This study aims to obtain information on plans and spatial use patterns and spatial structures in Muara Siran and Liang Buaya villages and compile information on land cover and socio-economic conditions of the community. Muara Siran Village Spatial Plan and Liang Buaya Village Spatial Plan are divided into 2 areas, namely the Cultivation Zone and the Protected Area. The preparation of the RTRW of Muara Siran Village and Liang Buaya Village is the first example for the Regency Government in the preparation of a participatory Village RTRW in the Kutai Kartanegara District environment. The people of Muara Siran Village and Liang Buaya Village are dominated by the Kutai tribe, most of whose livelihoods are fishing, farming and cage cultivation. So that village spatial planning becomes very important in the utilization and control of natural resources. With the implementation of the participatory village spatial planning concept, it needs to be replicated by other villages in Kutai Kartanegara Regency to support development as well as to protect the area through spatial planning so that in future development planning is in accordance with the potential of each village.

Salatiga is one of the cities that were in the area of nationally strategic Kedungsepur, and has potential of natural resources and infrastructure and facilities provide opportunities for Salatiga city to grow and evolve and one of them with carrying out development. High levels of development making Salatiga city get in trouble in terms of the use of space, among athor limited land which resulted in the opening of agricultural lamd the offense of between spatial plan from the utilization of space, and weal law enforcement againts violations.The focus and purpose of the research is to describe and analyze how the implementastion  controling the utilization space in Salatiga City.In addition to describe and analyze the factors that contribute to the implementation of controling the utilization space in Salatiga space. The theory used in this research is Public Administration, Public Implementation, and control of spatial use of space. This research uses qualitative research type by using doamin analysis method, analysis of the taxonomy and analysis of overlay map within view the implementation of controling the utilization space in Salatiga space. The respondent who used, among others Dinas Cipta Karya dan Ruang Kota Salatiga, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Salatiga and the people of Salatiga city.The result of this research explains that the implementation of the control usage space in the Salatiga city is implemented in stages of monitoring and curbing. But in the process of implementation encountered obstacles related to managing human resources, implementing agencies coordination, process evaluation of utilization of space, the implementing agencies carried out socialization, budget execution control and the lackof participation from people of teh Salatiga city. This caused the control usage space in the Salatiga city not running optimally.Implementation of the control usage space in the Salatiga city can be maximized by means of the control activities in society involve the utilization of space, increasing the budget for tha activity control, improve coordination of agencies implementing, improving socialization about controling the utilization of space and increase the involvement of private and the people of the Salatiga city,

Tackling the negative impact on the environment and in order to create a good spatial layout of the Regency of Gianyar, it is necessary to control the use of space. Control of spatial use can be done through spatial zoning, licensing, intensive and disintensive spatial planning. Problem Formulation (1) What is the arrangement for the construction of river border tourism facilities? (2) How is the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2012 Concerning Spatial Planning in Gianyar Regency in the construction of tourism facilities? The method of writing scientific papers uses Empirical law. This research chooses the location in Banjar Kedewatan Anyar, Kedewatan Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency which is one of the areas traversed by the Ayung River, the development of tourism supporting facilities in the form of hotels, villas, home stays and many others in its implementation refer to the Act Law Number 26 of 2007 Concerning Spatial Planning Article 6 Paragraph 1 and for the distance regulated in Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2012 concerning Spatial Planning for the Gianyar Regency in Article 37 paragraph 2 which states that the distance of the river border, the Spatial Planning Rules can be it has been calculated that 89% has been running well and 11% of the existing spatial plan deviations are due to the lack of preparation and even tend not to seriously consider the reality of traditional land use patterns that develop traditionally in the community.

Anthrax is a neglected zoonotic disease that remains a global issue because it can cause regular epidemics. Anthrax affects not only health systems but also social-economic conditions, safety, and welfare of the people. This paper aimed to give an overview of human anthrax, prevalence, and prevention in Indonesia. A literature search was performed using search engines such as Google Scholar, Crossref, Mendeley, PLoS One, Elsevier, dan the Ministry of Health official website. The literature used were published between 2015-2020. Anthrax is caused by Bacillus anthracis that affects animals and humans. The virulence factors of these bacteria are determined by the tripartite toxin complex and poly-γ-D-glutamic acid capsule. Anthrax in humans can be found in four forms, namely cutaneous, gastrointestinal, inhalational, and injection anthrax. Each form of anthrax can develop into meningitis and sepsis. Anthrax treatment is commonly done by administering antibiotics. In Indonesia, 14 provinces have been declared anthrax endemic areas. The prevalence of human anthrax in Indonesia is fluctuating and most of it is cutaneous anthrax. Prevention and control of anthrax can be done mainly by vaccination, obeying the rules or standard operating procedures of the authorities, multisectoral cooperation, strengthening anthrax surveillance, increasing resources for diagnosis, increasing public knowledge, and awareness.

