This research was conducted for 2 weeks in October at SMAN 11 Medan. This type of research is classroom action research. Before the action is taken first, the initial test is given. From the results of the initial test, the average student achievement was 20.62 with a classical completeness level of 0%. After giving action I to creative thinking tests the level of student study in classical is 15%, with an average grade achievement of 33.75. To test student learning outcomes the level of completeness obtained by students is 17.5%, with an average grade achievement of 26.42. After the implementation of action II for creative thinking tests the level of student study learning in classical is 85%, with an average achievement of 72.85 classes. To test student learning outcomes the level of completeness obtained by students is 90%, with an average grade achievement of 77.17. From this there is an increase in the level of classical completeness by 70% for students 'creative thinking and 72.5% for students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade IX SMP Muhammadiyah Padang LuasKecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. This study aims to improve learning outcomes in mathematicslearning through STAD type cooperative learning with the RME approach in class IX SMP MuhammadiyahPadang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. The subjects of this study were all classes IX in SMPMuhammadiyah Padang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar totaling 26 people. The form ofresearch is classroom action research. This research instrument consists of performance instruments and datacollection instruments in the form of teacher activity observation sheets and activities. The results of the studystated that there were significant differences between students' mathematics learning outcomes before applyingthe STAD type cooperative learning model with the RME approach with after applying the STAD typecooperative learning model with the RME approach. The difference shows student learning outcomes after theaction is better than before the action with completeness reaching 80.77% or 21 completed. Based on the resultsof the study and discussion it can be concluded that the application of STAD type learning model with RealisticMathematic Education (RME) approach can improve the learning outcomes of grade IX students of SMPMuhammadiyah Padang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar on statistical material.

<p>Abstract. This classroom action research is motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes, especially in the reduction material. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on Mathematics about the reduction by using contextual learning models are expected to improve student learning outcomes. The contextual learning method is a learning concept that helps teachers associate the material they teach with real-world student situations and encourage students to make connections between the knowledge he has and its application<br />in their daily lives. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the object of research in class I SD Negeri 2 Gatak. The focus of the research on the reduction of contextual learning is an effort to improve the learning outcomes of Mathematics. Data collection is done by direct observation of the learning process. The results showed that there was a significant increase of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle learning activities, cycle I and cycle II. The increase can be seen from the average value of students and the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes from KKM which is determined at 65. Based on the results of these observations it can be concluded that the application of Mathematics subject matter reduction learning contextual learning models can improve student learning outcomes in class I<br />SD Negeri 2 Gatak. Furthermore, the results of this study can be used to improve learning with similar cases.</p>

This study aims to see the application of the discussion method in improving creative thinking skills in social studies learning outcomes of grade IV students. The research method used was classroom action research which consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consists of stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The first cycle of teacher activities obtained a score of 3.27%, student activity was 2.69%, the learning outcomes in the first cycle showed that 18 students had completed and 22 other students had not. The results in cycle II experienced an increase, teacher activity obtained a score of 3.94% and was included in the good category, student activity obtained 3.69% which was included in the good category, while the overall completeness of student learning outcomes was 33 students complete, and 7 other students had not. reach completeness. It can be seen that in cycle II student learning outcomes increased compared to cycle I.Keywords: Discussion Method, Creative Thinking, IPS Learning

The study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes. This type of research is class action research (PTK) using a learning model of Problem Based Instruction and Make a Match.  In Cycle I show the average class earned at 63.8. The results of the final cycle II data analysis with the same learning is obtained by the average grade of 80.4. Based on the classical learning criteria, this learning has reached the target of learning. It can be concluded that through the learning model of Problem Based Instruction and Make a Match, there is an increase in student learning outcomes VIIII SMP Negeri 8 Padangsidimpuan increased. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Learning Model Problem Based Instruction, Make a Match

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes using the method of discussion on math in the 6th grade. The subjects in this study were 6th grade students of SD Negeri 24 Indralaya, totaling 27 students. This research was conducted in semester gazal 2019. The research used Classroom Action Research (CAR). This CAR consists of two cycles. The results showed of 27 students of 74, 07% achieved completeness of KKM 70 in Cycle 1. In Cycle II, students who achieved KKM 70 increased by 85.19% with an average grade of 82.59. So, it can be concluded that learning by using discussion methods can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics

