This discussion of Anglo-Saxon coinage attempts to look beyond the detail of numismatic classification in order to consider the relationship between the underlying variations and the economic life of the times. Those parts of it which deal with the classification of the coinage and analyse the observed metrology are intended to be a critical summary of the numismatic research carried out in the past thirty years. Other parts, in which I seek to relate the metrology to such documentary evidence as is known to me – and thus trespass across the vague dividing line between numismatics, of which I have some knowledge, and economic history, of which I have little – are aimed at stimulating awareness and discussion of the problems involved. Finally, a section is devoted to numismatic methods because it is important that their use and limitations be generally understood.

The article briefly discusses the history of the study of species from the relationship Clinopodium calamintha (L.) Kuntze s. l. in the Caucasus, now included in the sections Calamintha (Mill.) Melnikov and Ellementha Melnikov. A number of new morphological traits to distinguish the species of these sections are presented, and a classification of the trichome types found in this group is given. 17 new species and 4 new varieties are described. For the flora of the Caucasus, 16 species are recorded, and 3 more species are possible to find growing in the regions adjacent to the Caucasus (in Turkey and Iran). A key has been compiled to identify the species and varieties of these two sections in the Caucasus.

The article studies the aspects of cognitive activity and the activity in history retrospection. The cognition and its study is not something unchanged, once and for all given, but is something that develops under certain laws. It has long history with the sources in the most ancient philosophy. At every stage of its development the knowledge is the result of the history of knowledge, the essence of all human activity forms. Scientific knowledge has its historically altered morphology. Its historical path analysis makes it possible to argue its origin from ancient philosophical schools, philosophers of Ancient India, China, Egypt, the countries of Mesopotamia. The phenomenon of an individual’s cognitive activity is complex and multifaceted. Scientists argue that cognitive activity is a complicated process of transition from ignorance to knowledge, from inability to ability, from random observations to systematic knowledge of the material world, to mastering the scientific truths. At the same time, a man, mastering new knowledge, affects the world, which, in turn, changes human life. The article analyses the influence of historical conditions on developing scientific thought about cognition, cognitive activity. The effectiveness of studying students’ educational and cognitive activity depends on how thoroughly the cognitive process is studied and the way its laws and features are used. The authors emphasise that taking into account the cognition theory possibilities, its Klondike was set in the Ancient world era and filled with new content rising to a new level in each generation .

Architectural trends and their developments witnessed new ideas at many levels; one of these ideas is known as consumption, which is one of the new themes in an old concept and in its presence, which takes place effective today in the field of architecture. And plays a role in changing the architectural constants targets, and plays a role in changing the architectural constants targets, or classification of priorities. Every body tries to search for new and evolving architecture through what is available has advanced technological methods. This will be directed Search, make the process of change and evolution in architecture is not only very close and meet human needs, but to make the first need produce innovative and creative architecture. Determine the general direction of search in the consumption of meaning forms in architecture The research theoretical knowledge for consumption in architecture, as Figure concept of evolution, and the need to study technology and its relationship with both local architecture and globalization. And a global review of various studies to try to reach the first step of the research problem of (knowledge before about formats consumption in meaning and form in the context of local architecture). And thus produced the aim of the research, to clarify the concept of consumption in architecture, through, to clarify the presence of consumption in the local architecture, and the potential to achieve consumption in the local architecture. Knowledge has helped to enrich the architectural framework of research and the formation of his variable, enhanced architectural studies available to achieve a theoretical framework integrated, variable has been to, the consumption component, and intellectual attitudes towards consumption, and forms adopted, and detailed processes. To use variable, has helped in the application on projects elected, so as to achieve a comprehensive conception of the nature of the relationship between variables, when applied collectively elected on samples of the application. The research found that consumption is a copy of the forms, and unconsumption is a simulation and new styles of architecture and context beyond.