The declining quality and quantity of green open space in urban areas has caused a decrease in the quality of the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a research on the Green Open Spatial Planning, especially in Denpasar City the legal provisions of which has been regulated in Regional Regulation No. 27 of 2011. This research analyzes the planning for the use of Green Open Spatial and the mechanism for changing the Green Open Spatial to change its function to become Spatial Settlement. The method used in this research was a normative research method, in which legal data collection was carried out by recording library studies, document studies, information and explanations obtained both from the Laws, Government Regulations and other Regulations that can be further examined which related to this problem. Data analysis in this research was carried out systematically by classification of legal materials to facilitate the analysis work, then Legal materials obtained are then subjected to discussion and grouping into certain sections. The results found that the Green Open Space is an area dominated by plants that are built for protection functions. The pattern of spatial use as a basis for the Denpasar City Government sets Green Open Spaces namely Settlements and Public Facilities. Changes in the pattern of utilization of green open spaces have changed the function resulting in the realization of optimal urban spatial planning. This happened because of the weak awareness of the people of Denpasar City.

For the infrastructural corridor's area, of the national importance, is predicted making spatial plans of area of special use, as the most complex instruments for the developing and arranging management of these areas. These plans should have an integrative and problem-oriented approach towards development planning and arrangement of such an area, and it is obliged to include: a complex evaluation of state and function of infrastructural system in the corridor; an analysis of infrastructural corridor influence on the development of the planning area and its surrounding; an alternative conception of long-term protection, improvement, organization and use of the planning area; a choice of the priorities and assumption of the realization phases; instructions for the implementation of the plan etc. The approach in making of this category of plans, as well as, experiences in planning, arrangement and use of multimodal corridors, have been considered on the example of Spatial plan of the infrastructural corridor E-75 section Belgrade-Nis area.

Spatial planning as a guidance in spatial use, arrange various permitted activities in a space by considering various implications including natural disasters which may not be predictable. Semarang City with diverse topographic conditions has the potential for natural disasters, including flood. One of the flood disaster mitigation efforts is based on the existence of green space and blue-space as water catchment areas. But in fact, the substance of spatial planning has not clearly regulated the urban blue space. This study aims to integrate the blue space in the substance of regional spatial planning as a disaster mitigation instrument in the Semarang City. The research was conducted through a review of the substance of the spatial planning and flood disaster mitigation efforts that have been carried out in Semarang City. Based on the results of the studies that have been conducted, the integration of the blue space plan can be integrated in several contents of the regional spatial plan, starting from the formulation of objectives, policies, and spatial planning strategies to the direction of controlling spatial use.

Abstract The spatial planning document is planning guidance intended to regulate an area’s spatial use and development planning. This document contains the component that regulates the composition of green space. This composition is designed to maintain the stability of the existing ecosystem quality. Pekalongan is one of the Regency in Central Java Province with environmental problems related to lack of green space area. The existence of ecological degradation makes environmental quality in Pekalongan one that needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the effect of changes in the composition and intensity of green space on surface temperature from these problems. This study will use time-series data during the initial implementation of spatial planning documents (2013) to the current year (2021) to see how changes in the composition and intensity of green space in each sub-district in Pekalongan Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a GIS approach. The result of this study can be a consideration to make policies related to green space.

