The development is carried out by the state aimed at public welfare, especially with the presence of large-scale projects that require large funds as well. But this is constrained by capital. Islamic banking can take the opportunity by financing. However, Islamic banking is limited in providing capital to debtors and there are also rules regarding the maximum limit of financing. To answer these problems, syndicated banking cooperation with other financial institutions is needed in fulfilling financing capital needs. However, arrangements regarding syndication of Islamic banks are inadequate with the needs of Islamic banking in conducting sharia syndicated financing. This paper examines the legal aspects of Islamic economics in syndicated bank financing

This paper seeks to determine whether the existing regulatory standards and supervisory framework are adequate to ensure the viability, strength, and continued expansion of Islamic financial institutions. The reemergence of Islamic banking and the attention given to it by regulators around the globe as to the implications of a recently issued Basel II banking regulation makes this article timely. The Basel II framework, which is based on minimum capital requirements, a supervisory review process, and the effective use of market discipline, aligns capital adequacy with banking risks and provides an incentive for financial institutions to enhance risk management and their system of internal controls. Like conventional banks, Islamic banks operate under different regulatory regimes. The still diverse views held by the regulatory agencies of different countries on Islamic banking and finance operations make it harder to assess the overall performance of international Islamic banks. In light of the increased financial innovation and diversity of instruments offered in Islamic finance, the need to improve the transparency of bank operations is particularly relevant for Islamic banks. While product diversity is important in maintaining their competitiveness, it also requires increased transparency and disclosure to improve the understanding of markets and regulatory agencies. The governance of Islamic banks is made even more complex by the need for these banks to meet a set of ethical and financial standards defined by the Shari`ah and the nature of the financial contracts banks use to mobilize deposits. Effective transparency in this area will greatly enhance their credibility and reinforce their depositors and investors’ level of confidence.

Compared to conventional banking, the distribution of Islamic banking financing is more optimal, growth is continuous and asset enhancement is very good. This is indicated by the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) which ranges between 94.88%. This means that a Sharia Bank is able to meet the targets and expectations of Bank Indonesia. Given the lack of Islamic banks and their limited assets, this optimization is certainly influenced by many factors, therefore it is necessary to test the factors that influence the distribution of Islamic banking financing, which includes Third Party Funds (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificate (SBIS). This study uses the Sharia Commercial Bank and the Sharia Business Unit as a whole as a unit of research object, with the research period from 2009-2019 (in the quarterly period). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, while hypothesis testing uses the t-test to test the effect of variables partially, and the F-test to test the effect of variables simultaneously with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. Based on the research, it was found that Third Party Funds (TPF) had a positive and significant effect on the distribution of Islamic Banking financing. Non Performing Financing (NPF) has a positive and insignificant effect on the distribution of bank financing. While Sharia Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBIS) have a negative and significant effect on the distribution of bank financing.

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia with the complexity of the problem in its journey has shown good results and as a reference for the pattern and strategy for developing financial institutions. Islamic banking with its (the) sharia principles of avoiding usury practices and prioritizing mutual benefits have proven to be a complete banking system. But besides that, additional supervision is needed to ensure the implementation of sharia principles, namely by the existence of a sharia supervisory board (DPS) to implement fatwas as guidelines for the operation of Islamic banks issued by the National Sharia Council (DSN).

Islamic banks were established as private financial institutions in Turkey based on a law enacted in 1983. Private financial institutions succeeded to have equal rights with commercial banks subject to banking law in 2001. The name of private financial institutions was changed to participation banks in 2005 because of being insufficient in terms of Islamic banking transactions. This chapter includes a performance analysis of participation banks listed in Turkey by considering the efficiency and profitability ratios within the period of 2007-2016 using interval-valued pythagorean fuzzy AHP based fuzzy TOPSIS. Three participation banks, Albaraka Türk, Türkiye Finans, and Kuveyt Turk, were examined for the mentioned period.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Zakat of Company in the Perspective of Islamic Economic Law. Awareness of social responsibility by companies (corporate social responsibility) is increasing today. The aims of the research is to find out the soundness level of Islamic banks seen from the capital ratio, profitability, financing, and credit. Islamic banking financial institutions which are to be the focus of this research are Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM). This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The data used are the 2014-2018 financial statements. The results of this study indicate that Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of capital using the CAR ratio shows an average CAR ratio of 14.75%. This means that BSM in terms of capital is ranked very well. Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of profitability using the ROA and ROE ratio shows an average ROA of 0.53% and ROE of 6%. This means that BSM's ability to generate profits is ranked quite well. Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of financing using the FDR ratio shows an average FDR ratio of 79.81%. This means that BSM's ability to repay short-term loans and meet agreed financing is at a healthy rating. Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of credit risk using the NPF ratio shows an average NPF ratio of 3.18%. This means that there is very little credit provided by BSM and the bank is viewed from the aspect of credit risk, including in a good rating. From the results of these research, indicate that the the soundness level of Bank Syariah Mandiri is in a good level of soundness.

The Fintech company has raised its number significantly in Indonesia and threatened the banking sector as Islamic Banking is not the exception. Fintech can provide better financial services than Islamic Bank with its technological advantages. This research aims to observe the effect of Fintech's on Islamic banks and discover the collaboration model between Fintech and Islamic banks to improve financial services. The method was carried out by Systematic Literature Review (SLR), then analyzed using Nvivo 12 to quantify the words counted to the papers found. The result showed that there were 14 papers found to analyze in the systematic review. According to Nvivo 12 words counted result, the highest words counted was ‘services’ with 21%, followed by ‘user’ and ‘customers’ combined with 16%. Furthermore, Fintech acts as the disruptor for Islamic Banking, shown in its Return on Asset and its potential to take over the millennial customers segment. The collaboration can be done by sharing product marketing, loans, and transaction services. For the customer, big data analysis, the legal aspects, risk of human error, and data security protocol should be mitigated by tightening the registration system to minimize fraud, enhancing the internet server to prevent failure transactions, and closely cooperating with the Authority of Financial Service in Indonesia (OJK) to ensure the legal aspects are fulfilled.

The problem of Islamic economics is also increasingly complex with the large number of banks. To meet the needs of transactions, banks have products that are offered to the public. In accordance with the function of the bank, namely collecting and distributing funds to the public. The purpose of channeling funds by Islamic banks is to support the implementation of development, improve justice, togetherness and equal distribution of people's welfare. This paper will answer what is the meaning of al-mashaqqah tajlib al-taysir and how do the Implications of al-mashaqqah tajlib al-taysir in the development of Islamic economy? The result of research shows that the meaning of the rule of al-mashaqqah tajlib al-taysir is the difficulty of bringing convenience. The point is that if implementing a provision of shara' mukallaf faces obstacles in the form of difficulties and limitations that exceed the limits of reasonable capabilities, then the difficulty automatically creates relief provisions. In other words, if we find difficulty in carrying out something that is to be sharia, then the difficulty becomes a justifiable cause to facilitate in carrying out something that is to be provision of sharia, so that we can continue to run the sharia of Allah easily. The implications raised by the rules of al-mashaqqah tajlib al-taysir are the determination of the law of Islamic financial institutions. This impact is seen when Islamic law allows transactions in Islamic banking financial institutions, so that the community will easily meet the needs by transacting with Islamic banking through contracts that have been agreed upon. Keywords: al-Mashaqqah Tajlib al-Taysir, Islamic Economic Development
