji t dan uji f. Kemudian hasil R square sebesar 95,4%. Menunjukkan 3 variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 95,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Batik is one thing that is ogled in the fashion industry. This can affect purchasing decisions in buying batik. In this case, in the Lamongan area, precisely in Parengan Village, Laren District, there is also a batik industry managed by CV Silvi MN Paradila is one of the batik industries that provides ikat batik cloth, as for songket, traditional batik, apparel, and sarongs. This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions of ikat batik products at CV. Silvi MN Paradila Parengan Maduran Lamongan. The sampling technique used is a purposive sample of 100 respondents. This method uses a quantitative explanatory research approach that uses data analysis with validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and t test and f test. Then the result of R square is 95.4%. Shows 3 independent variables to the dependent variable of 95.4%. While the remaining 4.6% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

This study aims to determine how the description of work discipline, work stress, and employee performance, and to determine how the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The factors tested in this study were work discipline and job stress as independent variables, while employee performance was the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were employees at CV Rimba Jaya. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique, so that the total number is 65 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Vers.25.00. The results showed that work discipline and work stress have an effect on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance is 74.6%.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

This research starts from the writer's observation of the performance evaluation and training activities that have not been perfectly done. The author discusses several problems, namely: performance targets provided by management have not been achieved, employee performance has decreased, training schedules are not fully realized, there are still employees who do not follow the planned training. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of training on employee performance of AYANA Resorts and Spa BALI. The urgency of this research is to find out the effect of training on employee performance, if problems regarding AYANA Resorts and Spa BALI employees continue to have a serious impact on the work of employees who are not in accordance with the expectations of guests and also the management of AYANA Resorts and Spa BALI. This will result in a bad image of the hotel and a reduction in guests staying at AYANA Resorts and Spa BALI. This type of research is classified in quantitative research with a causal associative approach, the population in this study is all operational employees at AYANA Resort and Spa BALI with a total of 181 people with the sampling technique is purposive sampling totaling 65 people. The training variable data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires (questionnaire) using a Likert scale method that has been tested for validity and reliability, while employee performance data is obtained from HRD. Then the data were analyzed through simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20.00. Based on the results of research conducted, the following results are obtained: (1) Training at AYANA Resort and Spa BALI shows enough categories with a percentage of 46.62%, (2) Employee performance at AYANA Resort and Spa BALI, included in both categories with a percentage of 55.38%, (3) Based on the results of the hypothesis test, an R Square value of 0.069 was obtained, meaning that the influence of the training variable on employee performance variables was 6.9% while 93.1% was influenced by other factors. Then obtained a regression coefficient of 0.171 with a significance of 0.034 <0.05. This means that each increase of 1 training unit will increase 0.171 employee performance units. So the hypothesis in this study is Ha is accepted H0 is rejected.

This research raises the title of influence of Islamic leadership and the Islamic work motivation on the performance of BMT (Made) employees in Demak District. One of the obstacle which doesn’t make any advanced and the developed of BMT is the low performance of employees. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence of Islamic leadership and the motivation of Islamic work on the performance of employees either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees? This study aims to find out how much influence of Islamic leadership and work motivation and to know the most dominant influence between Islamic leadership and the work motivation on the performance of employees BMT Made in Demak District. This type of this research is field research by using quantitative methods. The population in the study there are 34 employees, who sampled 28 employees consisting of main employees and sub branch employees. The test used in analyzing the data (questionnaire) is a test of validity and reliability, and statistical tests that include; classical assumption test, F test and T test. The result of regression equation test is Y = 4.510 + 0.076 X1 + 0.679 X2, this means that employee’s performance variable get influence from Islamic leadership variable and work motivation with value equal to 0,079 and 0,679 every employee performance variable have 1 score increase. While for Islamic leadership T test obtained value of 0.533 2.060. This means that Islamic leadership variables do not have a significant influence and employee motivation partially have an influence on performance variable of BMT employees. F - test obtained value equal to 18.782, while F table 3,385, because F count > F table then simultaneous test or jointly variable of Islamic leadership and work motivation of Islam have influence to performance of BMT Made employee. Among the two independent variables that are most dominant in influencing employee performance variables is the Islamic work motivation with a value of 5.415. To improve employee performance, managers are expected to improve intensive communication with the employees and provide an opportunity to convey what the wishes and expectations of the employee are. On the other hand, managers must also open themselves to accept criticism or input that is constructive in order to improve the institution. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of competence and motivation to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung. The research method was used by Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using Slovin formula which further in sampling with simple random sampling method. This can be done because the characteristics of respondents in this research was homogeneous, that is the employees of PT. Mutiara Agung. Based on the results of this research, there is a significant influence between competence and motivation variables to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung, with using F test, where F count is bigger than F table (38,365> 3,214). Conclusion: There is significant influence which is explained by result from R square is 0,641 which mean that competence and motivation variable give contribution equal to 64,1% to employee performance variable, while the rest equal to 35,9% was donated by other variable which not examined. Suggestions that the authors convey to the company is the competence contained in the company should still be improved and the leader provides motivation to employees such as with rewards on employees' achievment.