Floods almost occurred in most parts of Indonesia, including in Bengkulu. The cause of floods in Bengkulu is more due to human behavior factors, namely massive land conversion. Even though the Spatial Planning Law already regulates how the use of space should be done and how to control it. On the other hand, the government is currently planning to change the rules regarding spatial planning to facilitate licensing in investment through the Job Creation Bill. In the bill, the authority of spatial planning is the authority of the central government. The problem is how the supervision and control of spatial use are carried out in Bengkulu and what about the supervision of spatial use control later if the spatial planning authority is centralized in the central government? By using a literature study, the study shows that the central government and the regional government of Bengkulu have not conducted supervision and control over spatial use as stipulated in the Spatial Planning Law. It was proven that it only conducted a review of Bengkulu Province Spatial Planning without conducting law enforcement for violations of spatial use. On the other hand, the spatial audit conducted by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning was not running as it should. If the authority of spatial planning is centralized to the central government, as stated in the Job Creation Bill, it is feared that the misuse of spatial use in the regions will increase. Likewise, the occurrence of the flood as a result of increased environmental damage due to spatial use that is not following its designation and function. Therefore, it is necessary to review again the plan to revoke the authority of spatial planning at the regency/city level and the provincial government level in the Job Creation Bill.AbstrakBanjir hampir terjadi di sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia, termasuk di Bengkulu. Penyebab banjir di Bengkulu lebih dikarenakan faktor perilaku manusia, yaitu alih fungsi lahan yang masif. Padahal Undang-Undang tentang Penataan Ruang (UU Penataan Ruang) sudah mengatur bagaimana pemanfaatan ruang seharusnya dilakukan dan bagaimana pengendaliannya. Di sisi lain, saat ini pemerintah berencana akan mengubah aturan mengenai penataan ruang ini untuk mempermudah perizinan dalam investasi melalui RUU tentang Cipta Kerja. RUU mengatur kewenangan penataan ruang merupakan kewenangan pemerintah pusat. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana pengawasan dan pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang dilakukan di Bengkulu dan bagaimana dengan pengawasan pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang nantinya jika kewenangan penataan ruang dipusatkan di pemerintah pusat? Studi literatur digunakan untuk mengkaji dan hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah pusat maupun Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu belum melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang sebagaimana yang diatur dalam UU Penataan Ruang. Terbukti hanya melakukan review RTRW Provinsi Bengkulu tanpa melakukan penegakan hukum atas pelanggaran pemanfaatan ruang. Di sisi lain, audit tata ruang yang dilakukan Kementerian ATR/BPN tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Jika kewenangan penataan ruang dipusatkan ke pemerintah pusat, sebagaimana disebutkan dalam RUU Cipta Kerja, dikhawatirkan penyalahgunaan pemanfaatan ruang di daerah semakin meningkat. Demikian juga dengan kejadian banjir sebagai dampak dari meningkatnya kerusakan lingkungan akibat pemanfaatan ruang yang tidak sesuai peruntukan dan fungsinya. Oleh karena itu, perlu kiranya ditinjau kembali mengenai rencana mencabut kewenangan penataan ruang di tingkat kabupaten/ kota dan di tingkat pemerintah provinsi dalam RUU Cipta Kerja.

ABSTRAK General Provisions for Zoning Regulations are a tool for controlling space utilization. This tool contains general requirements for spatial use and for managng in all regency. This tool contains at least the rules of activity and the intensity of utilization of space, minimum standards of facilities and utilities, provisions on the use of space that were through by network system and special provisions. These minimum prerequisites sometimes cannot fulfill, consequently this making it difficult to implement control of spatial use. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of the land use control instruments of Kendal regency. This research uses quantitative rationalistic deductive method, with descriptive empirical technical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the completeness of zoning regulations for  spatial plan  in the Kendal Regency didnt not in accordance with the minimum standards (the provisions of the activities, the provisions of building intensity and the minimum standard provisions for utilities and facilities were incomplete and these dint not according to standard). Some of the influencing factors include lack of understanding in compiling regional regulations and plurality of interests in spatial planning. Keywords: Control, Utilization, Land, Zoning Ketentuan Umum Peraturan Zonasi  merupakan satu alat pengendalian pemanfaatan Ruang. Alat ini berisi persyaratan pemanfaatan ruang secara umum dan ketentuan pengendaliannya di seluruh wilayah kabupaten. alat ini minimal berisi aturan kegiatan dan intensitas pemanfaatan ruang, standart minimum sarana-prasarana,  ketentuan pemanfaatan ruang yang dilewati sistem jaringan dan ketentuan khusus. Prasyarat minimal ini kadang tidak bisa dipenuhi, akibatnya menyulitkan dalam implementasi pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kualitas instrumen pengendalian (Ketentuan Umum Peraturan Zonasi) kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deduktif kuantitatif rasionalistik, dengan teknis analisis desktriptif empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan peraturan zonasi dalam rencana tata ruang wilayah Kabupaten Kendal belum sesuai dengan standart minimum(ketentuan kegiatan, ketentuan intensitas bangunan dan ketentuan standart minimal prasarana dan sarana tidak lengkap dan tidak sesuai standart). Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya adalah kekurang pahaman penyususun peraturan daerah dan kemajemukan kepentingan dalam penyusunan tata ruang. Kata Kunci: Pengendalian, Pemanfaatan, Lahan, Zonasi