Pre-eclampsia is a collection of symptoms such as hypertension, edema and proteinuria in pregnant, childbirth and postpartum women that occur at 20 weeks of gestation until the end of the first week after delivery. Pre-eclampsia can adversely affect the mother and fetus, such as fetal distress and even death due to lack of oxygenation. Maternal mortality rate (MMR) which occurs where one of the causes is pre-eclampsia. This study aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of pregnant women (maternal age, parity, education, occupation and history of hypertension) to the classification of pre-eclampsia. Quantitative descriptive research design, with a total sampling of 73 pregnant women patient respondents at the East Bekasi Private Hospital in 2018-2019 who experienced pre-eclampsia. It was found that the results of the classification of respondents were mostly mild pre-eclampsia. The analysis used chi square with the conclusion that there is a relationship between the age of pregnant women and the classification of pre-eclampsia (P value 0.000), parity (P value 0.023), history of hypertension (P value 0.000). There is no relationship between education (P value 0.667) and work (P value 0.624). This research is expected to be a reference in order to improve service to patients, especially in conducting assessments on pregnant women. Where maternal age, parity and history of hypertension have a relationship with the classification of preeclmasia in pregnant women.

Background: Identification of clinical and imaging characteristics of ischemic stroke that can predict the underlying etiology is critical for accurate stroke subtyping. We sought to investigate the relationship between stroke characteristics and stroke etiology in 7,591 patients in the NINDS Stroke Genetics Network Study. Methods: We determined the probability of having a major etiology in the presence of certain stroke characteristics that were previously linked to specific stroke mechanisms. We excluded patients with multiple competing major etiologies. All patients had brain imaging, intra- and extra-cranial vascular imaging, and complete cardiac assessment. We defined major etiologies according to the Causative Classification of Stroke System Criteria without reference to the stroke characteristics under study. Results: History of 1 ipsilateral ischemic events within the last month, the presence of internal watershed infarcts or multiple, ipsilateral, unilateral, and temporally separate infarcts were associated with large artery atherosclerosis (Table). Multiple acute infarcts in different cerebral circulations were more common in patients with major cardiac source of embolism as well as in those with uncommon/cryptogenic causes. Stereotypic lacunar TIAs within the last week and lacunar syndrome were associated with lacunar infarction Discussion: Clinical and imaging stroke characteristics appear to predict stroke etiologies. This information may find utility in developing algorithms for a guided stroke evaluation as well as help identify the most likely causative etiology in the presence of multiple competing etiologies.

The article examines the doctrine of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. The connection between the theory of human rights and freedoms and the history of the development of society is traced. The works of thinkers of the past are analyzed. The dynamics of views on the development of rights and freedoms is shown. Special attention is focused on two basic concepts of rights and freedoms – natural-legal and positivist, the general and special in their content are highlighted. Both of these concepts consider human rights as a certain view of the world outlook, worldview, which are based on the principle of humanism, and also as a system of humanistic values that determine relationships in society. Attention is drawn to the essential features of human rights. A brief analysis of three generations of human rights is carried out. It is emphasized that this classification is classical. However, new times force us to look at the classification problem in a new way. The classification of human and civil rights allows you to see their evolution, the historical connection of times, the general trend of development. The conclusion is substantiated that in the current period of human development, taking into account the achievements of science, primarily biomedicine, we can talk about the fourth generation of human rights, the socalled somatic rights. In this century, the focus on somatic human rights has become a feature. They increasingly occupy the attention of international organizations, become the subject of discussion at the national and international levels, since through their prism the nature of the relationship between a person and a state is assessed.

The relationship of the individual and the general in the actualization of cognitive activity of students is considered. Single, special and universal are not knowledge isolated from each other, but represent various aspects of the general, the whole. Moreover, the general - the whole should not be perceived without the unit, as the unit is inconceivable without connection with the general. Given all this, a methodology has been developed for updating the cognitive activity of students to an active perception of the material studied, which boils down to the implementation of analytical and synthetic cognitive operations. The methodological implementation of it in each individual case depends on many other components: the difficulty of the posing problem, its relationship with other provisions, its characteristic features, the preparedness of the class to solve complex issues in this way, the teacher’s ability to carry out this cognitive process in each individual case. Examples of the developed methodology in the classroom, confronts students with problematic issues, for the solution of which they are trying to apply actions that contribute to the disclosure of the content of the problem, are looking for ways to implement it, which in turn actualizes their cognitive activity