The low level of activity of grade 6 students of SD Negeri 39 Lubuklinggau in science lesson, and the learning model used is less varied resulting in low student learning outcomes in science lesson, therefore the researcher intends to improve learning by conducting classroom action research consisting of three cycles by using Model Cooperative Type Two Stay Two Stray. The study was conducted on February 2, 2015, cycle 1 on February 9, 2015, and cycle of 10 February 2015 with the following results: first activity of students from prasiklus, cycle 1 and cycle 2 progressed on prasiklus 56.67 percent, students active in cycle 1 increased to 70 percent and cycle 2 to 86.67 percent of active students. Both the average test held in each cycle also experienced a significant increase of average prasiklus only 51.83, in cycle 1 increased to 62.5 and in cycle 2 to 80.83. Completeness also experienced an increase in prasiklus only 43.33 percent, cycle 1 increased to 66.67 percent, and in cycle 2 reached 93.33 percent. So it can be concluded the use of cooperative model type Two Stay Two Stray managed to improve the ability to encourage student achievement, especially Class VI SD Negeri 39 Lubuklinggau. <p><em>The purpose of this research is to improve mathematics learning result about space building of grade II. The research conducted was Classroom Action Research (PTK) with 3 cycles, the research place was the unit where the researcher taught. The results of the first cycle were 63.63% of students had passed the KKM, in the second cycle students who passed the KKM were 81.82% and in the third cycle 95.4% of the students passed the KKM. With an increase in the number of students who pass the KKM, the use of instructional video media can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics, especially about building space.</em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika melalui pendekatan kontekstual siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Hatungun Kabupaten Tapin. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Hatungun Kabupaten Tapin sebanyak 17 orang yang terdiri atas sepuluh orang laki-laki dan tujuh orang perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes dan dokumentasi serta hasilnya dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dan aktivitas guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran juga kategori baik.   Kata kunci: pendekatan kontekstual, prestasi belajar, matematika. Abstract: This study aims to improve mathematics learning achievement through the contextual approach of eight grade students of SMPN 1 Hatungun, Tapin Regency. This type of research is a classroom action research with two cycles. The subjects of this study were 17 students, consisting of ten boys and seven girls. The data collection techniques used were tests and documentation and the results were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Other results indicate that student activities in the learning process and teacher activities in learning management are also in good category. Keywords: contextual approach, learning achievement, mathematics.

This classroom action research aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes on the building materials of flat sides through learning based on the Edutainment approach. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 254 Jakarta . The subjects of the study were students of class VIII-3 SMP Negeri 254 Jakarta, which consisted of 36 students, consisting of 20 male students and 16 female students. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with Kurt Lewin model through four stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection consisting of three cycles. Based on the results of research that has been done can be concluded that the average value of student learning outcomes before action is 59.33 with the percentage of KKM achievement of 22.22%. The average of students' mathematics learning outcomes in cycle I was 70.22 with the percentage of KKM achievement of 69.44%. The average ability of student learning outcomes in cycle II amounted to 75.81 with a percentage of KKM achievement of 75%. The average ability of student learning outcomes in the third cycle of 81.61 with the percentage of achievement of KKM of 89.89%. Thus it can be concluded that learning based on Edutainment approach can improve student learning outcomes of grade VIII-3 SMP Negeri 254 Jakarta.

Seeing how big the role of mathematics in human life, even the future of a nation, then as a teacher in elementary schools who teach the basics of mathematics feel called to always try to improve learning and learning outcomes of mathematics. Reality in the field shows that mathematics learning outcomes are always at lower levels compared to other subjects. This can be seen from the results of daily mathematical tests on the basic competencies of calculating the building area of many facets only reaching an average of 67.9 or 54.5% of students achieving a value of 70. This study aims to prove and know the Concrete Media and the STAD Model can improve student learning outcomes in class VI-A. The subjects of this study were grade VI-A students of SD Negeri 62 / III Mukai Mudik in the 2017/2018 Academic Year. The number of research subjects was 22 students consisting of 14 male students and 8 female students. The study was carried out from 18 September to 16 October 2017. The research took place in class VI-A of SDN 62 / III Mukai Mudik, Siulak Mukai District, Kerinci Regency. While the research time is held in the first semester of the 2017/2018 academic year. Data were collected using student observation sheets, final cycle assessment / test sheets, and teacher activity questionnaires. Data collection time is at each end of learning in each cycle. The results of data analysis and discussion in this study can show some progress achieved during learning. So it can be concluded that learning using concrete media through the STAD model of student learning outcomes has increased, namely the first cycle achieving an average grade of 69.5, increasing in the second cycle reaching an average grade of 76.8. The completeness of the first cycle class is 72.7% and then increases in the second cycle reaching 83.6%.Keywords: extensive learning outcomes, constructive media and STAD
