Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Brand Prestige, Product Quality dan Design Product terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tas Eiger. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Kabupaten Kebumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian dan pengguna produk tas merek Eiger. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda (skala likert) 4 dengan program SPSS for windows 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan product quality dan design product berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan perceived brand prestige tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk tas Eiger di Kabupaten Kebumen. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,575 artinya sebesar 57,5% variabel keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel perceived brand prestige, product quality dan design product, sedangkan sebesar 42,5% dapat dijelaskan

The Research aimed to determine factors that influencing the purchase decision of oriflame’s product. This research was take in two variables that affect the decision to purchase the green marketing (X1) and Product Quality (X2). Data collection using non-probability technique and the kind of the purposive sampling spread at les 100 respondents in Purwakarta that are active and ever of Oriflame’s consumer products. The research analyzed through the software SPSS 22. The outcome of this research, in partial such green marketing and the product quality have had a significant positive impact of the purchase decision. The whole dependent variable simultaneously influence of the purchase decision with F value count 55,587 and the economic situation of significant 0,000 < 0.05. R square value showed the results of 0,534 having meaning that whole of dependent variable influential simultaneously as many as 53,4 %.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of price and product quality of T-Mart Express Indonesia’s customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research by using the SPSS Statistic 22 with 112 respondent of the sample which is T-Mart Express Indonesia consumers in North  Jakarta who have bought the product three times or more by using non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling techniques. The measurement used was a questionnaire that was distributed through Google Form to the respondent. The result of hypothesis analysis shows that price and product quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Implications and suggestions are explained in the article. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan T-Mart Express Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic 22 dengan sampel sebanyak 112 responden yaitu konsumen T-Mart Express Indonesia di Jakarta Utara yang telah membeli produk tiga kali atau lebih dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Pengukuran yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form kepada responden. Hasil analisis hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi dan saran dijelaskan pada artikel

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction which has an impact on customer loyalty, especially for telon oil baby care products. The hypothesis used in this study: Brand Image influences Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality influences Customer Satisfaction, Brand Image influences Customer Loyalty, Product Quality influences Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction influences customer loyalty. Research data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The population in this study were mothers who have babies <4 years old who use Cussons Baby Telon Oil in the DKI Jakarta area. The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 133 respondents. Data analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) version 8.7 that meets the Goodness of Fit criteria. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence between the variables Brand Image and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction with t values ​​of 6.89 and 5.68, respectively. The influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty with t values ​​of 2.00 and 2.71, respectively. The influence of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty with a value of t 3.06. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan khususnya untuk produk perawatan bayi minyak telon. Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini: Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi umur <4 tahun yang menggunakan Minyak Telon Cussons Baby di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan tehnik pengambilan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 133 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) versi 8.7 yang memenuhi kriteria Goodness of Fit. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antar variabel Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai t masing-masing 6,89 dan 5,68. Adanya pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan nilai t masing-masing 2,00 dan 2,71. This research was conducted with the aim to know how the influence of price andproduct quality on the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplang UKM in Palembang city.The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research with data collection throughthe distribution of questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who have intention toconsume kerupuk kemplang in Palembang city by purposive sampling technique and dataanalysis using multiple regression. The results of this study with simultaneous, the priceand product quality positively influence the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplangPalembang amounted to 4.092 with a significant level of 0.019. Partially, the price doesnot affect the purchasing intention where the variable probability is 0,521>0,05 whilethe product quality can influence the purchasing intention of kerupuk kemplang inPalembang where the variable probability is 0,01 <0,05.

The development of technology is growing rapidly, so that smartphones are common and an effective communication tool for users to meet all their needs and interests. Many manufacturers provide smartphone products that offer various conveniences. There are several considerations for consumers in buying a product such as price, brand image and product quality. Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions. Research was conducted in Denpasar and the population in this study are consumers who had bought or used Xiaomi smartphone. The research sample consisted of 120 respondents with purposive sampling. Data are analyzed using multiple linear regression. results show that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions o Xiaomi smartphones in Denpasar. This study examines purchasing decisions of The Executive product, viewed from the aspect of foreig branding, price, and product quality in the perspective of consumer behavior. A quantitative approach was applied, using a questionnaire to 400 respondents. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that foreign branding, price, and product quality influence purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously had positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. The highest effect in this study was product quality, with comfort and quality of raw material which the main factor need to be maintened because they determined the purchasing decision of The Executive as a fashion product. Abstrak Studi ini mengkaji keputusan pembelian produk The Executive, dilihat dari aspek foreign branding, harga, dan kualitas produk dalam perspektif perilaku konsumen. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada 400 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, foreign branding, harga, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh terbesar terletak pada variabel kualitas produk, dengan kenyamanan dan kualitas bahan baku menjadi faktor dominan yang perlu dipertahankan, karena menentukan keputusan pembelian The Executive sebagai produk fashion.

This research was conducted on consumers who have already purchased isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City. The number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents, with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis (analyze path). Based on respondents' data, it can be directly seen that: (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (4) brand image acts as a mediating variable between product quality variables and repurchase intention. The findings of this study conclude that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the brand image and consumer repurchase intention on isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City, the brand image is able to mediate the quality of the product against repurchase intention. The purposes of this study was determine the influence of lifestyle, group preference, perception brand luxury and product quality toward consumer willingness to pay on iPhone product. The population in this study consist of society in Malang that buy iPhone product, which the value was unknown. Based on Maholtra analysis, number of sample are 85 respondent. This study use purposive sampling as the sampling technique. Data analysis was used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of this study shows that lifestyle, group preference influence have significant toward consumer willingness to pay partially. In addition, the results of the F test describes that  lifestyle, group preference, brand luxury and product quality influence on have significant consumer willingness to pay simoultaneosly

This research examines the influence of price fairness and product quality on satisfaction and repurchase on Tokopedia. This is a quantitative research that used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SPSS and Lisrel software for data analysis. Purposive sampling is used to select samples, though it is limited to certain respondents. The minimum sampling size is 10 times the number of research indicators, with a total 149 respondents analyzed. Findings. The results showed that Price Fairness and Product Quality had significant and positive impacts on satisfaction. Furthermore, Product Quality and Satisfaction have significant and positive effect on repurchase, while Satisfaction mediates price fairness to Repurchase and Product Quality.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan positif dari masing-masing variabel independen dalam hal ini Brand Awareness, Product Quality dan Ease of Use terhadap variabel dependen Customer Perceived Value. Dengan mengambil responden secara Purposive sampling 200 pengguna E-Money Mandiri E-Toll Card di wilayah JABODETABEK dengan ≥ 17 tahun sebagai sampel, kasus ini akan menarik karena pemerintah sedang mencoba untuk menerapkan budaya Fintech dan kewajiban untuk menggunakan uang elektronik di tol jalan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan regresi berganda dan analisis data diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Kesadaran Merek, Kualitas Produk, Kemudahan Penggunaan memiliki efek positif pada Nilai Persepsi Pelanggan.
